朝食会場が混み合っていて、窓際のカウンター席を利用しているお年寄りがいました。 しかし、椅子の高さがあり座るまで大変そうでした。 テーブル席の一角がお年寄りや車椅子の方専用だと利用しやすく転倒などの心配も減らせると思った。

照明の調整がよくわからなかった。休む時、わずかな明かりを点けようとしたがよくわからなかつた。 タオルとバスタオルが別の場所に置いてあったので、バスタオルが目に入らなかった。 説明文を読めば書いてあるのだが、コーヒーや水を飲むことができるサービスがあるのを朝食のとき初めて知りました。受付の時、簡単でも説明してくれればありがたかった。 朝食の目玉がなかった。これは値段の面から無理なのかもしれませんが。おいしいと思った料理が一品もなかった。

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a pleasant stay. However, after the check out, we noticed that we forgot a bag of camera films in the fridge. As we were already on our train, we sent a message within an hour and shortly after that, after we arrived in our next Toyoko Inn hotel in Toyama the very nice and helpful receptionist even called the hotel on our behalf. The answer: the item is not in the room. It was a fairly large bag and I know very well that I didn't lose it on the way to the train station which is right next to the hotel, I just forgot to pack it so it was not lost, it was in the room, from which it magically disappeared within 2 hours after we left... Maybe it was thrown out by accident, although it was a very distinct bag with the label "Film Shield" on it, but why deny the existence of it? I am aware that the hotel is not accountable for the items that are left behind, but a few weeks earlier we even got a notification from another Toyoko in Kumamoto after we purposefully left behind something that we didn't need but could have been useful to someone and they even offered to keep it for us if we choose to pick it up. In this hotel, things just vanish from the planet within a few hours after you leave.

There are three restaurants adjacent to the hotel, and it is conveniently located about 150 meters from a train station. However, the station itself has no shops or dining options. There are approximately 15 parking spaces next to the hotel, but many were reserved upon our arrival. An additional parking area about 100 meters away is available for JPY300, though it is unpaved. There are also several public parking facilities nearby, including one directly opposite the hotel entrance, so parking is generally manageable.

最初に対応した受付の方の素っ気ない感じだったのが残念でした。 団体客が多かったので仕方のないことかもしれませんが、エレベーターがなかなか来なかったので不便でした。

Even though the breakfast was complimentary little in the way of western options. If you don't get in early a lot of stuff was cold.
