Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Gyönyörű helyen van, a különálló apartman is tágas, jól felszerelt és tiszta. A tulajdonos hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész, illetve minden munkatárs. A kert rendezett. Nagyon közel van az óceán, saját partszakasza van és medencéje is. Nagyon csendes, kényelmes az ágy is. Nem azt az apartmant kaptuk, mivel a hölgy - a nászútúnkra való tekintettel- felajánlotta a nagyobb és jobb elhelyezkedésű apartmant. Nagyon kedves gesztus volt, köszönjük szépen! Sok szép virággal, vízzel vártak minket. Rendszeresen takarítottak is. Nagyon hangulatos hely, mi imádtuk, így bátran ajánljuk mindenkinek!
Nem igazán volt forró víz a zuhanyzóban (csak langyos), de egy forró nyári napon ez még előny is lehet. 😉 Ettől függetlenül érdemes ellátogatni ide, nem fogja megbánni.😉

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Spaliśmy w apartamencie z widokiem na ogród z dwoma sypialniami. Apartament bardzo przestronny i wygodny. Urządzony w znakomitym stylu i guście. Miejsce parkingowe pod samym domkiem. Bardzo czysto. Cudowny ogród, dostępny basen z widokiem na ocean. W apartamencie jest dostępne śniadanie o czym nie ma informacji na stronie - wystarczy zgłosić do godz. 19.00 każdego dnia.
Wszystko było wyśmienite.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026La casa è spaziosissima, camere grandi e 2 bagni molto comodi. Sala e cucina hanno tutto il necessario per cucinare. Il contesto naturale è magnifico: giardino tropicale, tartarughe, pavoni e conigli e soprattutto la spiaggia privata!
Purtroppo ci siamo fermati solo 2 notti, non abbastanza per esplorare i dintorni.

La plage est courte avec des roches affleurantes et vagues fortes ( attention c’est la saison c’est normal ) mais ça reste très sympa !

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026In alle rust genieten van de ongerepte privé baai recht voor de villa. Wij hadden de villa met zeezicht. Prachtig vanaf het balkon keek je uit op de baai en hoorde je de golven van de zee ruisen. De tuin is ook prachtig en perfect onderhouden, iedere dag was er een tuinman bezig om de tuin tot in de puntjes te verzorgen. De rust van het zuiden is heerlijk en de accommodatie ligt in de buurt van prachtige baaitjes.
Alles was geweldig.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Tout ! Un endoit complètement isolé qui le rend encore plus sublime. Nous y avons séjourné 5 nuits et c'était tout simplement un rêve éveillé. La vue de la chambre est à couper le souffle. Si nous devions revenir aux Seychelles nous reviendrons sans hésitation au Domaine. Logement bien équipé. Si besoin take away à proximité qui livre directement à la porte.

What’s worth adding is the property is in the south of the Mahe island which we found to be the best place on earth. Quite, tranquil & beautiful all around without to many tourists. Many picturesque beaches nearby on which many time we were alone. Cherry on top of our Seychelles visit

The garden, animals around the property is very nice and feels very private. We recommend very delicious breakfest serve at our tarrace. We stayed in 7 differend prpoerties in Seychelles ( all rated above 9 on booking.com) and this was the best one.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The domaine was vast, a perfect mixture with seafront, forest and animals (tortues, birds). We were able to observe a large variety of flore species (flowers, plants, trees). And enjoy the pool and the direct access to the beach. The architecture is a sample of Seychelles style with a wood house, hammocks. The domain has been built approximately one century ago and share a unique legacy. The guesthouse was well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. The breakfast was delicious and very varied everyday.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Villa spacieuse, très propre et très bien équipée avec vue sur une plage non baignable mais pleine de charme, avec piscine si vous voulez vous baignez et plusieurs plages alentours magnifiques aussi. Calme et sauvage comme on aime! Mention spéciale pour la douche extérieure! Il faut une voiture mais si vous ne souhaitez pas trop vous déplacez le restaurant à quelques kms livre. Des tortues, des lapins,….un jardin luxuriant , une pièce de méditation surplombant la plage et la piscine, l’eau potable à disposition. Manuela et sa famille aux petits soins. Tout est là pour passer un superbe séjour!

Blick auf das Meer... die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam... Meeresschildkröten bei der Eiablage... perfekt

Reviewed May 21, 2026Traumhafte Unterkunft und sehr ruhig, dass Personal war überaus hilfsbereit und sehr sehr nett. Wer es gerne in der Natur möchte mit einem der schönsten Strände der Insel in der Nähe, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen. 10/10 und immer wieder gerne.

Nachts waren Mücken da, einsprühen half. das Frühstück haben wir uns einmal auf unserer Veranda bringen lassen, gigantisch mit Früchten aus dem Garten. Die Reste haben wir den Schildkröten gegeben. w Wirklich ein kleines Paradies. Das man im Meer nicht baden kann (es sind mehrere Liegen zum Verweilen) hat uns bei den vielen nahen Alternativen ( A. soleil) nicht gestört.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Stunning beachside location! 🌊 The property is literally steps away from the water, with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Perfect spot for sunset lovers. Add to that the Mini Orchard. Guavas, papayas, pomelos, oranges, lemons, mountain apples, bananas, passion fruits!! We stayed in a Bunglow with Garden view and it was worth every penny. Infact more than worth it!

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Понравилось буквально все. Это жилье для нас оказалось случайным, но очень приятным и комфортным. Большая площадь, все есть для жизни и готовки дома. У каждой комнаты свой туалет с душем, кондиционеры. Осталось очень довольны. Есть свой собственный ПОТРЯСАЮЩИЙ пляж и рядом бассейн. Камерно и уютно. В океане там сильно не поплаваешь, но бассейн решает эту проблему.
До ближайших мест не так близко, если необходимо передвигаться своим ходом. До магазина 4 минуты на машине, пешком идти не удобно, так как дорога узкая. Но при этом остановка автобуса в минуте ходьбы (за 8 рупий можно доехать на автобусе)

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Die Unterkunft war Mega schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal lief mit dem Personal ohne Probleme überwiegend über WhatsApp wo man auch schnell eine Antwort hatte. Auch Wünsche die man hatte wurden schnell erfüllt. Der Checkin / der Checkout war ebenso unkompliziert. Es war einfach Toll. Man hat auch einen kleinen Privatstrand von dem man den Sonnenuntergang richtig schön beobachten und genießen kann
Hier gibt es keine Kritik alles was wir gebraucht habe war vorhanden und wie oben beschrieben war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Das einzige was noch etwas besser sein könnte wäre das Inventar der Küche. Man kam aber auch mit dem vorhandenen sehr gut zurecht weshalb das meckern auf hohem Niveau ist. Ebenso war das WLAN instabil aber das hat uns nicht groß gestört da wir einfach die Insel und die Zeit zusammen genossen haben.

You do need a car to get around but with that it is the best stay. We bought fish from the local fishermen and were able to grill it at the hotel with them kindly providing it. The nature is very pretty on that side of the island.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Wer Ruhe und Einsamkeit mag ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Unter Palmen liegen und dem Meeresrauschen zuzuhören - was gibt es Schöneres? Die schönsten (und leeren) Strände sind nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Wir hatten diesmal das große Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmer (vor zwei Jahren waren wir in einem Bungalow).
Das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche hat keine Klimaanlage. Wer sich nicht bei 35°plus wohlfühlt sollte ggf. über Alternativen nachdenken.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Это самое лучшее жилье, которое было на Сейшелах. Если бы я не приехала сюда,то не поняла бы всей прелести этих островов. 1. Расположение- на самом берегу океана среди великолепной природы, которая сильно отличается в этой части острова. Пальмы,густая растительность, павлины, кролики, только что вылупленные черпашата, ползущие в море. Плодоносящие деревья разных видов. Территория большая и очень красивая. Есть небольшой бассейн на берегу, из него открывается вид на океан. Особенно красивы здесь закаты. 2. Вилла была чудесной, большая гостиная с кухней, в которой есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Удобная кровать, панорамные окна везде, отовсюду можно выйти в сад, на пляж, несколько зон на воздухе для завтраков-ужинов. Уединение. Натуральный камень в гостиной, прекрасный дизайн, фото не передают всей прелести виллы. Вода в кулере, фруктовая ваза при заезде- забота с первой минуты. 3. Персонал хороший, территорию приводят в порядок с самого утра, уборка в комнатах отличная. Нам пошли навстречу во всех вопросах, клиентоориентированность на высоком уровне, спасибо большое за все! 4. Самые лучшие пляжи острова- Анс инденсанс, полис бей- в пяти минутах езды на машине. Можно на автобусе, остановка рядом с виллами. Пешком на пляж минут 40, обратно в гору, наверное не совсем комфортно... Собственный пляж с камнями, купаться возможно только в полный штиль, которого не наблюдали. 5. Магазины в 5 минутах езды, есть возможность заказать еду в номер из ресторанов по приемлимым ценам, при заезде дают максимальную информацию.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Это настоящие тропики! Удивительный отель! Всё утопает в зелени, сады ухожены и чисты. По всюду цветы и зеленые растения. Домики очень стильные и аутентичные. Мы снимали апартаменты с видом на сад, но океан так же было видно. Комнаты просторные и безупречно чистые. Вилла имеет свой пляж. Пляж это любовь❤️. Всё как с картинок. Это идеальный отдых вдали от суеты. На вилле есть вайфай и нет сети. Есть доставка еды из соседнего ресторана
Ближайший магазин с продуктами в трёх километрах. Если у вас есть машина-то проблем нет.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025A fantastic villa with a location that really stands out. If quietness and tranquility is what you are looking for, don't look any further. The villa we stayed in was nestled in among palms with a patio facing the beautiful sea. The villa itself was very nice with plenty of room and with a delicate layout. I highly recommend to arrive with a rental car as the property is located in paradise.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025Wir waren sehr gespannt, was uns in der Unterkunft erwartet, da die Bewertungen ja hervorragend sind. Und ich muss sagen, unsere Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen!!! Wir wurden empfangen von Lena, der Besitzerin, und waren sehr berührt von ihrer ruhigen, entspannten und herzlichen Art. Das Zimmer war unbeschreiblich schön, alles perfekt sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Glasfront zur Terrasse ließ sich komplett aufschieben, somit lagen wir im Bett mit Blick aufs Meer quasi im Freien. Ein Bad in der Badewanne im Außenbad nachts unterm Sternenhimmel war ein weiteres Highlight! Der Garten ist sehr groß, wunderschön angelegt, bei jedem Spaziergang entdeckten wir etwas Neues. Es gibt auch viele Tiere dort, Pfauen, große und kleine Schildkröten, Hasen und ein überaus freundlicher Hund. Der Strand ist nicht groß, aber wunderschön, man kann wunderbar entspannen und den tollen, sauberen Pool genießen (da das Meer dort zum Baden ungeeignet ist, aber das wussten wir im Vorfeld schon). Es hat uns im Domaine Desaubin sehr gut gefallen, es gibt nicht den kleinsten negativen Kritikpunkt. Das haben wir in vielen Jahren des Reisens seltenst erlebt! Vielen Dank an Lena und ihre Tochter Manuela, die das schöne Resort so liebevoll führen. Wir kommen wieder!

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025Endroit exceptionnel pour se reposer. Pas grand chose aux alentours pour se restaurer. Il faut avoir une voiture pour aller faire les courses. Tout est parfait dans le domaine. Personnel très chaleureux. Une très bonne adresse de déconnexion à la réalité.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Wir haben die Tage in der Domaine Desaubin richtig genossen. Die Villen sind toll, die Lage im ruhigen Süden ist klasse und das Anwesen richtig schön gepflegt. Lena Desaubin und ihre Tochter Manuela machen das wirklich hervorragend und sind total nett wie auch das gesamte Personal.. Hier kann man abschalten. Als Highlight unseres Aufenthalts haben wir fast jeden Tag Meeresschildkröten gesehen, die hier zur Eiablage herkommen. Das Frühstück von Manuela sollte man sich auch nicht entgehen lassen. Sollten wir ein 5. Mal auf die Seychellen reisen, dann werden wir sicher wieder die Domaine buchen.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025Great location right on the beach where we were fortunate enough to witness a Hawksbill Turtle come up on the beach to lay its eggs. Staff were very friendly and the villa was simple, yet adequate. Great beaches located around the area, especially Police Bay. Villas are set in lovely, well maintained gardens and there were mini markets within a mile of the property to stock up with supplies.
We opted for the breakfast which was delivered to our villa. It was nice, but rather expensive and on two occasion’s they got the order a bit wrong. Can’t really fault the property.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025Wszystko było super ‼️ piękne miejsce, piękna chata, super natura. Bardzo czysto. Wygodne miękkie łóżka. Wielka łazienka. Super widok na morze (byłam w domku z widokiem). Kokosy na plaży. Żółwie wychodzące składać jaja. Basen z widokiem. Może obiekt znajduje się na odludziu ale ja uwielbiam odludzia.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Namestitev ima izredno lepo urejeno okolico - veliko živali (pavi, želve,...),..priporočamo za družine z otroki, gostitelji zelo prijazni, umirjeni, namestitev nudi mirno okolico, čudovito plažo (manj primerno za kopanje zaradi valov), bazen, sončni zahod. Primerno za rent a car, saj smo potrebovali 25 min od letališča.
Plaža manj primerna za kopanje, plavanje.

La plage non praticable mais c’est pas gênant car si vous choisissez cet établissement vous aurez une voiture donc la possibilité d aller sur de belles plages non loin

La porte de la douche de la seconde chambre doit être réparée. Sinon rien.
