Reviewed Sep 17, 2026It was a great location for the conference at COEX and the staff were pleasant. Room was clean and well maintained. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice to get complimentary bottled water daily too.
The road traffic noise was terrible. It made sleeping every night extremely challenging. Despite ear plugs and using pillows, I struggled due to construction outside the hotel. I am not sure how long it has been going or will be going but I had a room on the 6th floor facing the main street. When I tried to move rooms as I couldn't sleep, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I also asked if they had alternative pillows (like latex) but nothing available either. For the price per night, I would have expected some better options and less noise. I stayed for 6 nights so I find it hard that they couldn't find another alternative for the entire duration.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026We used the breakfast buffet every morning. There was a good variety of food. Liked being able to get a freshly made omelet. Very good service keeping tables cleared. Also liked that there was a laundry room. We used that.

They're always smiling and very friendly. All the staff was great. Our flight arrived at 4:30 in the morning and we arrived at the hotel at around 7. Ms. Flora Lee was kind enough to allow us to check in early which really helped as we were extremely exhausted from our flight. The location is good and the rooftop bar is always amazing.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026I have traveled extensively and stayed at countless hotels over the past 35 years, but this was hands down the worst and most horrific room I have ever encountered. The moment I stepped into Room 804, I could not believe my eyes. The entire window was completely covered with opaque privacy film, making the room feel like a prison cell. To make matters worse, the blanket on the bed was damp, and the room itself was incredibly tiny. It looked absolutely nothing like the photos I saw on Booking.com; I felt completely scammed. I immediately went up to the front desk to cancel the room and check out, but the manager had already left for the day. Thankfully, I was able to call my sister and escape this dreadful hotel. However, if someone had checked in late at night, they would have had no choice but to sleep in that prison-like room. The staff seemed entirely used to people complaining about this specific room, as if they already knew everything. I had such a wonderful experience at Shilla Stay in Yeosu before, so this time I didn't even bother checking other options and booked this hotel solely based on the photos on Booking.com. It turned out to be the worst experience and the worst room of my entire life. I firmly believe someone needs to take responsibility for this room. They completely ruined all of my travel plans.

Must try the noodle bar. Do drop into the rooftop bar! Amazing view with accompanying delicious snacks & drinks. A must see! There’s a major road construction happening, so it is little disorganized in the vicinity:-)
The front door looks very plain for a hotel front door! don’t get confuse or taken by surprise. Registration check-in desk is not on the ground floor…Did not find out until the arrival to the property.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Travelled for work. The room was pricey, but the breakfast was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptional. Just very pricy, probably that's what you pay in the area considering is full of other very good hotels.
