I recently stayed at Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, my luggage was dropped off by my driver, but despite several staff members being present at the reception, no one offered assistance. I had to ask for help myself. I was also surprised to learn that the incidental deposit would take a month to return to my card, which is not something I've encountered as a frequent traveler. The breakfast options were quite limited, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience. Additionally, my boyfriend, who arrived later, requested facial tissue from the front desk but received bathroom tissue instead, which was not what he needed. Lastly, when he asked for a key, he was escorted to our room by a bellman, as if his name was not on the guest list. Overall, the service and amenities fell short of expectations.

便利！AYALA、PARQAL、カジノまで徒歩5分であり、部屋から見えました。ホテルと同じ建物の1階に24時間営業のコンビニがあり、お酒も買えました。 部屋は広くて清潔でした。 どこかの部屋の排水の音や廊下の話し声が聞こえましたが、許容範囲でした。朝食は価格なりのレベルです。安いから仕方ないことです。 安い割に快適に過ごせました。

Staffs are very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The most i like bapu this property is the area where its located, its very quite area, no traffic noise and avle to sleep peacefully in the night.

The hotel is very convenient to shopping, dining, airport and transportation hubs. Breakfast is great. My only complaint is the room’s A/C is undersized or under capacity to cool down the entire room.

5 minutes walk to Ali-mall. The breakfast was pretty decent. We had to catch an early morning flight. We were delighted that the breakfast opened 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

That staff was super friendly and helpful

The room was clean and was comfortable, the mall is very close by, which was so convenient. There is also a 7-eleven just right around the corner of the hotel. The staff was great, good service.:) The only thing I didn’t like is the entertainment option watching tv (there were only cable channels, no streaming options where available where I can sign on.. like Netflix or Apple ).

A deposit of 2,000 pesos per night is needed, even with the room booked and paid in advance, they deposit is only returned after 90 days,..., take it or leave it, non negotiable. If you want to order food from the room, pay in advance or there is no food. Food order made, needs to be confirmed before starts preparation, I understand they may need to safeguard their business, but destroys anybody's mood and gives absolutely no reason to come back.

Great service, clean rooms. Nothing was missing out. Did i mention great service?

High-end hotel, but their restaurant's breakfast buffet doesn't cater to american palette so if you're looking for american breakfast go look somewhere else. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

I arrived on my birthday and was really having a bad day due to delayed flight. Staff were so welcoming and when we came to our room, there is a Happy Birthday setup and even sent a cake for us. My partner was also delighted and said he had a really good sleep before heading back to Australia. Thanks everyone!

The staff are terribly unwilling to addist in any matter. A situation occured in my case where when booking on their website there was an error charging my card, thus why i booked on Expedia as a plan B. Turns out they did charge my card and did I now had a double booking for the same reaervation. Instead of undrrstanding this and providing a refund they demanded that all reservations are non-refundable thus me soaking the entire cost. Very cheap quality of amenities, and do not expect the staff to anymore than a bare minimum effort in any regard.

The hotel is located next to a vacant lot. It took the staff 30 minutes to check me out because someone had to inspect the room first. They insist on a 2000 peso deposit but were unable to place a hold of that amount on my visa debit card and insisted I either use a credit card or cash. I only had 1000 so they kindly took that. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and equiped well. On the e-bike staff were pleasant and helpful apart from the checkout experience and they let me check out one hour later.

新しくてホテルそのものは綺麗なのは良いけど、ハウスクリーンの時、シーツを取り換えてくれないのには衝撃を受けました。 代わりになるホテルがあれば二度と宿泊したくないですね。 人をなめてる。

The motel charge me 900ph peso For a smudge on a towel . I have never been charge at any hotel for such a little thing and i have stay at 100s of motel. Bad not to return.

バスタブは無いものの綺麗。 ドライヤーが部屋に備え付けがなく、フロントに電話して依頼するも、フィリピン人あるあるか、なかなか届かず。 （もう一度電話してやっと持ってきてもらえた） セブンイレブンがホテルに隣接していたが現金しか使えなかった。

施設は新しく、設備も充分整っていて非常に快適に思えましたが、下水配管の問題だと思いますがトイレの匂いが部屋に戻ってきてました。日本人特有の匂いに敏感問題を言われると反論は出来ませんが、僕は海外LCCの機内と共通の臭さを感じました。

Staff were rude and the hotel nickel and dimes you severely regardless of the room pkg purchased. None of the amenities were Available and the lounge/restaurant in the hotel was understaffed and were unable to understand menu items pointed to never mind prepare them. Very disappointed with the staff and surrounding area. And heads up, do not use the towels or shower mat as I was charged cleaning fees for these basic items. Not impressed at all

・とても綺麗なホテルです。立地も良く、かなり巨大なショッピングモールが近くに２つあり、1つ(アヤラモール)は歩いていけます。またすぐ隣には巨大なカジノ兼子供も遊べるアミューズメント施設があります。しかし今はコロナの為、残念ながら私は行けませんでした。 ・ホテルのすぐ近くにコンビニ(ミニストップ)があります。少し歩くとファストフードの店やコンビニが沢山あります。 ・窓からの景色は今はあまり良くありません。現在目の前で大きな工事中です。工事が終わると今度は景色がビルになるでしょう。 　 ・写真ではプールがありますが、どこにプールがあるのか分かりませんでした。エレベータにも案内が出ていませんでした。謎です。 ・1階のレストランは少し高いですがとても美味しいです。ただしこちらも恐らくコロナの為、閉まるのが早く、19時頃に行くと閉まっていました。 　 ・ホテル自体はやや奥まった場所にあり、ホテル周辺は街灯が少なく、また所々で男が4、5人固まってお、治安が悪化している今、夜に出歩くのは少し怖い場所にあります。 車を使うか、Grabでデリバリーを使った方が良さそうです。

Sequoia hotel staff was very accommodating

Covid19 の影響により部屋の掃除もなく、床が汚れていた。自分で掃除した。ホテル自体は新しくいいと思う。近くにはカジノしかなく、飲食店は中にあります。ただコロナで全て閉鎖されています。非常事態なので帰り不便ですが、通常ならそこそこのホテルです。空港まで10分です。モールまで10分です。

Given the circumstance that we the Covid 19 pandemic only a few staff were around, the hotel was kept clean at comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Obviously a new property but really nice how it's built was well thought off, perfect beds, sheets, shower, fridge, interior (unfortunately all is missing is a coffee).

This hotel is amazing and I love my stay! The staff are courteous, respectful and nice. Food is a bit expensive. It's a walking distance to Ayala mall and City of Dreams and lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel is new and very clean.. I would love to stay here again and love to recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you and more power! God bless!

The hotel is fairly new and it is well maintained. It would have been nice if they have a breakfast buffet hall like other hotels. And that their pool bar serve drinks.
