Great location and lovely room and a very comfortable bed. The lovely staff helped us with our suit cases and bought them to our door of our room.
Location, room, owner was fantastic
Nothing to report!
Convenient location near the two train stations and quite central, walking distance to every sites of interest. Room was very quiet Clean sheets - hot water Security code to get in the hotel Owners offered solution to keep our bags safe on last day. Lots of channels on TV, iron in room kettle and tea.
The room was not cheap, almost £300 for two nights for two people. It simply was not the value ai expected for this price. Closer to a travel lodge than small family hotel. Bathroom leak under the shower. Clearly not a new problem as carpet in bedroom already humid when we arrived. (We alerted the owner) Bathroom looked a bit old, signs of damage. Bed a little squeaky - it was fine honestly but mentioning it to explain the low rating There is not always someone at desk, have their phone number at hand. 1 spoon for two people, 1 toilet roll per day (no extra in the cupboard), no shampoo and super cheap tiny shower gel - felt a bit cheap for a room that was not.
Nothing whatsoever! The most uninviting entry and reception space. The conditions of our room and two other rooms I was shown were abysmal. Only points I’d give it were location and the pleasant manner of the host who was trying to appease us!
The state of the rooms, poor bedding with springs that moved underneath when you sat on it. Sheets and mattress cover that didn’t quite fit, holes in carpet, dirt & decay in shower, water that didn’t drain away after shower, pathetic sewerage! It was so not fit for purpose! Advertised as double room with 2 singles pushed together that didn’t align in the middle!
Location, friendly staff.
Location perfect , comfortable, friendly staff loved it

All good
The pubs and bars and things London in the city centre.
The hotel was all locked up and took ages for someone to answer. The room was awful and bed dirty. The bed was the cheapest most uncomfortable thing I had ever tried to sleep on. The shower was nothing more than a dribble of water ( no exaggeration) The old man that greeted us had spilled food all over his vest! Was bare footed and really didn't care. The tv didn't work very well and the tv remote was held together with sellotape. We were in Roon 3.
Location right next door to lime st station.
Expensive, very basic, bit grubby, noisy.
The check in process was simple and fast and checking out was just as easy. Both staff members that I met were brilliant and friendly
The location was perfect
Loved the studio. Very spacious
Great place to stay the owner Tommy went above and beyond for us definitely stay again. Close to lime Street station so perfect location to.
Great location
It was a fantastic location, in the heart of the city. The room was decent with a nice bathroom. The host was helpful and friendly.
I have had my own car so parking was a problem. Had to park in the nearby public garage. Luckily it wasn't too expensive.
The rooms were a good size and as we were travelling as a group of three, having the option of a triple room was really convenient. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The key-code lock on the door outside from the street also meant the location felt secure. There is a 24h multistorey car park almost opposite which has secure parking. It's also just a 15 minute drive from Anfield stadium if you're visiting for a gig or football match.
The rooms are only upstairs and there's no lift. This wasn't an issue for us but just something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues. The beds were okay but mattresses were a little saggy in the middle, although we still managed a decent night's sleep. We also walked past the hotel the first time as we weren't expecting the entrance to just be a door in between some shops.
Close to town and the train station
There is no air con in the room. However, no fan was put in the room. Temperatures been around 30 all work and room was very hot. The shower didn't work properly. Once water went hot, it seems the tap wouldn't adjust to add cold water. Also, mold on the ceiling above the shower and on the tile silicone along the bottom
Central location, cleanliness, comfortable bed
Hotel entrance quite difficult to find. It is a door immediately next to a convenience store, but their signage hides the name of the hotel. Directions referenced The Britannia Hotel which made finding it more difficult. Had the directions said The Adelphi Hotel it would have made it much easier as that is the name still on the building. There was electric fan in room. Our stay was during exceptionally hot weather and the room was stifling through the night & made sleeping near impossible.
Location perfect. Nice central hotel.
Nothing
Well situated , comfortable bed
Went to make a cup of coffee, noticed black bits flaking off the element on the kettle, expensive considering you don't get a breakfast , stayed in nicer places for less money
Easy to find and access. Great location. Friendly staff.
price and Location were ideal For me. Though on arrival it may be noisy at night due to Its location but was well soundproofed and quiet
Smack bang in the city centre, great location, honestly can't complain with our stay at all as it was exactly what I'd expect for the money we paid. I did see other reviews mentioning they could hear street noise, maybe it was because our room would've been more in the centre of the building but I didn't hear a peep from the outside. The only noise we did hear was people stumbling back drunk to their own rooms, so you will hear noise from the hallways occasionally. Someone actually mistook our room for theirs and tried to get into the room at 2am, and the door held, so that's a plus!
Shower was a little weak but honestly that's the only thing I could nitpick about
Quiet and good location.
The room was small with two beds.
The friendlies of staff
Good location
Green charging indicator on the emergency light kept us awake.
The location's great, easily accessible from train station and near plenty of venues. The rooms were clean and the price was reasonable for a Saturday night in Liverpool.
The hotel's pretty easy to miss and could do with better signage. Noise can be a bit of an issue as the windows are single glazed and it's near a busy location. The showers in our room were far too hot and wouldn't lower.
The staff
I felt like I had stepped into a men’s hostel. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
The Hotel is central and the staff were nice
The hotel is between 2 shops with just a door and a bell to get in , I think there should be pictures of the outside of the hotel on booking.com our room was ok for 1 night but very basic for the price
The location was perfect
The towels, bedding and shower curtain need replacing, old discoloured , stained and tatty . The shower wasn’t much use as the water flow was terrible , just a trickle .
The owner top guy

In a bad area. I didn’t feel safe. Very small room. Does not look like a hotel from outside. Just a front door. No staff on hand. Just one lady cleaning who was friendly.
Staff wonderful. Lovely gentleman on reception.
It felt dirty. The shower curtain was disgusting - an easy fix to go and but a cheap new one! One mattress was completely sunken. The price we paid (inflated as Easter hols) was too much for what we got.

Central location
Two showers in the room - neither worked. Insufficient glasses and cups for a 4 person room
I can’t say I like the place firstly when I got the I was told there was no space for me And told I had a wrong address
The place didn’t look ok for me as the staff came to the door with sleepers as if he just got up from his own bed I didn’t like the attitude and presentation
Great location very central. Clean and lovely staff.
Aweful
The door was locked and no one answered despite repeatedly ringing the bell. We were left standing outside on the road in temperatures of –2°C, with no way to enter the property. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. What made the situation worse was that I tried multiple times to contact Booking.com and also sent messages through their portal, but I have received no response to date. This is extremely disappointing. Staff at a nearby shop told me that a similar incident had happened recently, when a student who had booked this property had to call the police to gain access. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking this property, as the situation seems unreliable and concerning. Unfortunately, this experience has also affected my trust in Booking.com.
Location was fantastic and friendly staff

Location
One of the worst experiences in a hotel. Reception staff were hardly ever there (with the doors closed, we checked out without them knowing because the reception was CLOSED at 9.30 a.m. on a SUNDAY MORNING). Then there was the room, which was a disaster, with forty-year-old wooden windows with thin glass, so you could hear EVERYTHING from the street. Then, the bathroom was like a container. The curtain had mould at the bottom and there was a suspicious yellow stain on the shower floor. Very old hotel in NEED OF RENOVATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. New shower cubicles, new windows. The only positive thing was the central and convenient location.
Excellent location for walking round the city, good price point for a Saturday night, staff were so friendly and attentive. The room itself was clean and roomy with tea and coffee, biscuits, an iron, hair dryer and TV.
Great location and good price.
We really enjoyed are stay at the Liverpool Inn, it was in a great location for centre just a 2 min walk. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Has endless coffee free from the hotel. And staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble. Only 2 mins from Liverpool Lime station.would definitely return again if visiting Liverpool
Nearly everything
I booked the hotel, looked good on paper and was happy with the amount however when i arrived there was no one available to let us in, we waiting in the cold for over 1 hour, knocked and called the number on the door, no one answered i called bookings who i booked with and they could not even get a response so we left and booked in the Adelphi hotel.
No one available to give us a keyy and check us in, it was cold with no response, i didn't have the opportunity to experience the hotel. in the end i had to leave and get alternative accommodation
Great location. The staff were excellent and very helpful and welcoming . Property was perfect .

Cleanliness, quiet, friendly
No maid service even had to ask for towels . It is advertised maid service every day, didn’t happen even had to ask for clean towels.
The location was great and the hotel was very nice and clean well looked after. The staff all seemed nice and made us feel welcome
The coffee/ tea station needed to have its own table and not on the bedside table also more choice drinking chocolate would have been nice. Wasn’t sure where to get replacements. This is only a suggestion and not a criticism.
Lovely clean big rooms and comfortable bed.
It was cold when we arrived so it took awhile to warm up
Location
The tv was no good
Very central location and the staff very helpful especially with luggage storage on the day we left.
Nothing
Great central friendly hotel, really clean, nice bathroom, comfy beds good facilities.
Bit noisy through the night but can't be helped. Some guests were noisy.
Location
Very basic, hence the price
Located less than a 5 minute walk from the Liverpool Lime Street Station. Very close to the center of town, but great location as on the side street it is quiet.
Staff were brilliant alan and thomas were excellent and the lady who checked us in I forgot her name apologises was very friendly
