Reviewed Sep 20, 2026新大阪駅正面口から近く、七番出口からも近くて便利でした。コンビニも駅とホテルを行き来する間にあるし、スタッフさんもみんな感じがよく、総合的に見ても色々快適でよかったです。
冷蔵庫がぬるい。アイスが入れられないな〜と思って食べたかったけど我慢しました。それぐらいですね。

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The location is very convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from Shin-Osaka Station. However, getting to the hotel requires going up and down several flights of stairs, which could be challenging if you have heavy luggage. The facility itself is clean and relatively new, with all the basic amenities you would need. The hotel staff were generally polite and helpful.
What could be improved: The breakfast was fairly simple, with a limited selection. There were some Japanese options, including rice and grilled salmon, as well as fried eggs and croissants. One interaction between staff members also stood out to me. While I was getting help with the paperwork to ship my suitcases, I observed one staff member respond rather abruptly to a colleague who asked for assistance. She appeared to throw the paperwork toward him. As someone who has experience training new employees, I found the interaction unprofessional and particularly disappointing because it was noticeable to a guest. I hope the hotel emphasizes respectful and supportive communication among staff, especially in front of guests.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026It is very close to the Shin Osaka station of Midousuji line exit 7 (make sure you always get out the correct exit! I once got out the wrong way and it took me a while to figure out how to get on the right side of the tracks). The room has all the basic needs, similar to other business hotels.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited as it was not a buffet, although I appreciated the Japanese meal options.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026チェックインの時刻より早めに着いたので、荷物だけ預かっていただき、たいへん助かりました。また、チェックインの手続きもスムーズで、チェックアウトが6時前でしたが、先に案内で「一階のボックスにカードキーを入れてください」と言われたので、それで早めに出られました。
クーラーの調節が、あまりうまくいかず、スイッチを切ると暑いし、点けると寒いし、適度な室温にするのが難しく感じました。

スーツケースを置くラックが欲しかった。 ロケーションは駅から近いようで実は少し離れています。地下鉄なら本当に近いのですが、JRから行ったので、スーツケースを持って階段を降りなくてはならずちょっと困りました。

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026新大阪駅から直ぐでとても便利でした。駅からホテルまでにコンビニが2軒あり、夜遅くの到着や何か忘れものをした際の利便性もあります。室内設備も充実していました。ボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーの香りが個人的に好みでとてもリラックスできました。ハンドソープもフォームタイプなので使いやすく、嬉しかったです。細かい部分ですが、部屋のゴミ箱と浴室のゴミ箱と別にあるのはゴミ捨てに行ったり来たりする必要がなくありがたかったです。回収は大変だと思います。でも、利便性を考慮しての配慮が本当にありがたいなと思いました。

La habitación era muy pequeña. Había que saltar las maletas para poder pasar y la cama era un poco pequeña. Justita para 2 personas. El desayuno, pésimo. Podías elegir entre varias opciones, en las que solo una llevaba croissants (que además eran industriales, de bolsa) y un bollo con un huevo frito y 2 mini salchichas. No ofrecían leche y el zumo de naranja, de brick, malo.

部屋のくずかごのフタがあるのはよいが、片手で処理できず使いにくいです。部屋のコンセントが机の周りに「1個」なのは少な過ぎる。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026アーリーチェックインも冷蔵の荷物の預かりも快く引き受けてくださいました。 駅の出入口や改札も近く、新幹線を降りすぐホテルに向かう場合は地下鉄御堂筋線6番出口を目指し、荷物預け後、地下鉄御堂筋線で移動するなら7番出口が大変便利です。 部屋も1人で過ごすには十分快適でした。
洗面器が小さく洗顔する時に床までびちゃびちゃになったこと。 部屋に帰るとエアコンが切れてたのでルームキーをさしてないとつかない仕様だったようです、冷蔵庫もスイッチONにして使うタイプだったので外出時はエアコンと同じように電源が切れてたかもしれません。食べ物を入れてたのでちょっと心配になりました。

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026新大阪駅から近いです。 マップアプリだと駅外を回る徒歩誘導されるが、 JR新大阪駅を出て、駅ビルの中を通り、御堂筋線新大阪駅の中改札から入場券で入り、ホームの中を通過し、南改札から出ると、このホテルのすぐ近くに出れます。雨、風、暑さを凌げれます。

今回は、廊下で、外国人観光客が騒いでるのが気になりました。いつもはサラリーマンの男性などが仕事で使ってると思われたので、たまたまだと思いたいです。短時間でしたから、まぁ仕方ないかと思ってます。

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Good location near shin osaka station for shinkansen travel & also local metro to get to Umeda/Namba- clean, comfortable hotel.
Not many restaurants in the area, a bit hard to find - have to remember exit 6 coming out of station!

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026お部屋が無臭で清新でした。 オレンジ色のクッションが置いてあり、それが彩りとなり居心地がいい空間の一助けになっておりました。 朝食も、以前の和食か洋食かではなく、何種類かから選べる様になっていたのが、嬉しかった。
時間がわかるものが、あれば嬉しかった。

連泊だったからコインランドリーを使ったのだけど、二台しかなく、結果として0時過ぎから洗濯する羽目になった。もう一台か二台あるとありがたいんだけど。

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026The hotel is located really close to Shin Osaka station. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel and also a convenience store. The room was small but clean. They also let us store our luggage for a few days while we travelled to another location. The staff were super helpful and spoke English. Late check-in available.
The lifts were super slow and took a long time.
