Los tiempos de cocina, Para unas Papas gajo mas de 30 min, (para cocinarlas, son de 7 min, en freidora de aceite) se de tiempos de cocion. Y el desayuno mas de 45 min nos sirvieron, Todo lo demás estuvo perfecto

The pool was being renovated. So we weren’t able to use it.

The hotel was beautiful, the facilities were lovely, and the view was absolutely stunning.

Poor lighting, no AC, and closed windows made the room very hot and humid. The shower only had cold water, the pool was out of service, and no staff were available to help with luggage. Overall, not a comfortable experience.

It was peaceful when construction was not occurring, it had a nice view of the lake.

The pool was being renovated and we were informed days before our arrival. However, we were not informed of the major renovation being done near our room with loud construction noise during the day. The water stopped working one afternoon and had to be replenished.

No estaba disponible la piscina por reparación y lo notifican después de uno pagar. La atención de un señor en recepción es sesgada. No proporcionan información como que la piscina del roof esta cerrada para los huéspedes.

El display del lugar es bueno al igual que la ubicación, nos entregaron la habitación pero no se nos explicó nada mas. Yo tuve que preguntar por horarios de restaurante, spa y mapa del resort.

Llegando nos asignaron una habitación sin aire acondicionado solamente ventiladores de piso, al parecer porque habíamos hecho la reservación a través de Booking y no directamente con ellos. Me parece que el aire acondicionado en un clima tropical es un basico, pero al parecer fue mi error dar esto por hecho y no fijarme en las especificaciones de mi reservación. Los dos ventiladores no servían, nunca salió agua caliente y las almohadas estuvieron fatales. El trato del personal fue basico casi pegándole a mediocres. La “alberca” estaba a medio llenar, con el agua verde y el jacuzzi sucios.

El lugar está muy tranquilo y está muy bien para un viaje de fin de semana

Podrían tener algun paquete todo incluido o que permitan bebidas en las albercas

3 horas sin agua al momento de ingresar, el asador sin gas 1 hora para traer el gas…

Las instalaciones

Nos ofrecieron room service, y al llevarlo, nos cobraron $100 extras por llevarlos en desechables al cuarto

Las habitaciones están de maravilla, muy bien adornadas y las camas muy cómodas, equipadas también con aire acondicionado

La alberca nos desilusionó mucho, cuando llegamos lo primero que notamos es el nivel del agua, fácil le faltaban como 40 cm, pero lo dejamos pasar porque sabemos que limitan a los hoteles el suministro de agua, pero lo que sí nos disgustó fue pisar como musgo en el fondo y voltear y en efecto ver verdes ciertas partes de la alberca, esto sumado que en general había mucha basura e insectos flotando en ella, enviamos un mensaje ese mismo día a dirección y nos dijeron que lo comunicarían pero en toda nuestra estancia no nos sentimos agusto metiéndonos a la alberca por la que habíamos reservado este hotel. Espero si lo hayan solucionado. Aparte, nos tocó la suerte de que una familia muy numerosa llegara y se quedarán en el área común debajo de nuestra habitación con música y tomando, esa noche agradecemos que el staff nos cambiara de habitación pero la verdad si fue una molestia habernos tenido que cambiar, deberían en todo caso mover el área de bar.

Esta todo nuevo y decorado padrísimo. La habitación estaba de lujo y su jacuzzi con agua caliente. Excelente ubicación con vistas muy bonitas.

El servicio del personal deja que desear, estaban todo el tiempo en el celular. Eran amables pero hasta que te pelaban para atenderte si no te ignoraban viendo el teléfono. Podrían darle mas mantenimiento a la alberca porque no recogen la basura . Mas iluminación porque nos toco todo obscuro en la área de alberca y las áreas verdes cuando éramos muchos en el lugar.

Beautiful location by the lake

When we woke up in the morning, there was no running water in the whole hotel. No one seemed to know what to do or was in a rush to take care of it. We had to leave, didn't have time for a shower. The staff at checkout didn't say anything about it or offer any type of discount.

Me gusto mucho todo el area verde se siente mucho la paz por la naturaleza y la vista hacia el lago. la piscina esta grande y es al lado de el restaurante .

Realmente llegamos con muchas expectativas, habiamos reservado para 4 personas y al final solo llegamos 3 personas, envie previamente a mi llegada un mensaje donde solicitaba una cama extra para poder dormir comodos nadie me respondio, pero como al final solo eramos 3 pues dejamos ir el tema que no hayan respondido. al llegar hicimos check in y salimos de inmediato a comer a otro lugar, al regresar de nuestra cena queriamos usar las amenidades que se nos ofrecia, en este caso el jacujzzi, desafortunamente vimos que el jacuzzi no habia sido limpiado, el jacuzzi presentaba un stin como grasa pegado a las paredes de la tina. eso nos genero un poco de desconfianza y no pudimos usarlo ya que pedimos que mantenimiento viniera y se ofrecieron a limpiar con un trapo, pero queríamos que fuera desinfectado. al pasar la mano la grasa o el mugre caia lo cual demostraba que eso no era una mancha si suciedad. de verdad que las instalaciones son hermosas, pero por favor mucha atencion a esos detalles. realmente hacen la diferencia y esta vez prefiero no subir foto.

I would like that there were a bench close to the lake & renting equipment to fish, a private jacuzzi or small pool in the building where we slept would be just the cherry on top!

Tienen excelente ubicación y todo muy bien cuidado. El personal es muy amable.

La regadera no tenía puerta y el agua salía por los lados de la ducha.

La ubicación es excelente y la habitación bastante cómoda, en especial la cama. Fue justo lo que esperaba y un poco más. La estancia fue bastante agradable y las instalaciones bastante cuidadas.

El lugar está Agustisimo, la alberca deliciosa y el área de jacuzzi excelente!

Que solo dan 1 tarjeta para entrar al establecimiento y no dejan estacionarse adentro más que a un solo carro, si somos una familia con varios miembros en la familia es injusto que solo den solo un pase para solo una camioneta!.

A acomodacao e linda e confortavel, o lugar e sensacional e fomos muito bem atendidos. Alem disso o Hotel esta proximo ao centro e da para ir cainhando

O unico problema que tivemos que considero grave e a falta de agua quente, pegamos o quarto com uma Jacuzzi para consegui utilizar mas a agua nao esquentava nunca, o mesmo acontecia com a agua do chuveiro. Acabou que ficamos muito tempo esperando eles resolverem o chuveiro.

LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL FUE EXCELENTE, LA UBICACION DEL LUGAR ES INCREIBLE Y MANTIENEN MUY LIMPIO TODO. MUY BUENA LA COMIDA. LA HABITACION MUY COMODA Y CON TODO LO NECESARIO

QUE EL JACUZZI NO SERVIA

I loved the grounds. It was beautiful, trees and vegetation top tier

The pools and hot tubs were very disappointing although it was beautiful for the price you would think the pool maintenance would be better. There were bugs all on top of both pool and hot tubs so bad that my kids refused to get in. There was also algae all over the bottom of the pool. Also on the booking it said complimentary continental breakfast but when I asked about breakfast the next morning they told us where we had to go to eat and we had to pay and it was pricier than going out to eat. Also I had no idea that the apartments had two flights of stairs which I feel should be stated since I have a 1yr old that it could've been dangerous for had we not found a way to block her. I also feel like there were so many amenities listed for the property but no clear instructions for where, times, and how to use which had there been a pamphlet or something it would've been easier than having to talk to receptionist.

Not much- was to clouted by disappointment to like anything about it

I specifically chose Nimue Marina Residence because of the heavily advertised infinity pool and private “beach access” on Lake Chapala — these features were prominently shown in photos and descriptions and were the main reason for my booking. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. Upon arrival, the main pool was only half full, with the water jets over a foot above the water level. It was so shallow that a child walking in was barely waist-deep. The staff’s response when I raised the issue was simply “it gets deeper in the deep end,” which felt dismissive. The so-called private beach access turned out to be just a grassy yard with a small cemented rectangle filled with sand. There was no actual beach. My room (the Flynn room) was also disappointing. It felt run-down, with yellow spots on the sheets. While spacious, it did not match the square footage described. The private plunge pool was murky, dirty, overly hot, and had a green tint like the lake water, which carried a strong dead-fish smell. To make matters worse, the room was located right next to the loading dock. I constantly smelled engine fuel and heard loud boat engines, along with trucks backing in and out. A noisy pumping system that draws lake water to irrigate the grass ran right by the room. Instead of the promised peaceful lake views, boats and trees blocked most of the vista. The WiFi! Did not function in the room - the WiFi gave of a signal, but no connection to the internet! And yes I brought it up - as long as the wifi mark is visible that’s all they care about. So, does one really want to spend the time arguing the fact - NO - I just left the premises for as much of the day/night as possible. Oh and the check out process - no one at the counter - so I left the keys and made my way to the gate. The gate attendant would not let me leave!

Las vistas y la distribución de los espacios

No tenia la privacidad que vendían (habia un barco con trabajadores todo el día, ruido y personas que iban y venían. La cocina no estaba equipada completamente, cuando se promociono como que sí. Algunos muebles ya estaban viejos y ya no cumplían con la comidad que referían.

Beautiful property, relaxing and conveniently located. It was very comfortable and peaceful. The perfect little getaway. The restaurant was delicious and affordable.

The location, design, the food, all great

The staff is friendly but not well trained. Some areas require urgent maintenance (i.e. my shower was hanging lose, there were lamps in the pool also loose, you could see the power cables), the pool was really cold and not full of water and was dirty, great tables and chairs with view to the lake but dirty dishes stayed there from 6 pm to 10 am next day! Also, those tables without dirty dishes were dirty! So, not great. I did not like they don't have tenis courts anymore, just 1 padel court.

The bedtime wasn't sturdy, so when I turned or my husband moved at night the entire bed would feel the movement causing much disrupted sleep.

We showed up after our flight was delayed several hours and there was nobody at the front gate or in the security office! No one responded to the number of times I tried to call from the keypad as well! I texted booking.com and asked to have someone come and meet us at the front gate and no one ever came! Waited there for almost a hour and as it was getting late in the night we left and it took another half hour to find alternative lodging for our 2 day stay in Ajijic!

De kamer zag er schoon en verzorgd uit. Je kon talloze vogels spotten vanaf het zwembad. Het uitzicht was waanzinnig! Er hing een relaxte sfeer. Er waren veel faciliteiten (sport ruimte, restaurant). Er was warm water.

Er was niet voldoende servies voor het aantal personen. Het was erg gehorig (buren waren tot laat in de nacht tv aan het kijken).

EL LUGAR ESTA MUY BONITO, IDEAL PARA IR CON TU PAREJA, SIENTO QUE ES UN LUGAR MAS PARA IR CON TU PAREJA QUE CON NIÑOS, AUNQUE HAY LUGARES PARA QUE LOS NIÑOS SE DIVIERTAN, LA VERDAD ES UN MUY BUEN LUGAR IRE PRONTO DE NUEVO. LA COMIDA ES RICA Y EN BUEN PRECIO, AUNQUE EL MENU ES UN POCO LIMITADO.

El apartamento estuvo increible, nos encantó el espacio y la comodidad.

La ventana justo enseguida de la cama no tenía cortina blackout y se veía todo y entraba la luz.

La comodidad de la casa, está hermosa y amplia tiene todo lo indispensable y más, el hotel tiene jacuzzi con agua caliente nos encanto, un lugar verdaderamente acogedor,lo disfrutamos mucho mi familia y yo, claro que regresamos.

Las instalaciones y las vistas

El agua fría de la alberca

La vista al lago. El desayuno aceptable, aunque tiene un precio. La relacion calidad-precio no es la mejor.

1) La habitación. Aunque tenía bonitas vistas al lago, el fregadero y cocineta al lado de la cama no es lo más deseable. Además no está bien equipada: tiene cubiertos, pero no platos... La cafetera no servía, lo cual es inaceptable en un hotel de ese precio. Las cortinas sí cubren la luz en otras ventanas, MENOS la que está enfrente de la cama. No hay manera de que no te dé la luz en la cara en cuanto amanece. Encontramos varias arañas (inofensivas) en la cama. Y la habitacion era la más alejada, en un segundo piso, cuando no había nadie hospedado en el hotel. 2) El servicio. Cuando llegamos, no había nadie para recibirnos a pesar de que había confirmado todo por teléfono unos minutos antes. Finalmente alguien nos recibió. Pero no había nada, NADA para comer o tomar en el hotel a esa hora a pesar de que eran las 8 de la noche. 3) Las instalaciones- la alberca estaba verde de lama y es de agua fría. Igual no nos íbamos a bañar, pero hay que tomarlo en cuenta.

Todas las areas en común muy amplias y super cuidadas, los atardeceres espectaculares, personal muy atento y amable.

La habitación esta con las medidas justas, aunque si es cómoda.

Beautiful green areas, decent apartments and food

Not the cleanest, staff friendly but slow service. The apartment rooms have like one an outlet behind the bed to connect your cel phone, etc, we had to actually ask for an extension cord. They ran out of water for a day and a half, last but not least the “hot water” pools were actually heated just one day during our stay.

Rented room with a private pool, the private pool did not appear incredibly clean. Likely not treated daily it was more than just tree leaves so opted not to use it

Spacious and clean apartment. Bottled water provided. Nice location with beautiful grounds. Relatively quiet area at night with lots of construction but only during the day. Massage available on-site. Nice light blocking shades.

Bed and pillows are hard. Kitchen is stocked but spare (ie. No can opener, no dishtowel, only 2 silverwares). No TV in living room.

Tocamos 10 minutos a la puerta y nadie abría. Hablé por teléfono al número de contacto y tampoco nadie constestaba. Finalmente se acerca a la puerta un español malhumorado diciendo "me dejaron solo, osea que tienen que esperar". Luego al llevarnos a la habitación (reservé la más cara para 4 personas) NO estaba hecha la 2a cama y respondió "y yo que quiere que haga, no soy la camarera") Jamás en mis 53 años había recibido tan pésimo trato en un alojamiento premium. vamos ni en los más chafitas te tratan así. Sobra decir que ante tal actitud nos fuimos del hotel y nos quedamos en el hotel de al lado (mitad de precio y con un servicio de clase mundial!)

La vista al lago es muy bonita, los jardines muy bien cuidados y la alberca de hidromasaje se disfruta mucho. El apartamento superior es muy cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. El personal es muy amable y los precios del restaurante son accesibles.

La temperatura del agua de la alberca principal es muy fría. Hay muchos insectos como es normal en hoteles ubicados en áreas naturales pero se debe considerar porqué estás en constante convivencia con ellos.

El masaje relajante es un 100, la atención y los detalles en las habitaciones, la decoración y las instalaciones en general muy bien.

El agua fría de la alberca general . Y el hidromasaje de las piletas no funcionaron y creo que el agua debería esta un poco más caliente en las piletas.
