Perfect place if you want to chill and have peace. Walking distance to a beach. All staff are friendly and approachable.

Bit far from gen luna if you want the siargao night vibe. But nothing negative for the hotel.

It’s my second time staying and it always meets all my needs for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. I love that it covers everything: spacious room, pool, quiet beach, restaurant, solar (especially when there are brown outs), massage, quiet. Being pet friendly is a bonus, and the team is always kind and helpful.

It’s my favourite place to stay close to General Luna because it’s quiet, you have access to the beach and a pool, they are pet friendly, have solar, you can book an in-room massage, the team is really nice, and the rates have been reasonable.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was fresh and clean. The rooms are spacious and we really appreciated the sweet, thoughtful little details they made to make us feel special. Huge thanks to Nisha who gave us such a warm welcome that we knew right away our stay would be a pleasant one. Rem was also incredibly helpful, assisting us with every request with kindness and efficiency. Thank you for the excellent hospitality! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a beachfront stay, away from the busy General Luna area but still conveniently close to everything. Whether traveling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, this is an excellent choice.

El mejor hotel en el que he estado nunca. Todos los trabajadores son increíbles, hacen todo lo posible para que tu estancia sea perfecta. Se esfuerzan en que todo salga bien. También destacar la rapidez que tienen en gestionar cualquier incidencia. Alquilamos la moto con ellos y todo genial, ni una sola pega. En cuanto a limpieza, estaba todo impecable, tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes. Por otro lado, dentro del hotel hay un restaurante que es genial también. Precios súper buenos, comida súper rica y personal increíble. También destacar que tratan genial a los perritos. En general, un 10. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

The room is good and spacious. I like the El Carabao restaurant, they serve good food. We also enjoy the swimming pool. You can also just walk to the beach but the beach is lots of green plants that float, making it not enjoyable to swim they should just clean that out.

The entrance to the resort is very disappointing, It's quite ugly. The TV's Wi-Fi is quite a pain; most of the time, it is not working. The AC of our room isn't very cold, even when you set it to high. There is a construction going on in the neighborhood so it is very noisy in the morning, from 8 am to 5 pm.

L’établissement était au calme et possédait une belle piscine, une plage privée et un restaurant très bon. Nous avons pu faire une super excursion grâce à eux.

Le seul établissement sans garde la nuit que nous avons eu, ce qui nous a valu de payer un jour supplémentaire un scooter loué et utilisé seulement un jour car la réception était fermée à notre retour de ville. On s’est senti arnaqué de plus le même scooter nous a été remis totalement vide d’essence… La plage privé n’était pas très privé car partagé avec les ouvriers qui effectuaient les travaux dans le bâtiment d’à côté, c’était un peu compliqué pour profiter…

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer sind sehr groß das Bad auch es hat alles was man braucht, Roller kann auch gemietet werden, Flughafen Transfer gibts auch. Direkt am Meer, sehr leckeres und gutes Restaurant im hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit vielen dank.

I loved the bungalow amongst the palms and only a few steps to the lagoon . A very quiet street off the main road was great . Far enough from General Luna to avoid the party scene but only 10 minutes to get there if you want to surf or party ! Perfect.

Accomodating and friendly staff. Clean property. The rates are quite reasonable compared to other resorts. Good location. Surrounded by trees/ plants. Beach front. Large pool. Filipino aesthetic/ vibes with restaurant inside that serves Filipino food. Overall good value. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

The staff, the actual place, the room was clean and smelled good, multiple mirrors inside the room, the facilities, and nearby restaurant for convenience!

Our door will not close properly and we had a hard time opening/closing it, wifi connection in our room was a bit too slow, other than that everything was good.

Really nice resort, especially if you want a relaxed stay in Siargao. It’s super near Malinao Beach, just a few steps away, and also close to Malinao skate road. It’s only a few minutes ride to Secret Beach if you want to experience firefly watching! The staff were great and very accommodating. They even allowed us to check in super early at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The pool area was also nice and relaxing if you just want to chill and unwind. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay close to the beach with very friendly staff.

The only downside was some construction near our room. It wasn’t really an issue for us since we were out on tours during the day, but it might be worth requesting a room farther from that area if you prefer more quiet.

Beautiful location, felt like paradise. Very peaceful and open, the cabins were well equipped and the staff were attentive.

De service was uitstekend en de hygiëne was nog beter dan ik had verwacht. Na verschillende verblijven in de Filipijnen te hebben gezien die goed scoorde op hygiëne, begreep ik dat de lat niet hoog lag, maar dit verblijf laat absoluut zien dat het wél kan.

Elke nacht werden we wel een keer wakker omdat de honden rondom het verblijf te keer gingen, of ze begonnen massaal in koor te huilen of te vechten. Misschien buiten macht van het hotel en het ging gelukkig nooit super lang door, maar dat is het enige wat misschien verholpen kan worden.

It was very clean and the staff, especially the restaurant staff were wonderful. The food was very good and the staff was always attentive. The very quiet AC in the room was a big plus and if you’re comfortable with a scooter, the busy general Luna center ist only a 10 min ride away. Otherwise there’s plenty of tricycles available as well. We also really enjoyed the small white sand beach across the resort.

Unfortunately the resort did not monitor guests coming to use the pool. There were multiple days on which big groups of people, not staying at the resort, occupied all the sunbeds and were being quite loud. Some nights they „pregamed“ on the outside chairs from the restaurant until midnight. I’d would’ve improved our stay if there would have been 24/7 security monitoring who comes in and out. Also some sun umbrellas would’ve been great at the pool, to relax in the shade.

Amazing place. The room was spacious. Large outdoor pool, with a very nice cafe/restaurant.

The only potential issue is that it’s not in General Luna. Not ideal if you’re renting a bike, as the road is dark. No other issues.

Excelente atención.

The Ferra resort is perfectly located far enough away from the craziness of general Luna. The beach in front is incredibly beautiful and we took morning walks every day we were there and for the most part had the beach all to ourselves except for the fisherman. The ground surrounding the resort are beautifully manicured the staff was exceptionally helpful with everything we needed from renting mopeds to arranging a ride to Pacifiao. For anyone coming to Siargao, the Ferra resort comes with my highest recommendations, you will love it here.

The restaurant at the resort has recently opened and only serves breakfast and they are working on a lunch and dinner menu. The food at breakfast was exceptional.

Outdoor noise at night

Directly at the beach about 10 minutes by motorbike from the main village. Beautiful green setting. Nice swimming pool. The kubo was spacious. I liked the veranda with outdoor seating. Details like the water tank and anti mosquito lotion (although I didn't see them) were a nice touch. The restaurant that was about to open after I left will be a nice addition!

Not major, but the curtains were not blinding, so there was light coming in from the property.

The place was Allright and close to nice beach. Staff was very nice.

What I did not like was that the place was advertised as a holiday home with private entrance when in fact it was a hotel room with shared balcony entrance. I wouldn't have booked it if I knew

Beautiful surroundings, very friendly and attentive staff, pool is fantastic and great size. One of Siargao’s best beaches in front of the hotel. Cleaning done daily if wanted - communication is easy via whatsapp.

Unfortunately, other guests behave very badly and you can hear everything through the thin walls. They are loud at night and you can hear intimate noises and arguments which just ruined things for us! We were a party of four and everyone of us got a stiff neck from the pillow. Mosquito net with holes in it.

Place was great - quiet and out of the hectic general luna, the bungalows were awesome and private! Staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed anything! Rented a scooter from the front desk which made it easy and quick to explore the island.

Personal inmejorable, muy atentos y muchas facilitaciones (transporte al aeropuerto, alquiler de motos, masajes..). Ubicación, limpieza, servicios… todo muy bien

A nice resort by the beach. Also, during our stay they opened a restaurant, so it’s possible to get breakfast/lunch. Also, they rent scooters, which is really convenient as well. Also, general luna is 10 min by scooter.

It looks new, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, easy access to a clean beach, quiet location (away from bustling general Luna but close enough for convenience), restaurants around.

Some details seem to be unfinished or need improvement on the logistics: some of the glass doors weren’t closing properly so the living room got wet with heavy rainfall. We were 4 and only 2 towels in the room. No water refill station. The cafe/restaurant wasn’t open yet.

Beautiful bungalow and everything was extremely cleaned. Staff is really friendly and helpful!

Front beach and the balcony!

Het was heerlijk rustig. Zo’n 5 meter van t strand verwijderd. En op een fijne afstand van het centrum van General Luna (10 minuten per scooter) Het huisje was netjes! Fijne bedden, airconditioning. Een fijn buiten plekje, waar wij meestal even gingen zitten aan het einde van de dag. Ook was er een fijn groot zwembad! Al met al was het echt een super fijne accommodatie als je van rust houdt, maar toch op een prima afstand van het centrum wilt verblijven! :)

El personal es súper atento y amable, lo hicieron genial con el tifón que sufrimos desalojándonos de la cabaña para llevarnos a una parte más segura por el viento en una zona nueva en construcción del hotel. El sitio tiene un piscina con la que no contábamos que está genial. La ubicación es muy buena, frente a una playa con mucha tranquilidad. Opción de transfer al aeropuerto y alquiler de moto a buen precio. Aunque hay obras en la parte trasera no es impedimento ni una gran molestia.

Das Resort ist unmittelbar am Meer, mit viel Natur umzingelt und ist abseits vom Trubel. General Luna ist auch gut mit dem Roller erreichbar. Für Campingbegeisterte, die es ein wenig luxuriöser wollen, ist es perfekt. Das Personal hat uns mit allem sehr geholfen und war stets sympathisch und zuvorkommend.

Das Resort verfügt nicht über ein eigenes Restaurant und es gibt auch nicht all zu viele davon in der Umgebung (besonders in der Off-Season). Für die Mahlzeiten sind wir oft nach General Luna gefahren. Der Baulärm ist leider vorhanden wie in vorigen Bewertungen auch erwähnt, das Resort kommt einem da aber sehr entgegen.

Es un lugar perfecto para desconectar y relajarse lejos del bullicio. El porche de las villas es genial para descansar y disfrutar del entorno, así como la zona de la playa con hamacas para tumbarse.

Necesitas una moto para ir a General Luna y moverte, ya que andando está lejos

Room size and amenities were nice. The aircon, fridge, bidet were functioning well.

The sockets were loose and the shower was not draining but the hosts were accommodating to our concerns.

Super leuk hotel!

Erg ver van het centrum af. Je moet over een drukke, donkere weg 's avonds om ergens uit eten te kunnen.

The staff waa amazingly friendly and super supportive; all requests even on short notice had been taken care of instantly. The location was quite and a bit remote but still close enough to the busy hub of General Luna. If want to stay away from party, it is ideal.

The resort is still under construction that includes noice, a building as potentially a restaurant or bar. The beach itself was ok, but the strip to lay down was not really existing and lots of see gras in the water. The road was an adventure but still managable. Taking these into consideration, I do not see the value of money for it. Also, if you want to support locals, it is not owned by Filipinos or a Filipino company.

Dommage que l'hôtel soit en travaux: pas de bar, pas de service de petit déjeuner. Dommage aussi que l'on ne puisse pas se baigner sur la plage, mais ça, ils n'y peuvent rien.

De service van de werknemers was fantastisch en het verblijf was heel fijn. Perfecte locatie. Al met al: we hebben genoten en we raden Ferra Resort zeker aan.

El servicio fue bastante amable. Te daban tapones para los oidos, repelente de insectos etc. Ubicado a pocos minutos de la calle General Luna y en primera línea de playa (aunque la playa del resort no se puede usar).

Por la noche se escuchaba mucho las habitaciones de al lado. Si había gente trasnochando en otra habitación, te puede despertar fácilmente. Por ello ofrecían tapones.

Le personnel est très professionnel et très attentionné. Les lieux sont très bien entretenus et les chambres vues plages ont beaucoup de charme. C’est à 5min en scooter de GL et permet d’avoir un endroit au calme et face à la mer. C’est super pour pouvoir profiter de GL tout en étant au calme, dans un cadre idéal. Nous avons eu l’occasion de faire d’autres lieus et celui-ci est le meilleur rapport/qualité prix que nous ayons trouvé. Point tout particulier au staff qui a vraiment été disponible à chaque moment de notre séjour pour répondre à nos questions et faire en sorte que notre séjour nous soit parfaitement confortable. Nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Nous recommandons vivement Ferra Resort.

Super hilfreiches und freundliches Personal - organisieren alles was man braucht Scooter (350php/tag), Strandhandtücher kostenlos, kommunizieren über WhatsApp vor und während Aufenthalt. Zimmer suhig und wird täglich gesäubert, frische Handtücher, Wasserspender im Zimmer, Safe, Shampoo, Moskitonetz usw. Suoer Ausblick (Seaview-Bungalow) durchs Grüne aufs Meer.

Strand vorm Resort ok, zum Sitzen super, wir sind woanders ins Meer, da leider während der 3 Tage Aufenthalten durch die Strömung viele Algen - wofür die Unterkunft absolut nichts kann, stört auch nicht wirklich. Pool zwar groß und sauber, aber zwischen Gebäuden, Athmosphäre ok Trotzdem gerne wieder🙏
