One of my friends was robbed at the night entrance, because security allowed someone to 'loiter' at the entrance instead of being moved along. And a security camera needs to be put at both sides to cover all angles

Had bit of a cold reception when arriving. I asked two week before arrival for early check-in. We arrived 40 minutes later than planned and room was not ready. Had to wait in reception for the room to be finished. The room was clean, but still lacks attention.

Great location close to strand beach, restaurants, shops, good base to explore surrounding areas. The Friendliest people, who will always greet you with a smile and will do anything to help. It is kept exceptionally clean. Highly recommended
Only one negative - Be prepared the same Apartment is not guaranteed for your full duration. It’s assessed on a weekly basis so you could get moved to another apartment of the same size which is inconvenient if have to pack and move during your holiday. Booking.com did NOT inform us this could happen! Despite this I would stay there again as the positives outweigh this one negative. This does however need to be addressed.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2022This must be one of the most cleanest hotel rooms we've stayed in. Room 121. Everything was as advertised except that the new air cons weren't yet programmed. However the staff were quick to supply us with a stand alone heater. The staff were exceptional and service was great. Checking in was hassle free and our under cover safe parking was a few meters from the entrance. Our room was adequately fitted out with every thing one would need. The shower was super large and the towels supplied were sufficient. The sliding door leading out to the private balcony worked perfectly and sealed correctly. The curtains with the black out option was an added plus if you needed to sleep in. The rooms are all sound proofed and in exceptional condition. The wi fi speed was sufficient for our needs. I highly recommend this establishment along with their staff and service. An added bonus was the 11 o'clock departure time.
Perhaps double up on the two small bars of soap. Apart from this minor gripe, we had an amazing stay.
