The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, the water was hot and cold when needed, the staff were incredibly helpful, and it was a pleasant experience all around.

The room is clean, well-equipped, convenient, and close to the beach. Staffs are friendly, supportive.

The hotel's proximity to the beach was excellent. The staff were able to communicate in English. My room was well-lit, and it was convenient to rent a motorcycle at the front desk (though booking in advance is recommended to avoid a wait).

I booked a Deluxe Double Room specifically because the online photos showed it having one window and one balcony. Upon arrival, I was initially given a room with only one window. The staff informed me that I should have specified my preference for a balcony earlier, which I found frustrating since it was clearly depicted in the room's online listing. Ultimately, as no room matching the description was available, they moved me to a room with two windows. This entire process felt unprofessional. Our room, located on the second floor, had some bugs, likely due to the large tree outside the window. The hot water supply was also problematic. While it worked initially when my child used the shower, it later failed to produce cold water for me. After about ten minutes, the water eventually became lukewarm. Breakfast options were limited, and I was concerned to see numerous small bugs on the food. I would suggest the hotel consider using transparent containers for the food to address this issue. Finally, the hotel's location offered limited dining options nearby.

Very clean since its newly built. Breakfast food was okay. Very peaceful neighborhood. Staff were nice. They hepled us in renting motorbike.

It's far from sunset town. The lights in the hallway were motion-censored so everytime the elevator opens, it is very dark at night and it was scary to walk through the hallway to our room. But overall, comfort matters to me so i'd probably come back and stay here again.

I don't have normal window. The window faced a wall and a closed well, with no light or fresh air. There were also cigarette butts on the plastic covering under the window, which was not very fire-safe. There were many gnats in the shared restroom on the first floor, and the cleanliness was subpar. There was a buildup on the shower floor and someone else's hair in the bathroom.Last year, this hotel was maintained better.

Comfortable, clean, and newly furnished room. Friendly staff, though not fluent in English. Fantastic location, just 3 minutes from a beautiful beach, but some areas are restricted as it’s a private beach for nearby resorts. Limited food options and activities nearby, and breakfast gets repetitive after a few days. Still, one of the best and most value for money accommodation in the area.

Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. 2mins walk to Khem beach where you can rent a sunbed or just lie on the sand. Also close to shuttle bus stop take you to Sunset tower (in front of Premier residency).

The room was simple and ok, we have seen a couple of ants but did not care though at some point the number of ants walking on the walls and floor got to a concerning level. There had been dust hanging from the ceiling and a lot of spider webs etc.

I think the price is not appropriate to the quality and service. The breakfast is very poor, you can choice just one drink and one dish, not options specially to vegetarian people. The location is near to the beach but not too many shops and restaurants around. The commun areas of the hotel always were hot, don’t use AC.

The staff went above and beyond for us. They helped book our ferry & taxi when we were leaving. Girls were alway friendly and there to help.

The hotel is in good location near beautiful Khem beach. However, the village is still under construction, so it seems like ghost town most of the time. There are a few restaurants in the area, but the buildings are mostly empty. It was difficult to communicate with the staff- English is not on the level as it should be at the hotel. The breakfast has a strange ordering system, it's mostly just soup like pho or some noodles. No buffet. The cleanliness of the hotel was insufficient! After first night, my dad woke up with some bites- thought it was mosquito. After 2 more nights he had countless itchy stings all over his body-bed bugs! We asked the staff to change the room but there was no free room, so they just changed the bed sheets and tried to convince us that there were jellyfish stings on my fathers body. The price is unreasonable, considering the services they offer. I would not return to the hotel.

The room was so comfortable and clean, the bathroom was great as well! The staff were super friendly and helpful, sorting out a small problem we had and even helping is print some documents! The fruit and coffees in the morning were amazing. Very short walk to the beach also 😃

Breakfast was a very limited choice compared to other places we stayed but acceptable.

We stayed on the second floor and our room had a mural just one metre away, there were another 4 floors maybe above us so no natural light was in our room. The city view is the best choice. As it is not a city and extremely quiet as absolutely nothing is going on in the street.

I liked everything about the hotel! The hotel’s very new, which’s nice because it’s not overrun and it’s clean. The beds are super comfortable, good showers and the rooms are generally really lovely. It even has Netflix in case you just want to relax in bed. Would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you.

good value for money. the beach is nice and clean and with a great atmosphere. just beside the hotel there is a mini mart 24h which is super convenient. the only funny thing was the breakfast that we never quite understood how to order what we wanted. only on the last day we managed to eat what we would like to.

The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating (Hao & Tuyen). There was a power outage (planned by the municipality) and they gave us a free ride to the airport. Also, they took in our valuables. Breakfast was good and authentic Vietnamese. Location is right at the beach room was very clean. We want to come back!

No wall safe in the room which is why we had to store our valuables at the front desk.

Everything was fine, location, cleanliness, staff. 2 things they can improve, 1) no power point where the kettle is, no milk either, so you need to plug it on the floor power point near the bed, which can be dangerous if you have kids 2) No iron so you can walk around the island with creased clothes which is ok I suppose

Close to the best beach on Phu Quoc, clean and modern hotel, friendly and helpful staff. I planned only 3 days here, but prolonged my stay for more 4 days, because its perfect!

Very nice bed, very clean ans new room and bathroom. Its very succesfull that there is a/c and fan. Ask for cold coffee at the breakfast. It was the best coffee we tried in vietnam!

You had only one choice in breakfast. It was usually soup although it was tasty. Almost nothing sweet for breakfast, and one or two pieces of fruit.

This hotel near by the best beach in Phu Quoc. New, cozy. I love it so much. Breakfast was Vietnamese style and I didn’t use it. Near by a good Italian restaurant for dinner.

The rooms was clean and neat, very very nice especially for the price. A convenience store is located nearby. Also 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The only two things i didn’t like was that since we arrived after midnight at the hotel, there was no one at the reception and the hotel door was locked…. Thanks to the taxi driver who helped us call the hotel, otherwise we would have thought this hotel had shut down… Also the sound proofing is pretty bad, because other guests were talking loud outside our room at 7am and we could hear everything…

Amazing boutique hotel at Khem beach. Delicious, fresh cooked breakfast every morning. Clean, modern facilities. Room serviced daily, Warm, smiling hospitality from all staff. Easy walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Great place to stay. Very close to the beach. Friendly staff and good food. We had an issue with our room and immediately were offered another one.
