Easy Stay - The Vantage Rosebank

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent.

Very quiet convenient locations

Conveniently located right near Rosebank shopping centres. 24hr reception. Self check-in/out.

Ricoffy sachets 🤮 No milk (only cremora)

The place is beautiful and very neat

The cleaners were very very friendly and everything was In Order and in place.

Absolutely nothing Everything was perfect

Very good place in Rosebank. Great communication, all questions and issues solved. The property allowed me to leave my bags at reception before and after check in/check out. The apartment was very clean and cozy, with a great view towards the main street. Clean bed, bathroom, daily housekeeping. Microwave oven, fridge, dishware. Very close to Rosebank Mall (2-3 min walking) and the Gautrain station (maybe 10 minutes, walking). Great space at reception, perfect for calling an Uber and waiting for it there. Exceptional reception staff, very nice and helpful. I also had a parking spot included in the underground parking garage but I did not use it as I didn't have a car. Overall, the property gives you a sense of safety and comfort.

The living room carpet maybe needed a bit more cleaning but no big issue here

Location. Water in the fridge was great.

The room needs upkeep. Shower grout is turnin black. Dusty. Cleaner didnt wash all the dishes. The veranda was filthy. Couldn't even spend time outside. No coffee machine. Rooms very crammed

Location. Very nice apt.

la ubicación

todo estaba bien

Great location. Lot's to do. Felt like a safe area, tons of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, water and tea.

The safe didn't seem to work. But in fairness, we did not contact on-site management.

It is secure and in a great location

Location excellent. Walking distance to various shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Daily cleaning was inconsistent.

Professionnal service from check in to check out .

nothing

Great location in the Rosebank Area.

The 501 unit didnt have an AC although I had booked a room that was indicated to have AC. The leather sofa was in bad condition

In generale l appartamento era spazioso e funzionale. Un po di attenzione in più da porre alla pulizia, c erano molte ditate e strisciate sui mobili e le lenzuola non sembravano perfettamente pulite.

The location was quiet convenient. Walking distance from the Mall. The staff were also extremely welcoming and friendly

The space is quite small and the property was not very clean.

La ubicació i que tenen pkg privat

the water pressure and heat, it was not satisfactory especially for winter

The facilities in the apartment made it very homely. And the bottles of water in the fridge were an extra touch

Some things need a little TLC. The long lamp wasn’t working, the remote needed batteries. Just overall TLC

Clean and safe 👍I enjoyed my stay.

The location was great. The unit is modern and cozy.

Location

Apartment was cold

Location! The apartment is 100meters from the Zone/the Rosebank mall with all its restaurants, shops etc. Apartment itself is spacious and with all amenities you need. Especially like the staff: flexible and thinking along. Recommended.

The fact that it’s close to the mall and food courts

I can not complain about anything

Clean, safe and well located. It's good value for money. I would go back anytime i needed.

The place is as advertised. Beautiful, clean, quite and very comfortable

The location

There was no hairdryer in the apartment. The bedside lamps were not working. There were stains on the dining room chairs. The shower floor was not very clean.

Shopping mall en restaurants op 2 minuten loopafstand. Fijn , schoon appartement. Service was goed.

Rien

The little things that were considered made the stay. The trigger spray inthe bathroom, the prayer direction. Clean, fresh towels and linen. The dryer and washer were appreciated. Decor was nice and the facilities were in good nick, The apartment was also very well insulated and meant that we were always warmer that outside. And of course the location, which was awesome.

The two bed single bath apartment was very crapmed even for a small family of four. The toilet flush causes a noise even when the upstairs units flush.

N/A WE DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST

OUR ROOM WAS COLD AND I HAD TO REQUEST A BLANKET WHICH WAS VERY DUSTY AND LOOKED WORN OUT

The location and service

Cold winters

Location is great

The bedroom could use blackout curtains as the passage light is very bright

Perfect location! Walking distance from Rosebank Mall, great restaurants. Safe area, safe parking!

It was very clean

Nothing

Location is great and convenient.

The comfort, very cosy and clean

lol, i might be rude for lying, so there was nothing wrong

Location and the rooms

Everything was great

Great stop! It is a small apartment but has all you need, and the location is prime. We spent only one night but would love to spend more!

Nothing :)

Great location Clean

Cheapest possible amenities

Conveniently located. Its ok for a short stay. I stayed 2nights.

Better cleaning could be done. Mould around the kitchen sink. Beds were hard. The shower gets too hot, couldn't control the temperature properly.

Place is conveniently located and staff is amazing

The shower cubicle especially tiles on the shower walls and floor had a build up of dirt, need to be thoroughly cleaned

Property is very close to the mall, very convenient Parking is very safe

Excellent

Tolle und sichere Lage, tolles Apartment.

The property is close to the mall and restaurants.

The couches were extremely dirty.

Comfortable.

1 thing can be improved. 1- there is a light that comes to the room from the main door side when all lights are off in the room. We need a dark place to a good sleep.

Beds make noise

We arrived a bit earlier, but checkin was smooth and no problem to accomodate us. The location is excellent and safe, and lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Shower takes quite long for the water to heat up...be patient!

Heating and AC functioned well and loved the patio space

Complimentary Coffee offered could be better quality for the rates. Also no sugar offered. Small issue but details add to experience

A heater in the room

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff. Clive checking me in an hour earlier

Tuesday night was very noisy somewhere close by. Also within, people were walking past laughing and shouting

Everything

Nothing

Location was easy to get to for my business in GP.

The room was cold. I wish it had aircon and electric blanket.

L appartamento era perfetto e dorato di ogni confort

Nulla

Przemiły personel, dbający o swoich gości na każdym kroku.

W zasadzie nie mam uwag.
