Staff were great and made a huge effort. It was clean and good value.

Location was a bit off the beaten track and although staff were friendly the wait for food was crazy. We waited 40min for 2 sandwiches and we were their only customers

De handdoeken rek en een van de lamellen viel af maar die hebben ze meteen de dag daarna vervangen. En er is geen lift.

Inflexibility of menu if something was not available from our set menu, to be charged for something to replace an item ordered that was not available seemed harsh.

Room was spacious and comfortable, hot shower with good water pressure. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, one of the best meals I had whilst in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was excellent too.

Everything costs money, breakfast costs money, even the drinks in the room cost money. We were supposed to stay for 3 days, but we didn't like the hotel and only stayed for 1 day, and they charged us for that too. The hotel was greedy. The hotel doesn't resemble the pictures at all.The smell of the restaurant and food hits you as soon as you enter, you have to climb stairs to the rooms, there's no elevator, but it was fairly clean, 3 out of 10.

Resepsiyondaki görevli çok ilgiliydi, her şeyi çok güzel organize etti. Havalimanı transferimiz tam zamanında bizi aldı. Odamızdan bavulları almak için haber vermemizi istediler, arar aramaz geldiler. Tüm personel çok güler yüzlüydü.

Location is ok, already stayed here. However we had the worst experience ever.

We checked in at 3:00 p.m. and immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working. Before we went out for a walk, we informed the reception desk, but we were told that it simply needed some time to cool the room. The Wi-Fi was also not working. When we returned from our walk, the air conditioning was still not functioning. After dinner, the room had become unbearably hot. The hotel sent three different staff members to inspect the air conditioning, but the whole process took more than 1.5 hours. Since we had to wake up at 3:00 a.m. for an early flight, getting some sleep was extremely important to us. During this time, we had to sit in the hallway with our luggage for over 1.5 hours, sweating while waiting for a solution. Eventually, we were informed that the issue could not be fixed and that we would be moved to another room. However, changing rooms took another 30 minutes. The young man at the front desk did his best to help us, and we appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, the overall way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. We also tried to contact the hotel manager, but he did not even bother to return our call. In our opinion, this is not the level of professionalism you would expect from a manager. When we finally received our new room, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes because the safe could not be opened and the staff had to find the key. In the end, we only managed to get 2–3 hours of sleep before having to leave for our flight. This experience caused us a great deal of unnecessary stress and disappointment, and it significantly affected what should have been a comfortable stay.

The room was very nice. The restaurant is one of the best in Negombo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Terrace Green Hotel. The staff was very friendly, caring and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. We especially appreciated the hotel’s close location to the ocean — it was wonderful to be so near the beach. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the airport transfer was very convenient and almost free, which was a nice bonus. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we would be happy to stay here again!

The property was very close to restaurants and other surroundings , the welcome was very welcoming the staff are amazing , only stayed 1 night here but the experience was lovely room was lovely spaces and the juccuzi was fabulous , also we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the salt restaurant downstairs very good food and service 😊

Only downside I say is the flood just outside hotel made it hard to walk out of the hotel without risking getting your shoes totally wet

Отличный отель! Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Супер ресторан на первом этаже (открытая кухня), очень часто завтракал и ужинал в нем. Номер и ванная комната со свежим ремонтом. Удобная локация, вдали от шумных дорог, но в пешей доступности от моря и инфраструктуры.

В номере есть сложности с настройкой телевизора, в частности работоспособность пульта, самостоятельно решил эту проблему установив приложение и управлял с телефона.

Since our flight was rescheduled, we could only stay for two hours at most, but both the room and hotel facilities, as well as the staff’s warm hospitality and support, were absolutely excellent. It was the best place we stayed at. I’d like to log in again. I highly recommend it. Since our flight was moved up, we couldn’t eat our meal, so they packed it for us—they were very considerate.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is located within walking distance of the main road, making it reasonably convenient while still being in a quieter area. The property also has its own restaurant, which appears to be quite popular, although we did not have the opportunity to try it during our short stay.

The biggest disappointment was the airport transfer arrangement. The hotel advertises free airport pickup, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. However, the free service requires guests to call the hotel upon arrival and then wait approximately 30 minutes for a driver to be dispatched. The alternative is to pay an additional USD 5 for a driver to meet you directly in the arrivals hall with a sign. While the service is technically available, the way it is presented can be somewhat misleading. For international travelers arriving late at night, having to make a phone call and wait outside the airport can be inconvenient, especially since no messaging option was offered. In addition, the hotel is located on a side street, and although it is close to the main road, the walk can feel a bit isolated after dark.

Das Restaurant unten ist sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir konnten gegen Aufpreis auch bereits früher einchecken da unser Flieger morgens ankam. Bei Ausflugswünschen wurden wir gut unterstützt. Der Strand ist 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Nach Negombo Zentrum braucht man 15 Minuten mit dem TukTuk. Restaurant sind viele in der Nähe.

Das Internet hat sehr schlecht funktioniert.

It was perfect for what I needed. Arrived in the early hours of the morning and left after breakfast. Staff arranged pick up from the airport and also transport to Nuwara eliya the following day. Cannot comment on much else as didn’t use any of the services.

Only comment would be that i was charged for bottled water (nowhere else in Sri Lanka did this happen) and also for using the fresh milk that was in the fridge (for tea). Although being charged for milk seemed to be standard around the place, but given the cost of the accommodation for one night it seemed a bit steep.

Small boutique hotel located off the main strip good for a night or 2 after long travel. Friendly staff.

Good linen and comfortable beds. Good airport drop. Decent breakfast (but slow service)

Room is small and bathroom even smaller. Water from the shower spills over to what should be a dry area. There are a total of 2 power points in the room, one used by the electric kettle and one for the mosquito repellent-none for charging phones or other devices without unplugging something. If you want creamer/milk for the tea, you have to buy it from the mini bar. Location is not within walking distance of the beach. Dinner at the restaurant was average at best. About a 30 minute drive to the airport with no traffic.

The hotel fully meets Western standards in terms of facilities and cleanliness. The hot tub on the balcony was particularly lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

The food was fabulous, with a wide variety of choices. The staff are very attentive, friendly and professional.

I would have like a couple of chairs inside my room instead of the extra single bed.

Gorgeous hotel, lovely spa treatment, great location, attentive and courteous staff.

Only two plug sockets in the room, and only one of those was next to one of the (twin) beds?? And one of the sockets had a mosquito repellant plug-in plugged in, which is a lovely touch but leaves two people sharing one socket that’s not even between the two beds. Seems like an odd design choice, especially for a hotel offering a free airport shuttle, surely guests want to charge ALL of their electronics before flying home.

Excellent place to stay after a long flight. Airport pickup and shuttle was great, even when our flight landed late at night. Comfortable sleep and clean room. Close to the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants.

FAULTLESS.This is how a hotel should be run. I have stayed in hotels around the world and rarely met such perfection . Whoever owns this hotel should be very proud.

Perfect, boutique style hotel! The rooms are very good value but the real star of this hotel is the restaurants food. For dinner had the crab curry and drunken crab and it’s was our top meal during our two week Sri Lankan tour. It honestly was Michelin star quality. We shared a Sri Lankan and American style breakfast and that was perfect too. The only hotel that had decent coffee. Short walk to the beach to enjoy a beer and watch the sunset and locals play volleyball.

No complaints, would only recommend.

The noise from 9pm through the night was awful , firstly the restaurant cleaning up , banging around . During the night banging of doors people coming and going

Kamers waren niet helemaal geluiddicht. Dus je hoort 's nachts wel heel veel straathonden blaffen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant war sehr lecker. Auch der Flughafentransfer hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir wurden in der Ankunftshalle empfangen.
