We were very fortunate to stay for a second time at this lovely hotel in Arambol. We came to relax and were able to do so in our clean room and very well maintained property. Breakfast is a wonderful bonus. The manager Manjeet and his team were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth recommending to stay here if stopping in Arambol.

The pool was nice. At breakfast, they prepared exactly what we asked for—coffee and fruit. The room was comfortable and looked good.

It felt like everything there revolved around money; they didn't want to add a bed for the child and asked for an extra charge for it.

Lack of English. Rubbish in the area and on beach. The power kept going out and no air-conditioning. The Wi-Fi was poor despite advertising as High Speed internet

We loved the upgraded king-size bedroom with double aspect floor to ceiling windows . We loved the air conditioning and we loved the swimming pool.

The reception staff who we had to order food from by WhatsApp ( there was a telephone in the room which didn't work , why was it there ? ), didn't speak very good English. It was hard to communicate in detail about things . There was a blind on the window in the bathroom which let in light from the bedroom and it was mouldy and dirty . The cleaners forgot to give us toilet paper several days in a row , they forgot to give us tea cups and top up our tea bags .

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged a scooter for us and made late check-in super easy. A wonderful experience overall!

This hotel was perfect for us. Rooms were clean, restaurant served good food, staff were friendly and accommodating. It is not too far from the beach but st away from a noisy area. We came to relax and we certainly did. We will definitely be back to this hotel

Breakfast was good, 5 different options that changed everyday, bread to toast, fruit, juice and coffee.

There was no hot water in our room, when asking about that we were told we had to fill up to 2 buckets and maybe it would come. Not only that feels not environmentally friendly but also the hot water never came. Pool was green, bottom could not be seen. We didn't dare to go in as it looked like it could be harmful. Also asked about it and answer was it was good to swim but they would put chlorine and clean it, which they didn't. Bedsheets didn't smell clean and were yellowish. Toilet bowl looked like it was never properly brushed, many stains. Overall disappointed as we were looking forward for a swimming pool. Breakfast was the only saviour

It was in a calm street and there was only noise from some stray dogs and motorcycles. The staff was really nice and helpful.

It could have been a bit cleaner, especially the bedsheets. Also, we paid for buffet breakfast but being end of season it was not available. Breakfast could be definitely improved.

A nice small hotel, located in a quiet part of Arambol, but still within walking distance to the beach. The receptionist and the team were very friendly. In addition to a lovely breakfast served every morning, the pool was a nice treat to cool down during a hot day. The hotel and the room were very clean. Definitely worth staying here if in North-Goa.

Im Aaria Hills gefällt mir alles. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, das Personal ist etwas schüchtern aber sehr nett und vor allen hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross, die Betten/Matratzen sehr gut. Der Pool ist toll, das Wasser immer sauber.

Скудный и однообразный завтрак

Просторные номера, свежий ремонт, хороший жёсткий матрац, приятная архитектура здания, за бассейном следят, ухоженная территория. Завтрак европейский, с элементами индийской кухни. Варят вкусный молотый кофе и масала чай.

Приходилось напоминать про обычные для отеля вещи, убрать балкон, пополнение туалетных принадлежностей. Не знаю как в других номерах, в моем после 23:00 вода была чуть теплая.

Лучший отель в Арамболе по соотношению цена/качество!!! Единственный минус лично для меня это вегетарианские завтраки, но и то я к концу отдыха уже привык к ним!!!

The property was well maintained and looked ecstatically pleasing. As our first hotel in Goa, it gave us a wonderful first touch of the beauty of Goa and the service was great. We had twin room in second floor which was good. The room was quiet and we slept comfortably throughout our stay. The restaurant was good and breakfast was decent. We used the pool quite a lot and they even served our drinks to the pool which was nice. They also had free parking space for our 2 scooters.

We had scooters and for that reason didn’t really feel the issue but I can imagine by walking with the luggage the location can be somewhat difficult since it’s on top of a hill. But this wasn’t a real problem but we noticed that.

Quiet as away from the main road. Swimming pool and breakfast included, will do laundry. Reception really lovely and will help with questions. Basic rooms fine, on ground floor and with a small balcony. If you want better frontage and large balcony go for the next room up.

Slight mould on shower blind so have an initial smell but goes away once opened up to fresh air

We loved it here, tucked back off a busy road so nice and quiet. Lovely pool, usually with just us in it. Friendly staff, good breakfast plenty of hot water. We’d definitely recommend and would return.

A fantastic hotel. Beautifully clean rooms with Smart TV and big comfortable beds. A lovely pool area and restaurant with fabulously friendly staff. I liked the location, away from the busy main road. Can highly recommend.

Calm getaway from the busy streets of Arambol. Fresh air breeze to ventilate room. Great place to rest and recover after spending time at an ashram. Restaurant food was delicious, love the chicken 65 and veggie dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Not very accessible for taxis, especially during rush hours.

The location is amazing! Yes, you need to walk to the beach, but it takes about 10-15 minutes. You come back from the noisy road to a completely remote place. The atmosphere is peaceful. They have everything you need at the property. They will clean your room upon your request. The pool and the pool area are also beautiful. The stuff was amazing! Big thanks to all of them, Pritam and Manjeet and everyone whose names we didn’t catch.

Очень здорово. Правда завтраки по нашим меркам скудные, но это только первый день, потом втягиваешься. От моря далековато, но нам очень понравилось ходить через рынки и кафешки, многие видишь, общаешься, покупаешь сувениры и торгуется за каждую мелочь. Куча удавольствий. Всем рекомендую, не пожалеете. Даже с маленьким ребенком (4года). Куча впечатлений. Персонал очень доскональный, уборка и замена белья только по просьбе, никто не стучит по утрам. Ну и цена более чем доступная. Всем хорошего отдыха.

Жене не понравилось что с крана кипяток не тек. А мне норм. Завтраки не очень, но мы за этим и ехали, не обжираться.

Отель имеет красивую зеленую территорию, чисто и уютно, что очень отличает от территории вокруг. Персонал очень внимательный, не навязывают лишнего, стараются во всем помочь гостям. В кафе можно очень вкусно и недорого поесть европейской кухни, либо местной, но не очень острой, предупредив заранее.

К сожалению, так как номер у нас имел очень большое остекление в номере было довольно шумно, Зависело это не только от персонала отеля, начинать уборку коридоров в 8:00 немного странно, но и от постояльцев которые могли шумно гулять допоздна. Расположение отеля относительно пляжа, далековато. Но при этом находясь на территории отеля, очень комфортно.

Хорошее месторасположение! По пятницам в баре на территории отеля танцуют бачату. Отель очень быстро ответил на просьбу о позднем заселении.

Приехали в этот отель ночью, с дороги, уставшие! Но это же первый день отпуска и естественно решили с супругой (так сказать любовью позаниматься) так персонал отеля постоянно приходил и звонил по телефону спрашивая все ли у нас в порядке. Сильная слышимость в номере.

Przemiły zaradny personel. Naprawdę starają się sprzątać.Kontakty i stoły były czyste. Klamki już nie. Podstawili nam skuter do hotelu bez żadnych formalności. Hotel dość nowy. Klimatyzacja działa dobrze, wiatraki sufitowe też. Dobrze działało wi -fi. i Netfix. Smaczne vegetariańskie śniadania. Dobra kawa. Wieczorami były animacje taneczne. 40 minut jazdy do lotniska GOX.

Niestety basen był niedostatecznie czysty i za mały. Zielony osad na bocznych ścianach. Firma wykańczajaca roboty budowlane zmarnowała dużo dobrej jakości materiałów w całym hotelu byle jaką pracą, co nie jest winą personelu.

The location was ideal, the deluxe room had 2 balconies which was very spacious. Breakfast was good with a fair selection of choice. The pool area was very clean

Staff . All of them ( pintu ankit siv and samiksha ) Cleaning done daily ( if you and over the keys ) Breakfast was basic but safe to eat and tasty even.

Bedsheets , towels were filthy. Stained and muddy Parking approach road . Hard to find it. Its in the narrowest road imaginable . Dont recommend 4 wheelers parking. Hot water : solar temp dependent. So only noon you get hot wter

Staff was responsive for the issues and breakfast was good. The property looks decent and the restaurant seems to be good.

Despite the staff’s attempt to fix it, there was no hot water available. The mattress and pillows had an unpleasant odor. The AC remote was not working initially, though it was fixed after I raised a complaint. The setup box remote was missing altogether—guests shouldn’t have to keep asking for basic amenities; everything should be ready beforehand. The bed provided was queen-sized, which is not suitable for families with children. Overall, the room was not worth the price paid. The bathroom shower fitting was loose and comes out while using. Additionally, the approach road to the property is very narrow, and heavy traffic made it difficult to enter.

We recently stayed there with our family including parents and kid. I must say this is a very good property to stay. Staffs are too good and helpful. Breakfast buffets were also very good. They don’t repeat the menu. Food was superb tasty and very hygienic. Rooms are neat and clean. Value for money.

Property was clean, room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was really friendly and cooperative. Cafe has really good vibes and food was delicious, Ankit from cafe was super helpful and took care of food hygiene and quality really well.

This is a classic basket case of all that could wrong.

1. Approach road is a nightmare, taking your car in or out is hopeless 2. Staff especially Ankit who is there onsite guy, abuses freely, treats guest as if he does a favour on you and I'll treats all the other staff. 3. The manager Manjeet, is not available on the property half of the the time. 4 The buffet breakfast is a joke. Food quality, quantity is pathetic. I requested for extra butter with toast and butter was over. Ordered a paratha and was told to have Aloo paratha since I had ordered that and why would I want to change. 5. Water bottles are not refilled and you are forced to buy water. Complimentary water is two small bottles a day 6. No hot water, we were literally using a heating rod. 7. Restaurant closes at 09:30 and there manager Manjeet gave us a time till 10:30 for last orders. 8. More than half of the food is not available in the menu And the best part, the entire booking amount is taken at the time of checkin, however when I casually checked on Booking.com there was a price difference on the rate offered vs the amount paid by me.

Clean, well-maintained rooms, spacious and convenient. Friendly and helpful personel. Garden is very nice and location is convenient.

Not a premium property. Rooms are small. Feels like hostel rooms.

First of all, I want to say that the staff is very good, very friendly, and very understanding! The main administrator, Manjit, is the coolest manager. Everything is super adequate. He helped me at every stage. I feel like I have a rock behind me, and he's always there to help with taxi rides, provide guidance, print documents, and direct me. It's a clean and well-maintained place with good internet and a new and peaceful cafe. The location is quite convenient, just 700 meters from the large beach. The taxi ride to the beach costs 200 rupees. And new condition. For your money, this is a wonderful place.

Since it's a small town, and for some people it's a village in the Russian sense, there are roosters that crow, but the soundproofing is quite good. However, this may be a problem for some people. We were fine with it.

Clean rooms, great location, peaceful environment and very very helpful people who are managing the property. Full marks for the hospitality.

Restaurant shuts down at 10, you can not order anything from 2pm to 6pm, the location is in a narrow lane which is difficult to find for a traveller
