Très bon emplacement, à 200m de la plage Khem, très bon restaurant dans l'hôtel. A côté de bus gratuit pour aller à Hòn Thơm et télécabine. Plein de boutique et restaurant à côté.

Les portes ne sont pas bien insonorisé, on entend tout ce qu'il passe dans le couloir.

The bed is not comfortable because they are twins size put together to be a king size.

The Good: The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 1-minute walk to the Sun World Sunset Town free shuttle drop off/pick up point. The rooms are generously sized with all the facilities you need. The local marts nearby are very affordable for drinks and snacks. I’d also recommend the street food vendors outside the marts over the local restaurants; the food tasted better and far more reasonably priced in my opinion (food was cheaper than other areas we visited in Vietnam) .

The Bad: Breakfast was fairly average and basic compared to other hotels we visited in Vietnam. Only coffee option is Vietnam Coffee (already sweetened). Families with younger kids might struggle as there were no cereal options or many kid-friendly items. The Dealbreaker (Reason for low rating): We had no hot water for our entire two-night stay, and the cold water pressure was very poor. This seems to be a known, recurring issue that the staff were aware of but unable to fix during our visit. We were told it would be resolved after our check out. We were given the option to shower in another building but opted not to go for that option because we visited the Sunworld waterpark and showered there instead. Summary: This is a great spot for a one-night stay if you are visiting Sunset Town/ Kem Beach. However, I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays until the hot water issues are fully resolved. *** The room we stayed in was built up against a rock/stone wall (only a hand width space between the windows and wall). This makes for a very unpleasant view. It didn't bother us much because we hardly spent time in the room ****

Отличный отель в двух минутах от пляжа. Пляж самый чистый и самый уютный из всех. Номера чистые, персонал приветливый, решают все вопросы. Рекомендуем.

Работа ресепшена. Сотрудники вежливые, отзывчивые и действительно стараются улучшить впечатление гостей. После жалобы на качество завтрака оперативно отреагировали: организовали бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт и принесли тарелку фруктов в качестве извинений. Хорошее расположение рядом с пляжем — пляж в пешей доступности, мелкий песок и удобный заход в море. Несмотря на мусор, видно, что территорию стараются убирать. Также удобно, что до основных туристических мест можно добраться примерно за 10 минут на такси.

Номер очень маленький, нет места для сушки вещей. Входная дверь скребёт по полу, номер в целом требует ремонта. Вид из окна фактически отсутствует — стена с искусственными растениями расположена примерно в 30 см, из-за чего в номер почти не попадает дневной свет. На протяжении всего проживания по утрам с 7:30–8:00 был сильный шум от строительных работ (перфоратор), что мешало отдыху. Уборка слабая: пол постоянно оставался грязным, уборку приходилось просить отдельно, однажды во время уборки вещи с кровати сбросили на пол. Завтраки посредственные: были грязные, не мытые овощи, не хватало приборов, посуда очень маленькая стаканы и чашки как для дошколят, из-за неудачной планировки шведского стола постоянно возникала толкучка на завтраке. Бассейн расположен на первом этаже рядом с ресепшеном и окружен окнами, купаться некомфортно и вода холодная. У отеля нет собственных лежаков на пляже, местные — платные.

The Khem beach is just few minutes away. But is very crowded so I did not like it. Also the free shuttle bus to Sunset town is a great bonus.

The breakfast was bad. Just make fried rice with vegetables or some fried noodles. Caffee was could every morning.

Есть корпуса, которые расположены рядом со зданием, где идет ремонт - вероятно, там будет громко. Нам повезло и номер располагался в глубине отеля. Отличный номер, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, недалеко от пляжа, чисто в номере и тихо😊

В номере есть окна, выходящие в стену и они открываются, но сквозняка нет, потому что не выходят на улицу. Вверху крыша над зданием. Если у кого-то боязнь замкнутых пространств - лучше попросить номер с окнами на улицу.

O quarto não era no edifício do Hotel, era num edifício contíguo, com um restaurante e bar por baixo Bastante barulhento. O quarto não tinha janela o que o torna bastante claustrofobico. A simpatia da maioria dos colaboradores do hotel tampouco é a melhor.

Beside we booked family suite with 2 bedroom, we had no windows, which was really not clear from the booking.. Also somehow possibly from the air system, our room was full with mosquitos every night

Staff were helpful and responsive. They allowed late checkout at no extra cost as the next guests had confirmed a late check-in - this made departure day much smoother which we really appreciated.

Noisy as walls are paper thin so you can hear everything and I mean everything your neighbours are doing! Building work next-door started at 8am every day which was very annoying. The room was a bit small as there was no room to put my suitcase. The bed was huge which is nice but I'd rather have a standard size double bed and more floor space. Swimming pool is in the hotel reception area which is a bit odd! Otherwise the facilities are OK.

It was close to Khem beach which was great, and we were sometimes given beach towels. They had english TV channels.

The staff were very much focused on giving things extra fees (charging us extra for basic hospitaity), such as not being willing to offer extra blanket when we could not sleep due to low temperatures. We felt as though there was no «going the extra mile» and that we were an inconvenience for them.

Daca vrei sa cobori pe scara sa fi pregatit cu lanterna de la telefon, nu exista lumina, curatenia in camere se facea la ora 16.00 cand eram la odihna, la receptie ti se da o singura cartela de acces in camera, frigiderul nu raceste de loc. Prosoapele de plaja cu gauri. Micul dejun se serveste in alta cladire cam la 80 de metri de cazare si acolo ouale prajite erau reci, foarte putine variante de mancare, prajitorul de paine e foarte vechi si trebuie introdusa painea de 4-5 ori ca sa fie prajita. Cafeaua, ceaiul si dulceata de ananas sunt foarte bune. In concluzie, dupa parerea mea, este hotel de 2 stele.

Objectively: This is a bad hotel: Billed as a 4-star hotel, but actually only a 2-star one. Their entire business policy is to charge the client the maximum price one time, without offering any service in return. It all started when the hotel ordered a transfer for me and quoted a price. As it turned out later, they charged 2.5 times the normal rate. The room they assigned me had no natural light. The windows overlooked some stone wall. The receptionist started claiming it was my fault. That I had booked exactly that room. I've lived here for quite a while, but I've never lived in a room without natural light. What architect could have come up with such a design??? Of course, I refused to move into this "prison cell." The receptionist didn't even want to talk to me. When I asked to contact management, he said everyone was busy. I'm not sure he even called anyone. Only the intervention of Booking.com's customer service helped resolve this issue, for which I am very grateful. The rest of our stay was, of course, much more pleasant, but that doesn't mean there weren't other issues. In particular, the very limited breakfast and the poorly functioning elevator. I will never return to this hotel again.

Smokers/vaper will not like

Gute Anlage. Nähe von Strand. Einkaufen Möglichkeiten genügen. Essen im Restaurant schmecken sehr gut. Empfehlenswert.

Good location (two minutes from the khem beach), staff is kind.

The room was dark, from the window you see a stone wall. The water in shower had bad pressure, and it was difficult to adjust the water flow so that it would flow steadily and not disappear. And the breakfast was also not very good, there were different food options, but compared to the hotel I was in later in Phu Quoc, this one looked weak

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je vrlo ugodan. Hotel je smješten blizu plaže, što je savršeno za opuštanje i uživanje u moru. Doručak je bio solidan sa svjezom hranom. Što se tiče soba — bile su čiste, redovito održavane i ugodne za boravak. Osjećala sam se kao da sam u udobnom i urednom prostoru. Sve u svemu, ovo je odličan izbor ako tražite smještaj blizu plaže i nedaleko od grada.

La camera nn era nella stessa struttura oltretutto avevamo prenotato per una camera delux ( un pelo più grande e con due finestre) ma all’arrivo ci hanno dato una camera che non era quella scelta da noi e non c’è stato modo di farla cambiare per di più l’ascensore era di fronte alla porta della camera ed ad ogni persona ke lo prendeva suonava, la colazione terribile , la piscina dalle foto non si vede che davanti alla strada . Nonostante avessimo prenotato x 6 notti dopo la prima notte abbiamo deciso di cambiare struttura . Questo non è un 4 stelle .

The staff were very friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Ms. Lan helped us book a wonderful family tour she was always kind and eager to find the best deal for us. Not only the front desk staff, but also the bellman and housekeepers were always smiling and made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality.

As a small suggestion, the pillows were a bit too soft for me, so I sometimes had to use two to sleep comfortably improving this could make the sleeping experience even better. The mini fridge didn’t keep the drinks very cold, but it still worked fine. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book a room at Paralia again on my next trip!

Demasiado caro para lo que es. Nos esperábamos bastante más. Habitación pequeña, la piscina poco aprovechable, te cobraban por todo (hasta el botellín pequeño de agua de la habitación...).

We were put in a room reminiscent of the prison in the ‘The Silence of the Lambs’ movie. Our view from the large window was of a stone wall with no sunlight, however as we are NOT vampires this was not what we expected when on holiday. We were told we were allocated this room because we had “only booked a superior room” I questioned what their interpretation of the word ‘superior’ was but I didn’t receive a response except that there was no other room. We did not complete our full stay. On telling them that we were leaving early, their only reaction was to make sure I understood there would be no refund.

We love our stay at Paralia. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel has great breakfast buffet and is few minutes walk to Khem Beach. Would stay here again!!

The location is perfect to enjoy beautiful Khem beach; staffs are helpful and friendly; hotel is clean, great value for the price, and breakfast buffer is delicious from 7 to 10am, perfect timing. I absolutely want to come back to stay here for long term stay.
