Felt a bit like a Motel 6 in high rise. Check-in was on a machine. Interpersonal interaction was minimal. Housekeeping laundry was everywhere in the open-air hallways and elevators tied up because of.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026A Shin-Osaka állomás pár perc sétára található, ahol megáll metró, vonat és a Shinkansen is. Közvetlenül elérhető a Kansai reptér, Himeji, Kobe, Kyoto stb. Az állomásnál rengeteg bolt is található. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész és jól beszélnek angolul. A szoba az Európában megszokott méretekhez képest kicsi, azonban jól felszerelt, van cípőkanál, papucs, vízforraló, hajszárító, fogkefe stb. Van egy mesterséges onszen a szállodában. A wc a japánban megszokott bidével és ülésfűtéssel, ami kérésre kikapcsolható. 4 db lift is van, sosem kellett sokat várni a liftre.
A szoba az Európában megszokott méretekhez képest kicsi, a bőröndöt leginkább az ágyon lehet kinyitni, amihez adnak védőtakarót, hogy ne legyen koszos az ágy. Nincs ruhásszekrény, hanem néhány vállfa van és akasztó, így csak kevés ruhát érdemes kivenni a bőröndből.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Classic APA experience. Has everything you may need: onsen, laundry, rooms equipped with all the classic toiletry and stuff. The onsen itself is good and the staff is always kind and helpful.
The room size is a big downer. The problem is mostly that normally they have space under the bed to place your luggage, but nope. No space there. If you have a lot of luggage it's gonna be puzzling.

エアコンのスイッチがわかりにくかったです。 大浴場の脱衣所がとても暑くてお風呂上がりも汗がたくさんでて、浴衣に大量の汗をかきました…。 受付の方が少し無愛想というか…無表情であまり感じ良くなかったです…。朝食はつけなかったですが…もう少し安かったらいいな…と思います。

The room was tiny, too small to relax in. I did not understand why the hall was open and took up so much space that could have been used to enlarge the rooms. It was so not when we visited, stepping out into the hall was like stepping into a sauna. Really did not look forward to coming back to room or staying in it.

温泉も入れて良かったです。 気になるとすれば大浴場が男女が近くて女性は部屋の鍵をかざさないと入れないのですが、自分が入った後、ドアが閉まる時間が少し長く感じ、これは大丈夫なのかと心配になりました。 自分がドアが閉まるまで確認すればいい事なのですが。

駐車場が限られているにも関わらず、アパの駐車場に 停めれた人だけが割引されるのは不公平だと思う。 経費削減なのか、真ん中が吹き抜けになっている為、部屋から1歩出ると凄く暑い。冬は寒いんでしょうね。 近隣の情報が古く更新されていない。焼肉屋定休日と なっていたが定休日が変わっていてやっていました。 店の店長に話したら、それ古いんですわ‼︎と。 冷蔵庫の電源の入れ方がわかりづらかった。

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026駅から近くて、安価なお値段‼︎ お部屋が狭すぎるのが難点ですが…お安いので十分かな。 ありがとうございました。
歯ブラシの袋が開封してあり、練り歯磨きが無く歯ブラシだけが入っていました。気持ち悪かったです。 セットするスタッフが見落としたのでしょうね！ 一気に気分が下がるので、注意していただければと思います。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026駅から近く、スタッフの表情や接客対応がよかったです。朝ご飯はビュッフェで色々選べ、そんなに大きくはないですが大浴場もあり、お得感がありました。部屋から出ると吹き抜けなので夏は暑く冬は寒いと思われます。

あまりに機能性を重視していて、全体に窮屈な感じがした。ベッドが高くて乗り降りに気を遣った。バスルームの入り口の段差で気を使った。全体に狭く感じた。

Väldigt små rum. AC inte igång vid ankomst. Det var svårt att andas i rummet då. Ingen info om hur man startade den heller. Kontrollen på väggen var gömd bakom kuddar. Kuddarna var stenhårda. Badrummet väldigt litet

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026L´entrada de l´hotel es molt maca i el personal molt amable malgrat que no tots parlen amb fluidessa l´anglés. L´esmorzar correcte però res europeu. El millor el Onzen que tenen , petit però molt agradable per dutxar-se amb la resta de dones. La ubicació es perfecta si vols agafar metro i el tren, es troba a 5 min de l´hotel.
L´habitació doble amb un sol llit molt , però que molt petita. No podiem obrir les maletes grans, les vam posar a terra i per passar del lavabo al llit les teniem que trepitjar. No havia espai per res. La nostra habitació a la planta 14 estava obert a l´exterior per lo que quan sorties de l´habitació et venia tota la calor. El lavabo molt petit i antic. Es sentia els trens passar.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Loved the room, could walk to train station, lots of food options at the station nearby, clean, and cleaning staff were friendly and professional.
I attempted Japanese when checking in but staff looked stern and not very welcoming so not the best arrival. But later, other staff were much kinder and I really enjoyed my stay.

新大阪駅の東口には近いが、新大阪駅の構造上、電車へのアクセス(主に新幹線と御堂筋線)はあまり良くない。一方で、京都線などのアクセスは良い方ではある。

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026夜中にエアコンが止まっていた。 フロントに確認した所、温泉施設の点検で一部の部屋がエアコンがつけれなくなってると言われた。その際、私たちも知らなくてとまず言われた。謝罪が先で把握しておくべきことではないのかと残念すぎた。しばらく暑いし対応が悪いと感じました。 チェックインの対応も長くて疲れる。

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026The location, very close to subway, train/bullet train lines made travelling around easy. The staff were amazing too. Courteous and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Osaka. Would also recommend APA HOTEL SHIN OSAKA EKIMAE to my friends/colleagues. Would also be checking out other APA hotel properties when visiting Japan, personally I think its a fantastic hotel chain.
Rooms were really tiny and connecting doors could not be closed.

部屋はシングルなんで、狭いなと思ったくらいです。

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026あの宿泊料金で食事もおいしくいただきました。
食事の量は満足できましたが、7時前後の時間に大変込み合い、レストランに入れないで並んでいる方が多いので、気持ち的に忙しかった。もうすこし食事できるテーブル数や部屋の間取りの改善が必要かもしれません。あとエレベータから降りて、チェックアウトするときに、同線の道にテープが張られており、直接フロントにいくのを防いでいるのは不快だと感じました。改善を申し上げたいです。他県のAPA HOTELはそういう思いは致しておりません。宜しくお願いいたします。

連泊だったのですが、バスタオルとか、ゴミなど、どうすればいいのか分からなかった。目に付く所に貼ってあるか、テーブルの上に置いてあると、わかりやすいと思いました

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026I got new amendities every day and the trash bins was emptied when needed. You are free to go to the spa (onsen) every morning and evening on the 2nd floor. Great access to Shin-Osaka Station (JR Lines, metro and Shinkansen). Friendly and polite staff. Various facilities such as coin laundry and free ice cubes / microwave
It was a bit noisy outside from the sirens and traffic at night but the trains didn’t bother me.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Onsen-badet var helt topp. Rommene var litt små, men det visste vi på forhånd. Vi trodde dette var et to-stjerners hotell, men for oss var det i hvert fall fire stjerner. Perfekt beliggenhet hvis du skal videre med Shinkansen fra Osaka. Vi likte også at man kunne slå av alle lysene individuelt fra sengen.
