Крайне негативный опыт. Во время проживания мы обнаружили пропажу денег и личных вещей из номера. Персонал украл деньги в последний день нашего проживания в отеле. Я уже слышал про такую схему воровства именно в последний день проживания, но не ожидал что это произойдет в этом отеле. Однако после обнаружения пропажи меня гораздо больше шокировала реакция администрации отеля. Персонал сообщил нам, что полиция вызвана и уже едет. В результате мы долго ждали, находясь в стрессовой ситуации. Позже выяснилось, что полиция вызвана не была, нас просто обманули. В итоге нам пришлось самостоятельно обращаться в полицейский участок. Менеджер не выходил на связь, не отвечал на звонки и сообщения, несмотря на серьезность ситуации. Вместо помощи, поддержки и попыток разобраться в произошедшем мы столкнулись с игнорированием наших обращений. Я уверен в том, что менеджер был в сговоре с персоналом. Никаких реальных действий по урегулированию ситуации предпринято не было. Нам не предложили помощь, не попытались разобраться в обстоятельствах, не проявили заинтересованности в решении проблемы. Даже если оставить в стороне сам факт пропажи имущества, отношение к гостям в подобной ситуации оказалось крайне разочаровывающим. Когда у гостя возникает серьезная проблема, последнее, чего он ожидает, — это безразличие, уклонение от общения и недостоверная информация. После этого опыта я больше не готов останавливаться в этом отеле и не могу рекомендовать его другим путешественникам. Будьте крайне осторожны при выборе этого отеля! Есть много других притяных отелей в которых вас точно не ограбят и отношение персонала будет нормальным. Extremely negative experience. During the stay, we discovered the loss of money and personal belongings from the room. The staff stole the money on the last day of our stay at the hotel. I have already heard about such a theft scheme on the last day of my stay, but I did not expect it to happen in this hotel.

Había manchas por toda la pared y las cortinas de mosquitos muertos (entendemos que sería de otros huéspedes). Además, nos encontramos unos 12-15 mosquitos volando por la habitación libremente y ahí estuvimos 15 min intentando dejar aquello limpio, además de ciempiés paseando dentro de la habitación. Las sábanas sucias. La ventana para el balcón no cierra herméticamente igual que la puerta exterior, por tanto pueden entrar insectos y bichos todos el tiempo. No lo recomiendo para nada. Entiendo que es selva y que el entorno sea así, pero una habitación debería tener un mínimo de higiene y comodidad. Después de visitar la isla hicimos el chek out y dejamos la habitación, volviendo a Bali. Ni en mi peor pesadilla me quedo allí a dormir (y eso que es de los mejores hoteles de la isla). Isla perfecta para visitar un día y volver a tu hotel. No duermes allí.

The property was perfect for us, we booked the suite room and the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing! The accommodation was so peaceful and the staff were honestly so helpful! Leo was on reception during our stay and he was so attentive, he organised us a driver, our return boat tickets, and gave us amazing tips of where to see during our stay. The friendly staff in these places always make the stay soo enjoyable! Aside from that, it’s a perfect little spot with a shop a 5 mins walk away, monkeys in the trees, a lovely pool to chill by, and a restaurant next door. Honestly can’t wait to come back!

Eigentlich nur die Aussicht

Wir sind nach einer Stunde wieder abgereist, bereits als wir eintrafen hing ein beissender Geruch im Zimmer, das Zimmer selbst war in einem schlechten und dreckigen Zustand, die Kopfkissen waren voll mit Schimmel flecken das Badezimmer brach fast auseinander, überall Schmutz. Wir haben uns null wohlgefphlt und sind deshalb sofort umgezogen, fairerweisse muss man sagen wurde uns ein weiteres Zimmer angeboten, welches wir aber durch die Erfahrung gar nicht mehr ansehen wollten. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

The hotel, despite it's good location and facilities, is short of staff. The existing staff are very sincere and multi-tasking.

It’s not like in the photos. The toilet needs some renovation. There was some yellow marks in the bedsheets, we ask the staff to change it to clean sheets and when we came back the sheets were different but they also had some yellow marks.. we stayed only one night and we were glad to leave! Staff was nice tho but our expectations based on the photos were different

Samuh Sunset Nusa Pineda was a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable and the room clean but the best part of this accommodation was the amazing service by the staff, particularly Leo who was incredibly friendly and catered to our every need. His English was great and he seemed to really care on a personable level. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well. The view from the room was stunning. The view was over the sea with prominent views of the Mount Agung volcano. If you like quiet and remote this hotel sits on its own next to a very high class resort. There is nothing else in that area. It feels isolated but well serviced. It had a beautiful kind of secluded charm to it. Next door is the Pramani hotel which has an amazing high class restaurant. The room had some issues but honestly, at this price, it was entirely acceptable. If you need everything to be perfect you need to expect to pay twice as much.

There were a few little things but when you factor in the price of accommodation it is entirely forgiveable. 1) The Wi-fi is bad. 2) The water from the shower carried as far as in front of the toilet bowl. Therefore the drainage was poorly designed. 3) Some of the upholstery is outdated. The draws on the vanity in the bathroom didn't open and there was no room to put a toiletries bag. 4) The drive from the harbour is about 10-15 minutes and the road is very bad but that is everywhere in Nusa Pineda.

L’établissement n’est pas très loin du centre ville malgré une route d’accès pas génial la situation est idéale et la vue est magnifique. Le staff est charmant, au petit soin et toujours souriant. Vraiment très agréable.

Het personeel is super behulpzaam en aardig vooral Leo is echt top.

Wij zijn een ouder echtpaar en nergens bij de beschrijving van de locatie staat hoe slecht die te bereiken is. En als je eenmaal boven op die berg bent aangekomen dan zit je afgezonderd van de omgeving. Het restaurant stelt niks voor geen goede keuken geen sfeer Het is meer een lege kantine waar ze alleen drinken hebben met een gemiddelde dagtemperatuur 30 graden. Verder is er niks als je niet goed ter been bent zit je de geboekte dagen opgesloten in je kamer. Die eerste 6 trede zijn zo hoog en er is geen leuning dat het een hele uitdaging is om beneden te komen dan het zwembad ik kon er niet komen omdat ik die trappen niet aankon en strand is al helemaal niet in de directe omgeving. Het uitzicht is prachtig maar datwashetdan ook. Jammer

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel ! Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Le lieu offre une belle vue pour se relaxer après une journée de visite. Merci à Léo de m'avoir fait la visite de l'est de l'île ne pouvant pas louer de scooter. La localisation n'est pas évidente à atteindre en arrivant du port. Obligation de se faire amener en taxi pour aller à l'hôtel. Je recommande

Hotel med fin udsigt over havet

Hotel ligger ude i ingenting på bjergside. Taxi hver gang man skal noget. Vi gik engang ned i byen, på vej som næsten ikke var en vej/sti. Meget skrå veje oppe på bjerg. Badeværelse lugtet og fuld af skimmelsvamp. Restauranten kan ikke engang serverer kolde drikkevarer. En sød mand vi mødte ved check in og flere gange under opholdet. Resten var ikke særlig smilende eller hjælpsomme. Rengøring var ikke god nok.

Tout était parfait ! 1000 mercis à Léo qui est vraiment très professionnel et qui a su réserver mes excursions avant même que j’arrive, ainsi que me conseiller et m’informer, une très très bonne communication à n’importe quelle heure. Le logement avait une vue mer magnifique, la chambre était propre ainsi que le balcon ! Merci beaucoup pour ce court séjour, je reviendrai à coup sûr !

the views were stunning

it was a bit far from the main parts of the island, but that’s okay if you want a relaxing trip and don’t plan a lot of driving around the island

Room is big size. Bed is comfortable and clean.

They also didn't help me to change my days of stay which I had to do because of no flights from Jakarta. They charged me for the days I didn't stay.

Unfortunately not long after our arrival did we notice there was an evident ant problem in our room. Dozens of ants were climbing around the walls

Some of the facilities and rooms can use a bit of an upgrade (especially for the price range the hotel is operating in) The way up to the hotel is bad, so be prepared if you want to come by car.

The view is stunning. Merta was attentive to our request. Overall is good.

Some of the breakfast food is not available. Location is hard to reach. If you travel by motorcycle, be prepared of the bumpy and bad road.

Our stay was truly memorable! The room was incredibly spacious and offered a wonderful view with a stunning ocean backdrop that we just couldn't get enough of. Leo was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with arranging rentals and snorkeling activities, making everything so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Everything was really beautiful. Leo was extra helpful and the whole staff was flexible and amazing . We had a pool view and an ocean view from our room which was amazing!

The breakfast options. As someone who likes great breakfasts, I really think the options could have been better. The meal was okay ish satisfying but if you are someone who can’t satisfy yourself with an omlette and juice, the breakfast option would be better to have opted out .

MUST READ!! There is no hot water in the shower! When I confront the front desk, they simply told me we have 15L tank for hot water which last few mins then cold water running again!! Far away from all the tourists attractions! I rented a motorbike from the hotel and the brakes didn’t work & with no gas nor service. Almost had accidents due to lack of motor service!!! The road to the hotel is a nightmare, u must take headache pill before you hit the road. When I asked for transportation from the harbour, the staff told me 200k for 15 mins ride!!!! Pretty much they hustled me because I’m new to the twon. On the way back to harbour, I told them it’s only 15 mins away why 200k, they said 150k with smile!!! Really? Why I have to negotiate? The breakfast is tasteless with weird food combinations!! I WOULD RATE IT 1 STAR HOTEL

The roads are bumpy and narrow to the hotel. Otherwise everything was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel: it was not crowded, quiet, and peaceful. Leo helped us organize shopping and excursions, and we are also grateful to Dea, who arranged an early breakfast and a taxi for our departure! The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. 🙏🏼

Horrible road to get to the hotel and you have to go a long way round. There is a way of walking to town but you have to go down a steep path and trek through a very over grown path.

I don’t know why, but the hotel looks like has almost anyone there, the swimming pool all the time empty, the bad for the massage was extremely dirty, like nobody use, so nobody clean… Breakfast unfortunately really bad, and we found a hair at my wife’s plate..

The customer service. Leo was amazing, catered to our every need. Rohman was awesome too guided us where to visit. All in all spectacular views from our room and great service.

The only thing about this place is the view from the balcony and our tour guide Mr. Swarta who was so kind and helpful.

The room 113 smell damp. Water heater doesn't work in the bathroom. Room service is bad. Ordered pizza only to be told that the oven is broken. No telephone in the room to contact reception. To get to town is a nightmare as the road is literally in a jungle with no lights to guide you. No other entertainment available.

Laix and Leo made us feel so welcome, we even got a welcome fresh juice drink. The beds are so comfy and the views from the balcony were incredible. Especially loved the bath tub on the balcony. Would highly recommend the Balinese massage at the hotel.

Safebox could have worked, balcony doors didn't lock even though it's safe area. The pool had fair bit of oil in it we didnt go in (massage oil or from suncreen, not sure) photos of room and pool area were definitely better than what it was, maybe they were taken when it was built and since it has become a bit worn out but wasn't a problem, just set different expectations. Value for money was good because we got it at a black friday sale price but wouldn't have paid the full price. It's a bit far from town (10-15mins by scooter) you need a scooter for sure and the road was pretty bumpy. Again, didn't bother us but just good to know if you don't ride a scooter I wouldn't recommend as you would be paying up to 200k to go to town each time.

Clean, quiet and beautiful location

The only thing I’d say is that Google map takes you to a house a mile and half from the property, the owner of the house was kind enough to take me to the actual location of the building.

Very outdated, dirty, rusty and expensive for what you get. The road to get to the hotel is also on a very bad gravel road - 9 minutes from main road.

THE ROADS

We had a great time! The bath and the view were fabulous, and there were bath foam and bath salt too! Room service was excellent, carried a fresh juice from restaurant to our room. Cleaning every day. Host Leo was really friendly and helpful. Told us what we gonna see in different places and where it’s better to go. Also told us what gas stations work early in the morning, we are thankful for that.

Wi-Fi connection was slow sometimes. And Google maps goes not show all little roads near the road that you use to get to the hotels so you can take a wrong turn, but a couple of road signs with the hotel name would do the job.

Leo :) he was part of the staff and helped us a lot in organizing our trip. He really made our stay pleasant and we felt he took care of us very nicely!

The location is not the easiest to reach, but that’s very common in Nusa Penida. The door of our room didn’t close properly so geckos could enter easily.

The view from the room was breathtaking from the balcony. It’s peaceful to sleep at night due to the quietness, and the mornings are beautiful with the sunrise and the sound of birds chirping.

The privacy was a bit compromised due to the nearby snorkeling Wall Point, which attracted a lot of people. Be aware that the sound of morning prayers might wake you up.
