There was no breakfast. The location terrible was in a back lane not recommended for two girls alone. There was nothing around the place. It’s clean nice but location is not good no parking had to find a parking down the road. Not happy.

I booked this cute and quiet place, close to the airport for an early morning flight, at the very last minute. I felt super comfortable and it was very cleaned, great communication, easy to check in.

It had a really nice decor and was clean.

It was tough to locate at night. The sheets had a musty smell, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Spotlessly clean. Good communication from the host. Compact but perfect for an overnight stay.

The double bed is comfortable but it is due to the space right up against the wall, so if you want access to both sides of the bed that might be an issue.

It was such a unique and quaint room. All the amenities you wanted. So clean and within walking to an amazing community restaurant and wonderful coffee and bake shop.

I arrived in the dark and the area looked a little dodged for a woman on her own and for some reason the wifi would not connect for me. I went to the coffee shop in the morning and a nice young man put me on his wife so I could confirm my taxi because I was very nervous not sure it was coming.

The interior was gorgeous. I would have enjoyed a longer stay if our trip would have allowed. Despite the address being tricky for our scheduled Taxi driver, we quickly found the door on the side road. Grateful for the pictures online to know what to expect visually for arriving.

Despite there being a sign that mentioned button for hot water being near a key chain, we were unable to find this, and ultimately had freezing cold water only for our shower, and could not skip a shower that day due to all of the traveling we had done, and were doing that day. Other than that, everything was great! Also, Airport was further away that we had thought, but we booked a taxi ride for 4 in the morning through the site, and it worked wonderfully.

There was no hot water when we arrived at 2 am. We couldn’t get the water heater to work. There was no one to speak to to cancel our addition night.

checking in was super fast and comfortable, the apartment is very near the airport, in less then 10 minutes drive in the middle of the night we were there. Very clean, very practical, bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning isn’t warming up the room enough, and we had no hot water for two people to take a shower one after the other. We understood there is no electricity switch and the water is only hated up by solar panel- but then they need to inform the guests ahead/ find a solution in the winter season (we travelled in March). Also, on booking the house marked as parking on the site, but there is no, the parking is on the street and by luck.

15 минут от аэропорта, все чисто,и удобное заселение, оборудованная кухня. Мы приехали на 6 часов отдохнуть между проетами . Чтоб было, где переночевать, если ночной полет отменят ( были опасения) Все было хорошо! Немного холодно, но мы не разглядели большой обогреватель. Это наша проблема. Апартамент отлично подходит для отдыха между проетами близко к аэропорту.

The room was absolutely adorable. I loved the stone walls and wooden ceiling. The bed was super comfortable. I was charmed by the fridge and appliances all in mint green. Also thrilled that there was an orange juicer and we happened to have a bunch of oranges. I definitely would stay here again and refer it to others.

I didn't like smell of smoke in the room.

Spacious, charming private room with a comfortable bed and clean private bathroom. I was only staying for a layover, but the room was so nice that I would have liked to spend more time there.

The neighborhood seemed a bit run-down—I was more than a little nervous when the taxi driver dropped me off on a nearly deserted block with boarded-up windows and empty storefronts. The building was difficult to find; there was one sign pointing down a side street that might have been an alleyway.

Excellent location and perfect for an overnight trip as it is located very close to the airport and we were leaving the next day.

The bed was not very comfortable and we had a few mosquitos in the room when we arrived.

It was not very close to the airport. It was a 15-20 minute cab ride and our cab had a hard time finding it. We paid 16 euros for the cab to the room from airport. The Shuttle that they recommended would have cost 25 euros. Then to get back to airport the next day, the Uber charged me 25 euros. I would have been better off staying in Athens and taking the cheap train straight to the airport.

Το κατάλυμα είναι συμπαθητικό αλλά μικρό με μικρό κρεβάτι που είναι στριμωγμένο από τη μια μεριά στον τοίχο. Κλασσική περίπτωση, από τις πολλές, που συναντάμε πλέον στην πατρίδα μας, (Ελλαδα), που βρίσκουν διάφορους χώρους τους μετατρέπουμε σε βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση και προχωράμε. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ μικρός με πολύ δύσκολο πάργκινγκ και δυσκολη πρόσβαση.

Κακή εμπειρία στην επικοινωνία για λήψη οδηγιών πρόσβασης και άφιξης με λάθος πληροφορίες που μας δημιούργησε πρόβλημα καθώς ψάχναμε το κατάλυμα γυρνώντας γύρω-γύρω κοντά στα μεσάνυχτα για να το βρούμε. Το χειρότερο ήταν ότι ξεχάσαμε ένα ανατομικό μαξιλάρι φεύγοντας που υποτίθεται ότι δεν βρέθηκε. Μικρής οικονομικής αξίας αλλά πολύτιμο για μένα που το χρησιμοποιώ εξαιτίας μιας πάθησης στον αυχένα. Πολύ κρίμα για τη στάση τους! Σε ένα χώρο τόσο μικρό (20τμ ίσως) δεν βρήκαν κάτι που αφήσαμε πάνω στο κρεβάτι;

Lovely little apartment near the airport which was great for us as we landed quite late and needed a close by place to stay before heading to Hydra the next day. Spata is a very cute little town with great places for breakfast and coffee :) Was really easy communication with the host and getting the keys was simple and no hassle

L’appartamento è in una posizione veramente comoda e vicino all’aeroporto. Siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte ad athene e in 10 minuti abbiamo raggiunto l’appartamento. La casa era pulitissima e in ordine. Il self check-in è stato molto facile. Lo consiglio vivamente

It small but cute

The apartment had a lot of ants crawling all over windows, kitchen and the worst part was our bed , we had to go out and source a spray . I couldn’t relax all night thinking ants will be crawling all over me . Thank god it was ants infested and not cockroaches

Location is behind a main street in a suburb of Athens, not too far from the airport. The main street offers a cafe and a gyros place for those seeking food, and a late night store for immediate needs... The big room is nicely done up, in very good shape, clean and inviting. It was the perfect place for an overnight layover, or even for a longer stay.

Good stopover before flying from Athens airport early in the morning. Much cheaper and more comfortable than at hotel room at the airport. But it requires transportation to the airport.

The property is hidden from the main street in a side alley with official address in the main street. So that my taxi cab stopped in the main street not knowing that it had to go all the way to pick up my heavy luggage

This place was incredible. She keeps it well stocked for a perfect stay before heading to the airport. We got to have some coffee before we left in the morning. It’s a perfect spot from the airport, like 10 minute drive. Clean and easy to get in when you get in late.

Beautiful space, compact but very comfortable. Good, basic kitchen sufficient for small meals, comfortable bed in a very stylish renovation.

Fantastic accommodation in a reasonably quiet location.

This little apartment was one of the best equipped of our whole trip! We needed to be near the airport for our flight the next morning and book this not having any real expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower water pressure was excellent and the whole place was very clean. It was nicely decorated and we were glad of the coffee pods and the ability to cook ourselves some dinner as it was a Sunday and few shops were open. There was a little mini market open across the street where we could get some cold drinks and snacks. A few people have commented on the area being a bit sketchy on previous reviews but we really couldn't see anything wrong with it. It is not somewhere you would probably choose to go on holiday, but the area seems okay and it was very convenient for the airport. Granted we were traveling as a couple and arrived in daylight, which may have made the difference, but we did not feel unsafe in any way or concerned about parking the car.

There was some noise from dogs barking in the area, but that is Greece! Just bring some ear plugs if you are a very light sleeper. I am usually very fussy about noise and did not really have a problem. The bathroom is relatively small, but the whole place is very compact and designed for an overnight stay. Some reviews have said that the bathroom smelled musty but we did not experience this. It has perhaps bean a little mouldy, but this was clearly recently cleaned.

I did not like the location, the place was hidden away in a dark alley way. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe at all. I could not get any sleep out of fear. It was in the middle of a town that seemed very deserted, like a ghost town. There was also no hot water. It’s insane to have to let it run for 20 min for it to work, and even after 20 min, still no hot water. The bathroom smelled very musty.

Gemütliche Einrichtung. Leider gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Auch nach dem Drücken des Knopfes (wie es in den Instruktionen hieß). Sehr bequemes Bett.

Good location relative to the airport

No hot water! Email, WhatsApp, 3 telephone calls later and we had progressed from 15h00 on Sunday afternoon to 20h00 on Sunday evening and all we were told was that “technical was advised”. This is totally unacceptable. Avoid this apartment

The decor was adorable!! The price was ideal!!

The shower wasn’t really very hot.

Everything was very efficient, including the shuttle service and self-check-in. The accommodation was very comfortable with good amenities. I would highly recommend.

Was impressed with how cute and cozy it was! Had a little kitchenette with everything including coffee & tea! Air conditioning worked perfect! Their website includes easily access to booking a taxi or being informed of places around to eat. Great place if you need an overnight to the airport!

It is about a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. We used the apartment as a place to sleep before catching an early flight.

The neighborhood (Sparta) is very quiet - not much going on but it seemed safe to us.

Close to the airport, looked just like the pictures, very cute studio with a good amount of space for luggage. Bed was comfortable, self check-in and check-out process was simple, airport transfers arranged through Airstay were great. Had some confusion about our cab reservation and they were very patient in helping us work it out.

Not very clean- smelled like cigarettes, and while killing a bug on the side table, a cloud of dust came up making it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The AC was confusing to operate.

communication was excellent and all necessary information was provided well in advance including how to find the accommodation and how to check in.

on booking.com the distance to the airport was announced as 2.9km - the reality (according to googlemaps and uber) was closer to 10km. I wouldn't call this "close". The proximity to the airport was the reason why I chose this accommodation and I was therefore disappointed with the whole stay

Clean and tidy

Was hard to locate and taxi went around a few times.

Too many messages were sent from the agency managing the property which was harassing. They requested check in information weeks ahead of the stay and persisted to contact via booking and text messages. This info was again requested on the day. Public parking was a bit unclear however we managed. Property owner (I assume) was quite helpful and responded to our questions. The agency just sent a textbook response. In the morning, we noticed 3 times before the check out time that someone had been to open the key box outside the door. This was despite us filling in all those check out forms saying we would leave by 11am.

The property was convenient for what we needed as we had an early flight the next morning but probably wouldn’t stay here if we were properly visiting Athens.

The location was terrible. As 2 girls we felt extremely unsafe especially as we needed to catch a flight at 5am so we needed a taxi to pick us up. We were not aware the this is basically one big studio down a lonely dark dodger alley with no other little studios next to it. We honestly thought we had the wrong place. Maybe with more people but us 2 we did not feel safe or even wanted to go outside.

Kitchen cabinets were a little sticky/dusty. Shower was quite dark and shower head difficult to position. Location was a bit odd.

We chose this accommodation because it is close to the airport (about a 10-minute taxi ride). We traveled from far away and could only check in after 8 PM. Initially, everything seemed fine, but when we opened the door, we were met with a terrible smell of cigarettes, which is very unpleasant and uncomfortable for non-smokers. We contacted the person in charge and after some back and forth, we were offered a different apartment at 11 PM. Since we had to leave at 4 AM, this was unfortunately not an option for us. We could not understand why nobody contacted us about this problem; this is absolutely unacceptable.
