very nice hotel family room, spacious, two toilets, clean. Not far from the beach. Some restaurants around.

Hotel room was with windows facing the wall in about hand distance, actually I would say windowless, which was not expected and not noted in our booking, and it happened not a first time on booking.com. We asked for a breakfast in the morning, paid the fare and it appeared that breakfast was served not in the hotel itself, but at the restaurant around the corner, where we were denied an entry, as they could not find our payment, then we got back to the hotel and after waiting some time while receptionist was checking the things on the phone, we were told that we booked too late, although it was about 40mins till breakfast time closure. We never used that stupid service again, just walked around and found another nice place for a breakfast. Lady receptionist was nice, but not speaking english well. There is no place to wash your feet on the beach, unless you book the service. Never seen such stupid thing anywhere, it is the basic stuff after coming from the sandy beach.

Классное расположение, до самого крутого и пока бесплатного пляжа - 3 минуты пешком. Дом стоит на первой линии, реально ближе всех, очень круто. На соседней улице, с обратной стороны дома улочка с магазинчиками и кафешками. Завтраки и обеды ужины добываются без проблем. Большой плюс в том, что можно просто вечером зайти в соседний большой отель и поиграть в теннис или биллиард, а еще если пройти чуть дальше то можно зайти на территорию Мэриота и провести там вечем. Никакой охраны, такая красота. Так что локация огонь!

right near to the beautiful beach with white sand. Family room was spacious. Good massage in a lobby.

Breakfast is in another building (and not tasty), very heavy perfume smell of bed sheets and towels, I could not breath, I asked to change it, but I was ignored. In a lobby sometimes is a small aggressive dog, who was trying to bite my son, who is allergic to a dogs. For whole family we had only 1 card (key), without this card electricity will not work. We had a balcony, but ist only 25 cm deep.

Two steps from the beach comfortable beds we have booked early and got a good price

the communication the wash off bucket (to Prince off the sand before entering) in front was empty and the administrator was watching reels instead of filling it up nowhere to dry swim suits, no windows

Отель находится в шаговой доступности от пляжа Khem, рядом много кафе, магазинчиков. Номер очень понравился, просторный и стильный. Недалеко остановка бесплатного автобуса до Sunset Town. Всё понравилось. Очень понравился Фукуок и пляж Кхем, красивый.

location good, near Khem Beach, however neighbourhood do not have many restaurants, generally quite strange, lots of empty buildings around, should be better in couple of years for sure. Much better is Sao Beach, but no problem to reach there by Grab within 5 mins (2 USD)

rooms with no windows - didn't know that and VERY thin doors - you could literally hear voices/conversations from corridor, very uncomfortable. Plus nobody talked English, very difficult to communicate, even through translator

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи. Номер просторный с балконом. Кроме кондиционеров есть два вентилятора на потолке, мы включали из на ночь. На ресепшене работает очень приятная девушка Xuyen. Спасибо за тёплый приём.

Hotel, très moderne et très récent, avec un très bon équipement et un lit très confortable. Accueil sympathique.

Notre chambre avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur un trompe-l’œil, à savoir un mur en pierre, avec une déco avec des plantes artificielles. très joli, mais pour les claustrophobes comme moi ce n’était pas l’idéal. Et nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude le matin, en revanche nous en avons eu l’après-midi.

Персонал так и пытается тебя развести на деньги, на ресепшене была девочка которая просто раскрутила мужа на постельное белье, ребенок оставил пятна от граната на простыне , на второй простыне от пюре из тыквы, нам сказали если не отстирается - штраф, муж как порядочный согласился, ну что вы думаете, конечно же не отстиралось... штраф за две простыни 1 400 000 VND (не мало согласитесь, когда цена за проживание сутки 770 000 VND) , а главное чтоб муж не картой оплатил штраф, а наличными, хорошо он оплатил, так на этом не закончилось, она опять начала показывать какие то фото и мужу вещать лапшу на уши, он ей сказал, что уже оплатил ей, чтоб стелили нам простынь с теми пятнами, но она как только видет его прибегала , мужу надоела эта наглость и сказал вызывайте начальство будем разбираться ,больше я платить не буду (честно сколько отдыхаем, столкнулись с такой наглостью впервые), мы очень аккуратные и порядочные люди. После этого она каждый день ходила мило улыбалась и здоровалась, видимо фраза вызвать начальство её испугало, незнаю. Честно очень не приятно, советую вам быть бдительны, когда отдыхаете ,она специально ходит с уборщицей и как будто ей помогает , по факту ищет что сфотографировать, а после предъявлять туристу как штраф, вдруг согласится ей оплатить просто так, без чека, без карты. Надеюсь начальство увидет это сообщение и будет какая-то мера, а то люди не захотят возвращаться в данный отель. Еще из минусов , стройка, хорошо мы жаваронки ,рано встаём, а так с 7.40 утра начинается ремонт, сверлят, стучат, возможно из-за этого 10 дней отдыха , три дня была горячая вода, остальное время едва едва теплая и сутки вообще воды не было никакой...

Obecně vcelku spokojenost. Hezká klidná pláž, luxusní restaurace a točené pivo.

Hotel je docela v izolované části ostrova. Žilo to tu pouze ve dvou ulicích, zbytek zavřený. Při příchodu na recepci je trošku cítit plíseň a vlhko. V pokoji byl upadený věšák na ramínka ve skříni. Také připomínka na sprchový kout, kdy po vysprchování teče voda podél koupelny až k toaletě, jde vyřešit nalepením podlahové lišty.

- до пляжа Кхем 2 минуты; - лапша, вода, мини-бар в номере; - хорошая уборка; - хороший кондиционер и вентилятор, подключается ютуб.

Не рекомендую этот отель по следующим причинам: - по приезду нас никто не ждал, не было ожидаемого приветствия, в холле отеля пахло сыростью и было очень темно; - после расчета не дали сдачу 35 к (обещали отдать позже, для нас мелочь, но всё-равно неприятно); - в номере очень сильно пахло каким-то чистящим средством (как автомобильная вонючка), разболелась голова; - номер был тесный, темный, шкафа для хранения вещей как такового не было, никакого вида на море не было; - заплатила больше за номер с балконом, НО БАЛКОНА НЕТ (просто окно); - ЗВУКИ ДРЕЛИ В 7 УТРА! Каждый день. Вокруг и в самом здании ведутся ремонтные работы, вы будете просыпаться не от пения птиц по утрам; - заплатила за проживание с завтраком, в итоге завтраки в ресторане вообще другого отеля. В первый день спросила у администратора до которого часа завтрак, так и не получила внятного ответа, зато было написано, что стоит 100 000 с человека (хотя, у меня все включалось в стоимость проживания). В итоге сходили один раз на завтрак, а деньги потрачены впустую; - обещали переселить в номер получше, но переселение так и не состоялось; - ТАРАКАНЫ В ТУАЛЕТЕ (за неделю пребывания пришлось уничтожить 4-5 тараканов, остальные убежали 🤢); - ОТСУТСТВУЕТ ГОРЯЧАЯ ВОДА (обращалась к администратору с этим вопросом, сказали проливать 5 минут и ждать. Я ждала и 5 и 10, и 20 минут, но вода бежала еле теплая. Приходилось мыться в такой, а в комнате работал кондиционер и было прохладно…); - кроме пляжа больше ничего в этом районе нет и сходить некуда; - некомпетентный администратор, который отсутствовал постоянно на своем рабочем месте и не смог решить ни одну проблему.

The room was spacious with effective air conditioning and a ceiling fan. It was clean and every need catered for. Mike was a nice man with friendly and professional attitude. So close to the most fabulous large clean beach (Khemi) best beach on Phu Quoc with clean water and plenty of space. Soft white sand and spotless. Restaurant around the back was good also with lots of choice and delicious fruit punches. We will return!

The staff, particularly Mike, we're brilliant. Mike booked trips and made sure transport was arranged as and when needed.

The hotel is part of what is, more or less, a 'gated community'. If you want to do something different it means using the shuttle bus or taxi...or a long walk to the town. Not a pleasant prospect in the heat when you're both the wrong side of 60.

Just an awesome hotel. Best in the area. Value/quality ratio is great. Breakfest is great. Anything that you ask for will be provided. Very close to Khem beach, 3 mins walking.

You will definitely love approaching and attitude of Ms. Van and others. The building is new, rooms are clean, everyday housekeeping keep clean, even not any drop in bathroom. Closest hotel to admirable Khem Beach. We spent our holiday in end of March. Even we extended our stay, and cancelled our scheduled plans to stay there more. The have very rich breakfast in one of the famous restaurant accross the building. There are not many affordable and delicious restaurants around, the famous one is "Draft Beer". If you want to eat the most delicious fish/lamb/pork barbecues, you can drive a bit far to reach "Drujba" Restaurant in 93 Đường Trần Hưng Đạo, Khu phố 7, Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang. The beach are spotless clean, and full of palmas where you can lie down and relax. If you want to explore around you have to rent a bike.

Evrything was perfectly tidy and nice around.

The property is located in a large complex full of apartment blocks, most of which were empty so it was a little strange, however the beautiful Khem beach was literally 100m away so excellent location for the beach. Breakfast was in a restaurant just around the corner and was fairly basic. The room was great - light and airy, clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful, although their English was not great - but they were friendly and would do anything for us using a translating app. We stayed for 6 days and loved the beach, hotel and area very much

The complex was a bit large, empty and quiet.

The hotel was super clean, smelled really good and was close to the wonderful beach! You will always find a place in the shade! The rooms were really new and nicely made! The TV’s have Netflix and internet options. The staff member May was super helpful with ideas on what to do and where to go for food and always informed us easily via whatsapp and helped us out in any way he could. Thank you for that! We did not try the spa, but it looked really nice!

Nothing bad about the hotel itself! The area is quiet new and most of the buildings surrounding the hotel are (still) empty in end 2023. there are not too many food options close by and a lot of food was not served (maybe because too less people) and because the beach is mostly used by the 2 big all inclusive resorts nearby. Almost all restaurants serve mostly sea food, so if you are a fan, this is a perfect place for you! :) This part of the island doesn’t seem like the rest of the island, really new buildings like in Sunset Town and doesn’t have the Vietnamese charm. but if you fancy authenticity, you can go to the main road by scooter in a couple of minutes to find more and way cheaper dining options. Be prepared to pay way more for food than in other places of Phu Quoc. (200-300 VDN per full meal)

Nice location, you can walk barefoot to the bounty beach. The staff and owners went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction, always available to help with any request. Quality room amenities, all very new and fresh. The towels in the room had a pleasant scent

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel and the owners were very hospitable. However, we felt that the hotel could benefit from more hotel-style service to truly feel like a five-star experience. It was more like staying at a friend's home than a high-end hotel. Nonetheless, we appreciate the warm welcome and enjoyed our time there. We were a bit let down by the breakfasts, but appreciated the extra menu and the team's efforts to improve. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

Good location, clean room

Absolutely inexperienced staff, always on site, always talking to guests, offering stuff and touching and photographing my baby. Not tasty food (only had breakfast) and no separate room for eating - their "dining room" is in host's kitchen, no privacy what so ever. Coffee and tea not included in breakfast price.
