シャワーの水圧、部屋に椅子や鏡がなかった点、冷蔵庫の入るスペースの小ささ、せっかくドリンクバーがあるのに紙コップの小ささ、朝食のパンを入れる袋はお皿の横に置いておいたら良いと感じた、枕元の電気が切れかかっており点検不足が少し残念でした

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Clean, simple hotel. Free breads for breakfast in the morning. Lawson combini opposite the road. 4 restaurants spotted on the walk from Shin Osaka station to the hotel. Free flow drink bar in common lounge. Large library of jap manga for reading - free.
Shin Osaka station is a massive complex, take the wrong exit and you are in for a long walk to the hotel.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo All’arrivo (36 gradi, caldo asfissiante) siamo stati accolti con delle salviette rinfrescanti, un piccolo gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo! La struttura è molto comoda per chi deve prendere uno shinkansen molto presto.
Vicinissimo alla stazione ma non troppo vicino al centro città Il letto un po’ piccolo e non c’era lo spazio per caricare il cellulare. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con il cellulare sul letto in pratica

Struttura non pulita. C’era Polvere e abbiamo trovato le lenzuola macchiate. La struttura le ha prontamente cambiate.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Was convenient stay for us. Excellent value for money. Small room, but we were only using to sleep. We washed our clothes and ate in a lovely Indian restaurant 2 minutes down the road. They had breads available for breakfast but we missed that as didn’t get down until 08:45. Staff were lovely and helpful. I’ve stayed in loads of lovely and expensive hotels. This place, for the budget price, is really good value and I didn’t want for anything. Everything was clean.

料金の割にアメニティが少ない。スプーン、割箸を置いて欲しかった。

Reviewed May 29, 2026新大阪駅から近く、コスパも良かった。（近いのは御堂筋線で、JRや新幹線の改札へはプラス5〜10分弱かかる） 朝食は付けなかったが、朝数種類のパンが頂けたのは大変ありがたかった。大浴場にクレンジング等置いてあったのが良かった。
部屋の壁紙の一部が剥がれており、ベットに髪の毛がいくつか付いたままになっていて清潔感に欠けていた。次回から改善して欲しいと思う。

No issues for me. Just to give context, I stayed for 3 days and they dont offer to clean up the room everyday. They just provided clean towels every morning. This was not an issue to me.

Reviewed May 6, 2026There were a lot of good things about the hotel, especially the cleanliness. And my favorite over the top were the delicious free breadrolls in the morning. A simple yet elegant touch.
It was a little bit difficult to navigate here from Shin-Osaka station because the connectivity was blocked by the tall houses. But that's hardly the hotel's fault.
