Reviewed Jan 29, 2026On arrival to the hotel which is on a congested street, the reception staff were quick to open the nearby door to the small parkade to provide secure parking for my motorcycle. Also in the parkade was access to the elevator which was very convenient to move luggage up to the room. The parkade is also used to provide parking for patrons of the very good restaurant which appears to be very popular with locals. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of light and windows that opened. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to see the parks across the street being used for sports and people having fun.
There were a couple dogs that got to barking in the adjacent laneway but not really a problem.

La zona es insegura, saliendo del hotel en toda la puerta nos robaron y al parecer algun integrante del personal del hotel es integrante del grupo de delincuentes porque según los videos ya sabían a que hora ibamos a salir y esa informacion solo la sabían ellos.

Lots of transmitted noise, building works (hammering) until 8:30pm. Also, one wall is a very large pane of glass looking on to the corridor. Whilst blinds provide privacy, the glass doesn't provide much noise reduction.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2022Very very friendly, professional and attentive staff at the reception, spacious, modern and comfortable rooms with hot water.
Strange smell on our floor outside the room perhaps due to proximity to a fried cuy restaurant. Our room had flooded after using the shower one day but we were immediately put into another identical room. The area of the hotel at night is fairly sketchy, ideally get an Uber, Didi or taxi to avoid any risk.
