You get what you pay for. There are absolutely zero amenities that you would expect at a hotel. ie bath towels in the room.

If you are okay with molds, poor service, unclean, lack of towels, cockroaches, and door key cards that don’t work, these are what the hotel can offer. Location is very close to NAIA airport. Will not stay there again.

The location is great but the only bad thing we checked in almost 10pm and we have early flights early morning but the room Air conditions didn’t work we move to 2 room until we find one but i hope they check early so they know if they need to fix this problem we didn’t get enough rest because of this.room so hot without AC.

It was close to the airport which was great, and why we booked it. However the room was pretty gross. The cleaning staff likely did their best- but there was mold growing on the walls in the room, as well as in the bathroom. It was clean enough for one night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The ac remote didn’t work when we first got in and there was only one towel when we’d booked the room for 2 people. Not a big deal, but when added to all the mold in the room I would not recommend.

A terrible place to stay. Not a good place for anyone.

Infested with german roaches. They were EVERYWHERE. Heavy mold/mildew in some of the rooms (they had a very musty smell due to not being air conditioned) Would never ever go back.

Room service is poor. No towels provided. Only one old dirty towel in room for two of us. When ask the house keeping for additional towel, said will bring to us but did not show up until late at night we had to go down to the front desk to ask.

The service was excellent and very friendly. The price was good. I got everything I paid for.

Upon entry the staff was professional and polite. Lobby area was somewhat appealing no bad words to say within the lobby area and staff however the disappointment was with the room. It smelt extremely bad, welcomed by crawling cockroaches everywhere, large mould stains seen on the air conditioner. By far the worst room ever, I’ve never felt so dirty in my life. Do not recommend this place, there are plenty of others around with similar budget and with a lot more value for your money

Air-conditioning was blowing warm air when set to cool. Room was dirty and had alot of small cockroach.

The room was comfortable,, good aircon. Nice view from the 12th floor window. Hotel staff was helpful with directions and getting us a cab. Overall a good place for the price

They only provided one towel, and the weight staff were very unhelpful, I just tried to get some change for the grab, and they wouldn’t give me any change, but if I wanted to buy something, then they would give me some change. They don’t accommodate the guest well.

This property is scary. Cause once you open the door. Cockroaches crawling all over the floor and doors and bed and instead of hiding cockroaches are trying to chase you!!!. It’s traumatizing

I like the fact that is close to airport. Needs improvements when it comes to amenities. But i guess, you get what you paid for. Atleast invest on towels.

Hotel is on a very busy road with zero sound proofing. We stayed on the 9th floor and we felt like we were sleeping on the road with how loud it was. Sleepless night, and we can sleep through alot. Staff was friendly. I would look for other options next time.

Roaches in the room Towels are old You can hear people talking outside. The door has big gaps from the floor Only good side it is near the airport.

Did not stayed there. Got money back right away and booked another hotel due to roaches in room when arrived. Nice place if they fix roaches problem.

Its alright , but the thing is, you heard all the noise of the passers by in the hallway loud and clear.

Bed was good and room was very good.

Reasonable rate and bear in the airport. It needs more sanitize and less insects. Towel Should have sets that is clean . When the last time I was there . Their towels is look dirty and have a hole on it. It’s should have set of towel include: face towel, hand towel and bath towel

We discovered cockroaches in the bathroom, which was unsettling. Additionally, the toiletries provided were only sufficient for one person, even though we booked the room for two. Complimentary items like slippers and toothbrushes, which are typically included in hotels of a similar price range, were missing. The air conditioning was another issue—it stayed at a high temperature and could not be adjusted, leaving the room uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. While the hotel has potential with its friendly staff and welcoming reception area, the room conditions and amenities need significant improvement to meet expectations.

This hotel is old and rundown, surrounded by a very dirty rundown neighborhood

Not so good ! No dine in area I booked for 5 nights but I left the third night! Good only for one night stay-transient!

There were 2 crawling cockroaches around the room. I was transferred to another room since the AC of the one was too hot and the key card is not working.I was not able to rest since I’m afraid that I might have an insect bits

Was given room next to elevator, the elevator noise permiated the room all night.

Didn't hav Hot water, no toothbrush , soap , shampoo and etc. will not check here again.

Sent text that flight was delayed...no one came to pick me up... then they sent a text asking when I would be arriving!! (Left hand/Right Hand lack of communication!)

Room was clean enough. Security was excellent . Staff were helpful and polite . Area near the hotel needs improvement. I observed filthy and smelly stagnant water on the open canal

Good for a quick stop in the city. Surroundings are a bit rough, but there is easy access to taxi. Good service from staff.

Not many areas restaurants serve foreigners unless you speak Chinese. Most of the restaurants are Chinese. But has a Jolibee within walking distance. Hotel had some roaches and leaks from the A/C.

I saw a small roach upon turning on lights in the room. Also checked bed and pillows. The bed seams has some dirt and three pillows themselves have stains and molds when inspecting inside the pillow cases. I have been staying in other Go Hotels and this property is not clean at all. The front desk staff are helpful though.

The ad showed a breakfast in the hotel for additional fee. But we were directed to walk down a busy highway to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Also the ad shows a shuttle to the airport. The vost of the shuttle is 4 times the taci rate. Our first room had a water leak, and we were immediately put into another room. However this one had an ac water leak. The staff were fast to react to problems and were professional and courteous.

There are lots of small cockroaches, towels are turn into brownish (old) not white and teared apart. No dining area! In fairness the staff are good.

My daughter was terrified with the cockroaches Its everywhere in our room. Woke up water on the other side od the room from the AC But the staffs are so helpful.

This has to be the most dirtiest rude company i have ever stayed with… room was absolutely disgusting bedding was dirty walls were dirty floor filthy looks like it was never cleaned the aircon leaked flooding the room.. a employee to my wife that this was a Sx hotel which is highly unprofessional. I have reported them to expedia i have pictures i want to post..

Descent place to stay if you have flights for next day.

We had a short layover and needed an inexpensive room for a few hours. The staff were friendly and very helpful the shower and bathroom were not cleanned well. I would not stay thrre again knowing what I know now. ,

Stayed for a night. Nearby from the airport around 2 km. The hotel is just better than sleeping on airport. Only good for a night stay or few hours. Room has good bed and pillows. No free bottled water but there is common refill area outside the room. No shampoo provided but there is small soap for hand washing. No slippers and No food service.Location was too far from interesting places to visit

I thought over and all of the property was excellent um could have used a little bit of more noise cancellation. Do to no fault of its own um it just didn't look that safe but it was. Staff was very helpful on culminating will definitely recommend and stay again

The air conditioner is no good

It was a pleasant stay. Staff are kind and friendly.

This property is absolutely dirty. I was scared to use the toilet or touch anything and ended up leaving a couple of hours after I checked in. The room air quality is moldy and very loud from the busy main road.

Horrible! Not like the pictures at all! Checked in and was gone within an hour. The window couldn’t close all the way so you could hear traffic. Stains and rust marks all over the walls and bathroom fixtures. And the final straw… dropped my bags off, left to grab food, and came back to 4 roaches!!! 2 on the windowsill, one on the work bench, and one in the desk next to the bed! Do not book this hotel if you can avoid it! Pros: the staff were kind, courteous, and tried to be as accommodating as possible, but no way was I staying there.

The hotel quality is fair for the money we paid. The location is very good,5 minutes to the airport, very convinient for our travel. The onky thing we are very disappointed is tge breakfast served by the hotel. We have to pay 500 peso each for a buffet breakfast that serve only rice, noodles,fry egg, and slice bread with coffee. As this only cost 200peso most at most restaurant buffet at most philippines restaurant. I feel this is very unfair for travellers.

Cockroach literally everywhere in the room…..

Having stayed in GO hotels before. This one was way below par. I needed a room for 14 hours between flights so why not trust the GO brand as I have used them before. This hotel in particular needs a new lick of paint and deep cleaning in the bathroom. Considering this GO hotel is the closest to the airport, it needs some attention given to it. Staff were fine and no issues there. The car park smelt like something had died in it and not been removed.

Cockroaches very noisy

I had to change room because I had no Wifi , and still in the new room the wifi was poor , I was in the 11th floor, also the water didn't have pressure so it was difficult to shower . It was very noisy from the street because they let the windows open in the halls and also the machinery , a loud regular beep that I couln't locate . but the staff was great nice and kind , they are the best in this hotel !

The window I was unable to open but maybe bene better cos outside was noisy all night

Receptionist very poor service

Terrible experiences- bee room slipper been charged of 59peso. The advertised said breakfast which means thought room price should be include with breakfast, which not specifically explains through online agents.

Was here for a 12hr layover. Staff were nice. The room was ok. Very basic. No drinking water. There was a bottled drinking dispenser by the lift but it was empty. Shower didn’t work properly. I would not recommend staying longer than one night.

Very affordable and close to the airport. Staff very helpful and professional. Clean and comfortable rooms. Perhaps more choice for breakfast .
