Very relaxing, the location is beautiful and the facilities are great!

The staff was a bit rude when we asked for a change of towels. This was after two days and not drying out. We were directed to reception to authorise replacement of the towls and even after that the staff was not very keen to assist.

It was a truly beautiful experience with all staff members going out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Het is een relatief goedkope locatie om te verblijven en je kunt er zelf koken wat fijn is.

Het huisje in zijn geheel is erg verouderd. Daardoor maakt het geen frisse indruk al was het wel schoon. De bedden waren matig. De keuken was voldoende toegerust.

Everything, honestly so over rated. The staff were rude, the facilities were dirty, completely over priced! We checked in on Friday at 4pm and checked out on Saturday at 7.30am, we gave the keys to security and expected a call to ask why we left so early and nothing. They don't care, they got their money. Will never go back there!

Indoor pool and activities offered. The restaurant was great and they have a shop that has everything you need.

Limited kitchen utensils e.g two knives, two plates etc. but enough to get by.

Het zwembad was heerlijk en de kinderen vonden het heel fijn dat het verwarmd was (enige verwarmde zwembad tijdens onze reis door ZA). Restaurant is prima en schappelijke prijzen.

Het huisje was heel erg koud. Zo koud dat we er 's nachts door wakker lagen. Te weinig warme dekens. Oncomfortabele bank en badkamer slecht onderhouden.

The facility is beautiful if the beds could be more comfortable and have heaters in the bedrooms that would be fantastic.

everything, unit had a cold unwelcoming feeling. very unity cleanliness needs to be adhered to. the unit is run down and needs a serious upgrade. shower leaks when in use and messes the whole bathroom. lighting needs to be relooked at. provided more blankets or warmer blankets.

The heated pool, which was the only reason we came in this cold weather, had so many broken tiles that my little boys toes and knees was cut open both nights we used the pool. This is very unfortunate because the pool is otherwise perfect.

The property is clean and entertainment facilities are perfect for families.

It would have been nice to have dish towels to dry dishes as housekeeping only happened at midday and we needed to wash and dry dishes before then.

We had to check out a day early as there was an influx of guests for the weekend and we couldn't handle the noise and the crowds in the warm pool (There was only one warm pool open as the other one was being repaired at the time)

We liked the heated pools, the decorative plants, the size of the shower, the feeling of safety

The bedroom our kids stayed in had signs of mould behind the headboard. We did not feel comfortable with that for their health.

The indoor pool is far too hot to enjoy for a long period. Maximum 30 minutes. Would be nice at 36° at night and 32° during the day.

The delapidated roads in the area,, Bergville, etc will not see me again. I would not recommend this to anyone!

The breakfast was generous and buffet the first day. The place is well spread out with much space to relax and walk. The Royal Natal Park is also close by for day visits.

The wind was very heavy all night but no fault of the lodge. A fireplace in the room will be just great!

An excellent and well run resort with beautiful hot and cold pools both inside and out with slides and many facilities. Everything from restaurants, shop, massage facility on site at affordable pricing, friendly service and the resort is absolute perfection.

I enjoyed the pools.

I liked the facilities, next time I am coming with the whole family.

Good value for money and lots to do if you have young children, close proximity to Royal Natal Park.

We really enjoyed the resort. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Chalet was spotlessly clean. Amenities in the chalet met all our needs. Aircon, Snappy Chef stove. Walk-in shower with grab rails. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Braai facilities on site. Covered hot water swimming pool was clean, and water was lovely and warm. Could relax. Changing rooms were very clean and neat. We will definitely book there again. Cafe had all the necessary items one could need at a self-catering unit. Meat, charcoal, etc. and you can even buy a beer there. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The towels in the chalet are very small. The restaurant on site could definitely improve. Example fish of the day was Hake. The steak was very tough and the choice of vegetables was stir-fried peppers, onions and about 3 cubes of butternut. The buffet breakfast was up to standard.

The unit was clean and spacious.

The build in braai was rusted through on the back and bottom. At the under roof swimmingpool there is no shop to buy anything, you must walk to the shop at reception to buy what you need and return back to the underroof swimmingpool. The restaurant wasn't available for supper if needed.

the two person flat/ chalet that i lived in needs a bit of additional attention to enhance the comfort. A mat at the back door will assist in not carrying in dirt from the rear of the flat. lighting at the barbecue was poor. charge for or provide a dish cloth, have a set of oven gloves in your kitchen, consider adding some picture frames on your bare walls.

In desperate need of an upgrade. Old bedding, sagging beds, pictures are misleading. Flies were absolutely awful inside the “house”. Paid for golf (not cheap) not enough golf balls, no correct sizes for the clubs. None of the activities were available. Only booked here for the activities for kids.

More appropriate for a young family with kids. Little shade at outdoor swimming pool.

Towels are change every 4 days ....would you change your towel after 4 days ....and the weather was bad. So towels didnt dry when put them out. The unit was not cleaned ,as bins was not emptied, floor was still dirty, dead wasp on floor ,ant hills in the bathroom ,yet they said servicing was done. Not my true moneys worth were cleanliness was not tops. Will not return even though we enjoyed the heated pools.

The activities and amenities were wonderful and so very suited to families and children.

The accommodation was very basic, with limited cutlery and crockery available, even some short for the number of people staying in the unit. Cleaning lady was very grumpy.

This is kids' paradise. They'll forget they have cellphones and tablets and won't even bother watching television. There's so much to do. We also loved the breathtakingly beautiful views from the little chapel.
