Check in details were not communicated and the owner wasn’t reachable by the numbers provided or on the app. Had to get a resident to call them to get them to reach out from a different number.

Nice, clean and comfortable. It had even free water and coffee/tea facilities , ideal for those who has early morning flight. Location is great, there are many nice restaurants and bars nearby. I’ve also used airport transfer that was easy to book and punctual to arrive. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location was very convenient and the property itself was comfortable.

The stay felt very impersonal and completely self-service. There was no reception or staff available on site, and the instructions for accessing the property were not very clear, which made the arrival more confusing than necessary. We never saw any staff during our stay, there was no towel change or other service, and our experience with one member of staff over the phone was not particularly pleasant. Also, considering the property is located in Italy, it would have been helpful to receive the instructions in Italian as well.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there is a street nearby with many different cafés and restaurants.

We chose this apartment because it was close to the airport. Our host met us and showed us in. In the morning, he also provided a shuttle to the airport, which was very convenient. The host was friendly.

Malisimo. Las fotos que muestran nada que ver con la realidad. Cuando nos duchamos filtro el agua por la pared para la habitación y el agua nos mojo las valijas. Se nos salió una puerta de la mampara del baño. No tiene plaza de estacionamiento como dicen. Tenes que estacionar en la calle. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Location and convenience was our main goal. The room was small for our party of 4, but we only stayed one night. Beds were clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The A/C was amazing for those hot days in July. Check in instructions were easy, and we also found easy/free parking available for our rental car behind the building. Restaurants are basically next door.

Everything was perfect

L’emplacement est la seule chose que nous avons aimé. Le trajet pour se rendre à l’aéroport est facile. Il est près de plusieurs bons restaurants. Il y a une plage à environ 10mins à pieds. Pour une nuit c’était correct.

La propreté moyenne en général. La cuisine partager n’était pas très propre. Prévoyez vos savons de douche. Les lits ne sont pas très confortable. Le support à matelas des enfants était pas très solide et ont pouvaient sentir les lates de bois à travers le matelas. La chambre est très petite et la vue est sur le canal des bateaux de pêche. Personnellement, les images ne sont pas représentatives de ce que nous avons eu.

the place is close to the river's edge and there are a lot of restaurants and ice cream shops along the street; therefore you can have a nice meal and plenty of choices of restaurants.

I was trying to save some $ by staying at a cheaper place. But, including taxi from and to the airport, the cheaper cost of the room did not compensate for it. If I had stayed at a brand hotel, the free transportation to the airport and back definitely compensates for the higher price. The room was extremely basic, no cable TV, tiny individual bed: you are better off paying a regular brand hotel such as Hilton where you have definitely more comfort.

Location was handy to get to the airport for an early flight. The bathroom was well set up & very clean.

Kitchen facilities. I don't think there was breakfast. The kitchen facilities were very minimal (eg. no dishes, or sink). Fortunately I was planning to have breakfast at the airport, so this didn't matter.

ESPERIENZA DA INCUBO – SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Al nostro arrivo, durante il check-in, abbiamo trovato la stanza semi allagata a causa di una perdita proveniente dalla doccia. Anche il condizionatore perdeva acqua e la presenza evidente di muffa lasciava chiaramente intendere che il problema fosse noto da tempo e non certo occasionale. Quando abbiamo segnalato la situazione al gestore, invece di ricevere assistenza e comprensione, siamo stati trattati con arroganza e maleducazione. Siamo stati accusati di essere polemici e, cosa ancora più assurda, ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto ritenerci fortunati perché “quando piove la stanza si allaga completamente”. Una risposta semplicemente inaccettabile. Anche la cucina si è rivelata una grande delusione. Nell’annuncio non era chiaramente specificato che fosse condivisa con altre sei camere. Inoltre era praticamente inutilizzabile: mancava il lavello, il microonde ed il bollitore praticamente inutilizzabili e lo spazio era così ridotto da consentire a malapena l’utilizzo da parte di due persone contemporaneamente. La pulizia generale della struttura era molto scarsa. Di fronte ad una stanza evidentemente inagibile abbiamo chiesto la cancellazione della prenotazione, ma ci è stata comunque applicata una penale. Secondo l’host il problema era stato “risolto” semplicemente perché la donna delle pulizie aveva asciugato il pavimento. Peccato che la perdita continuasse e che l’allagamento si sarebbe inevitabilmente ripresentato. Un altro aspetto fuorviante riguarda il parcheggio: la struttura pubblicizza un parcheggio privato che in realtà non esiste. Sono disponibili esclusivamente parcheggi pubblici a pagamento situati davanti al B&B. Struttura sporca, problemi evidenti di manutenzione, informazioni fuorvianti nell'annuncio e gestione estremamente scortese. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro totalmente. STATE ALLA LARGA!!!

Todo muy gusto, lastima aquel llegue tarde y no pude disfrutar porque me tenía que tomar el avión ,pero el propietario excelente super amable.

I stayed there only one night, because it was close to the airport, i was flying very early morning. The room was nice, clean, newly renovated. Tiber was just across the street from the property and i walked to the end of the street where it meets the sea. Very nice experience. Many seafood resraurants and fast foods in the area, to choose from. The only trouble was to get there from the airport - i took the bus, then walked about 15 mins. Other choice was the taxi for about €50. The lady- owner was polite and nice. I arranged the shuttle to the airport for the morning with the lady-owner who accomodate me, which was very good decission. The shuttle driver was on time, friendly, got better price.

O apartamento cumpre o que promete em relação à localização e conforto, é o ideal para quem vai passar uma noite.

Na hora da reserva um dos motivos que me fez escolher esta acomodação era o fato de oferecerem o serviço de transfer ao aeroporto. Porém , realizei o agendamento do transfer com a proprietária pelo bate papo do booking mas não cumpriram com o horário combinado e tive que pedir um uber, o que é inconveniente já que pode atrapalhar a viagem.

The property did not advertise that there was no elevator. We travelled with 2 seniors and could not stay here. The property is very difficult to find also. Very small sign on a wall. We were also told that we could drop our luggage off while we rushed to get to our Vatican booking( which we needed up missing and lost all our money). There was nothing set up for this and we were given an option to leave our luggage at a pizza place downstairs, which was not a safe option for us. Very disappointed in this establishment. We have reached out to the property and Booking .com for some sort of refund,but nothing yet(it’s been a month).

You can hear a lot from other apartments like other people showering at 1 am

It’s quite a way out from the airport and there isn’t as easy shut out you’ll have to pay for a taxi. There’s a few shops there to eat, but overall is not the main part of town. If looking just for a nice stay with nice family then it’s fine. The bedroom is nice, but the bathroom is a little bit unfurnished.

Good for staying one night and going to the airport.

The person from the pizzeria downstairs, that was in charge of giving us the keys, was having an argument with her partner through the phone, she was basically screaming in front of us, then she went to the back of the place to continue her phone call, and we had to wait approximately 5 minutes for her to finish her argument in order to give us the key of the apartment. Zero professionalism.

The door handle came off in the room and after one attempt no further attempt was made to fix it so I felt very worried all night I would either be trapped in the room or that someone could just walk in.

There was a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals in the room, probably used to mask the odor coming from the bathroom. The smell made the room unbearable to stay in. Even when we opened the windows, the odor still didn’t go away, and gnats kept coming into the room.

Du bruit dans la salle de bain toute la nuit dû à une pompe pour la chasse d'eau. Quand nous demandons aux propriétaires ce que nous pouvons faire , aucune réponse... Impossible de dormir. Une personne de l'hôtel est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport avec une heure de retard, même pas un geste commercial sur le montant de la course.

Chambre propre et bien équipée, avec accès à une "cuisine partagée. Quartier vivant. Face au canal mais un peu éloigné de la mer. Propriétaire joignable facilement.
