The Reiz Suites, ARTOTEL Curated

Located at the heart of Medan city makes the activities more enjoyable. Cleanness the property and the great services from the staff.

The property only has 1 elevator which makes a little bit inconvenient.

Good location

The house keeper barge into the room while I was naked then took his time to leave when I told him to leave/get out of room

Room was OK, the shower a bit small but manageable. There was a small espresso maker for those who consume coffee. We didn't use room cleaning service. Just next to DeliPark Mall if you are into shopping...

The scent diffuser in the elevator was suffocating us; scent diffusers are toxic and should not be used, especially not in small spaces like an elevator! The restaurant downstairs doesn't cater to healthy eating (like most places), there was also no willingess to adapt some menu items...

The marmalade was mouldy 😖. However, the staff took it away when I informed them. The staff should check on this before any guests walk in

The place

The lift very long to wait

The menu of food need more improvement

Nice, clean hotel, near the night life, friendly staff, I especially like the menu in the restaurant, very tasty food and beverages

The temperature of the air conditioning was too low for me, I like warm

Lovely staff.

Extremely noisy, no sound proofing! Room smelled strongly of smoke/cigarette.

Bersih ,dekat pusat kota dan nyaman

Hanya ada satu lift dan snagat kurang untuk semua tamu dna apartement sangat luas jadi harus jalan jauh ke lift untuk sebagian besar kamar . Harap bangun lift tambahan .

Location, comfort, staff

No fresh air and needed to sign a note to open the balcony in order to get a fresh air.

Bagus, dan gampanh di akses lokasinya. Di tengah kota jadi gampang kemana mana

Jakan yang sedikit sibuk dan ramai

good facilty and very clean, comfortable to live in, im really feel comforrable to staying here again. hopelly it can continue provide to satisfaction

The whole accomodation

new property with varieties facilities provided

the toilet was clogged

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Ample storage cabinets.

Room smells of cigarette, even though I requested a non smoking room. There are two bathrooms in our unit: the drain in one bathroom was clogged, and no hot water in the other. There is no soap for hand washing, nor for dishwashing.

good service and good attitude, friendly people good service and good attitude, friendly people very like and good job thanks guys

The facility itself. Specious two-room apartment. Water dispenser - warm, room, cold. Microwave oven. Specious bathroom.

Nothing.

All are excellent for me during my stay. Stuff was granted my request to prepare extra desk for me to work during my stay. Stuff very humble and helpful. There is also kitchen inside that can make me cook for as I want.

The knife is unavailable

the place is soo good... all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.... and this is my second visit and i'll hope i will continue coming back soon 😊😊😊

Very friendly Comfy beds Spacious rooms Had kitchen not enough things for the number of people. Had to move things to the plug. Lift not working

The bed, pillow and snack bar were great

1) The sound proofing is horrible. Any guests who speak slightly louder, you can hear it from the room. Another incident was some guests bang on our room door middle of the night with loud laughter. The next morning, we woken up by the same guests who bang on our door (we suspected) and also probably stay next door to us. They were speaking so loud and laughing so badly starting at 6am 2) No doubt the staff were really nice but we tried calling 00 or 01 to complain about the loud guests to ask them to tone down but WE FAILED TO GET THROUGH EVEN. Since the loud bang, we had hard time falling asleep back and when we finally fell asleep, we were woken up by the loud commotion. 3) The lift failed big time. The ONLY ONE hotel lift was broken during the entire 3 nights of our stay so we had to use the resident condo lift. We were only the 2 lifts and share it with 30 floors, imagine that? If theres emergency that needs immediate medical attention, patient will likely suffer. The lift were REALLY SLOW and INEFFICIENT. I understand the logic of tapping to go up but coming down to lobby also you need to tap. What is worst is that one of the lift didn’t work properly despite you tap down to lobby. 4) The bathroom will occasionally smells like sewage.

Room is good

Lack of service, bad elevator

Staff was great! So helpful and kind. They helped with so many things any time we reached out to them.

The first night the room smells like someone was smoking. Staff couldn't change the room that night but housekeeping helped with an air refresher that solved the issue.

kamar so clean this is the first time stay in here. staff friendly and good service deh ada kak nadia yang so humble deh kamar so clean this is the first time stay in here. staff friendly and good service deh ada kak nadia yang so humble deh

Good

No AC or air in the elevator, elderly could easily get heat stroke. One of our 2 apartment smell like sewage during the day

An excellent central location. The check-in was smooth and we appreciate the upgrade to the Deluxe Room Suite. The WhatsApp chat for asking questions and sorting issues was also excellent. I also want to make a special mention of Riva from the housekeeping team who went above and beyond her duty to assist us with the water dispenser issue we had.

The best place to stay in Medan. Staff is perfect and very helpfull .

I stayed at The Reiz Suites in Medan for two nights and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, which made it feel like a home away from home. After 25 hours of travel, the bed was an absolute dream—so comfortable! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the mall, and the staff, especially the security and doormen, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's only one elevator, and while some guests complained about the wait time, we didn't experience much of an issue. Plus, the chic and cozy living area downstairs makes the wait more pleasant. One bonus is the cafe next door, which has a nice ambience, although the food could be improved. All in all, a fantastic stay, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Medan!

Nothing about the hotel itself. The cafe next door is a lovely addition to the hotel, although the food really could be improved.

The aircon system outside the balcony is making too much noise, have checked other rooms and the same.

I would recommend. Large rooms

Very clean room, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Very friendly staffs such as Anisa and Cut Inadya who always treat me well and makes me feel welcome everytime i stayed at the property !

need a face towel

Good room for family, center city of medan, but need improve in lift because only have one lift in hotel, so u need to Q and then parking floor not accessible, hope can improve this facility, but every staff in very helpful. Thanks for the service

My stay was nice. The room is clean and all the facilities was excellent. What you see in the photo, you will get exactly the same. The location is good. Near Mall and railway station. And especially the staff is nice and friendly. for sure will come again. no smoking room js perfect fine for me as a non smoker and also we cant excess for balcony is perfectly fine just because of the weather. so yeah 🥰

Great location and great staff.

The air con hardly worked. They also have only one elevator in a building with many many guests. It once took me 15 minutes to simply exit the building.
