Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Worst experience. Booked to check in between 11pm-12am. Arrived before 12am, had not been sent the code to enter the properly. Waited in a dark street in the middle of the night until 12:15 trying to call the accomodation who did not answer. They have refused to refund us, and instead accused us of lying that we never meant to make the booking, which we had photo evidence to disprove.
