Very good place

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It’s spacious with your own kitchen space, so you can prepare your own food easily. It has a working space, desk. And it doesn’t feel like a temporary hotel room, but feels like home. If you have to work remotely- it’s very convenient. The owner is super helpful, friendly and hospitable. He has helped me with the transport and in the moment when I Had a problem with my phone. I also appreciate the fact there is a washing machine here that you can use. And a big space upstairs for exercise & yoga. A swimming pool and a cafe. It’s all amazing!

It’s not by the beach but other advantages and the quietness of the area make up for it.

Всем привет! Только что вернулись из апартаментов. Проживали 24 дня. Все прошло великолепно. Хочу отметить, что важно любить, чтобы с комфортом тут проживать - много ходить) До пляжа идти минут 15-20. Как Вы понимаете пешеходных дорожек нет, идете по проезжей части. Зато классный магазин-лавка прям рядом, выходишь из отеля на дорогу поворачиваешь налево и вуаля, вот тебе магазинчик. тут можно купить хлеб, молоко, яйца, сладости, бытовую химию, алкоголь - все что нужно). Что касается лавки с фруктами, тут придется пройтись минут 7-9, почти до перекрестка (там ближайшая лавка, но с хорошим ассортиментов. На территории есть собственное кафе, цены как и в кафе на улицах, но дешевле чем на пляже. Так что по большому счету можно кушать на месте, по выгоде точно не проиграете. Пару раз воспользовались местной (отельной) кухней, рекомендую, вкусно. Можно заказывать завтраки, но мы не брали, мы готовили сами. В квартире для этого все есть. От чего я поистине получила удовольствие - холодильник (большой, полноценный) и газовая плита. Ездили на рынок, покупали рыбу, креветки, мидии и жарили дома сами (могут приготовить в кафе внизу, стоимость услуги - одна рыба 2,5 кг +- стоит 1000 рупий). Очень отзывчивый хозяин и его брат. Все вопросы и просьбы решали сразу, отдельное спасибо! Просто пишите в мессенджер, они всегда на связи. На территории пара собак и несколько кошек, местами через чур ласковых))). Уборка номера по запросу, в нее входит в основном только вымести пол и вытряхнуть коврики. Влажная уборка, чистка сантехники, вытирание пыли она в себя не включает (ну или я не смогла донести, что мне надо (не исключаю)). Замена полотенец и постельного белья по запросу. Всё чистое, приятно брать в руки и спать (для Индии это плюс) Ремонт на 5+. Пляжных полотенец нет, но Вы можете попросить дополнительно полотенца в номер, Вам их дадут без проблем. Имеется бассейн, но купались один раз, вода холодная. Дело в том, что территория не большая (но уютная и чистая), а солнца мало.

Очень не хватало сушки для белья на балкон. Сушить купальники негде, приходится использовать стулья или провод от кондера) Матрас на кровати (во всех номерах как я поняла) имеет степень жесткости - жесткий. Мне было не просто с этим вопросом, спина болела, но для тех у кого с этим все нормально, это вообще не проблема) Муж спал нормально.

A wonderful, pet-friendly property with a great pool and an excellent location. The staff were extremely hospitable and amicable. Special mention to Lou-the cutest pet who truly stole our hearts.

I had a really nice stay in this apartment in Arambol. The apartment is comfortable and convenient, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place.

Beautiful pool and cafe area, very green, and the pool is a decent size and depth (not always the case). Owners and staff were very kind and helpful, particularly in making sure I was able to get to and from the places I needed. I wasn’t there long enough to use it much, but I really appreciated the thoughtfully-equipped kitchen. My apartment was generously sized, clean and had everything I needed. It was an easy walk to the beach or to essential shops. I’d definitely return on any future visit to Arambol.

It has its own parking, but the 100-meter road to the hotel is super narrow, otherwise everything's fine.

The apartments were very spacious and quite comfortable, a bit oldschool but relatively clean. The garden view was very nice - it was a pleasure to sit on the balcony. Overall the place is quite and peacefull.

Cleanliness of the kitchen/batroom could have been better. There was some noise every day in the morning - probably from the pump when changing water in the pool. Walking to the beach by foot was not the best experience at first - a bit too far and the road is really busy. Later we have figured out other ways by checking the map - to mostly avoid the main road - that was better. Another option is to take a bike/taxi which we didn't try.

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is very good. Apartment was very comfortable. Recommend. There is a cafe and a pool where you can chill.

Tout était parfait ! Mille mercis encore à Amal 🙏 Nous avons passé un super séjour à Arambol. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage, avec une piscine très agréable. Amal est un hôte disponible, souriant et pleine de bons conseils. On recommande à 100 % !

Tout est super, appartement très bien équipé et confortable. Pas de bruit. La plage est à 15 min à pied !

Очень внимательный и заботливый хозяин. Постарался заселить меня как можно скорее, потому что мне нужно было повести online-урок. Помог с арендой скутера и обменом денег. Хорошее расположение даже для тех, кто не водит байк. В бассейне не плавала, в кафе не кушала, поэтому ничего не могу сказать. Достаточно тихо, что для меня особенно важно.

Сами апартаменты достаточно комфортные и просторные. Один минус - негде было повесить одежду, ни одной вешалки и крючков для них.

Ein Ort wo die Sauberkeit herrscht ☺️ Das Apartment bzw. Zimmer sehen genauso wie auf auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet: man hat alles drin und kann auch was man braucht ohne Probleme kochen. Das Gebäude hat auch ein sauberes Schwimmbad. Man kann sich drin sehr gut entspannen und das Restaurant + Bar auch gleich genießen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Der Gastgeber ist sehr ruhig, hört genauso zu , freundlich, wenn seine Gäste zufrieden sind, ist er auch. Ich würde zum Flughafen kostenlos gebracht. Mein Aufenthalt dort hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich war glücklich. Ich vermisse denn Ort schon, aber ich werde bestimmt noch wieder hingehen, wenn ich in Goa bin. Mir fehlt einfach die Wörter, um meine Erlebnisse dort zu beschreiben. Ohne zu vergessen alle anderen Gäste dort waren sehr nett und Unternehmenswohl. Ps. den Ort ist empfohlengswert.

Отличный гостевой дом. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовый придти на помощь хозяин. Территория чистая, ухоженная и уютная. В квартирах всё для комфортного проживания. Тихо и уютно. Рядом все необходимые магазины, если лень готовить то всегда можно перекусить в кафе на территории дома. Парковка на территории гостевого дома. 10 из 10 по всем параметрам!))

Очень чистый и уютный отель, есть бассейн,кафе Кухня в кафе понравилась, цены невысокие. Бассейн был всегда чистым Персонал очень вежливый, всегда готовы помочь, если что-то требуется По близости есть много магазинов и овощных лавка До моря минут 15-20 пешком, достаточно близко Остались очень хорошие впечатления, всем рекомендую остановится

De rust. Het is een rustig straatje met een fijne courtyard met zwembad en restaurantje. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, reageert snel op vragen. Ik voelde mij hier als solo reiziger (vrouw) ook veilig.

Het matras was heel hard, wat gebruikelijk is in dit land. De eigenaar loste het voor mij op door een extra matras te regelen.

Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet & es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Im Restaurant gibt es täglich von morgens bis abends leckeres Essen & das Personal ist super freundlich. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich gern um alle Anliegen. Es gibt einen tollen Pool & die Lage stimmt auch. Mein persönliches Highlight waren die süßen Kätzchen & der Haushund Lou. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt & absolut zu empfehlen! :-)

Very comfortable stay. Owner was good. Staff was good, he cooks good food. Beach is in 1.5 kms distance. Pet's where allowed was more convenient for us.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and ideal for a family, with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Aman was a wonderful host always responsive and eager to help. A big shoutout to the house help boy as well, who treated us to delicious food and exceptional service. The resort cats were an absolute highlight of our trip so charming and friendly! The pool and outdoor area were perfect for unwinding, and the location couldn’t be better, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend!

The location...nothing wrong but arambol beach is in one fag end of goa and if you come with friends it's the best place but if you have a family and you want to roam around Arambol beach is not the destination you need

Good food, great host and stay

Loved the place! The apartment was cozy with 2 rooms and a kitchen area, big mirror, nice balconies, and an awesome pool. The poolside loungers were super stylish with cute pillows. The restaurant served delicious traditional food—not spicy, which was great! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this spot!

This apartment is conveniently located near the market and beach, making errands effortless for a comfortable stay. It is exceptionally clean and hygienic, with a courteous and professional staff.

Had a lovely stay at this apartment, very clean and comfortable, the owner was approachable and attentive. Everything worked well and was very accurate to what the pictures and information showed beforehand. This place was about 20 minute walk to the market/ beach area, easily accessible and nice walk down. Pool was a bonus too and looked inviting. Thank you for hosting us, would choose this place if we return.

The apartment is as advertised, very clean and with all needed amenities. The team there is very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. We reached late and they were very accomodable and shared menu and number of a nearby restaurant as well which does delivery.
