Maurizio came to pick us up at the airport. He was very friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Maurizio made us feel very welcome and gave us few tips where to eat. I will definately be back next year. Highly recommended.

Spacious room and comfortable bed, you could get free drinks/coffee and some food from the kitchen.

I couldn’t open the shutters because my room was right on the entrance of all the guests, I’ve tried to leave the windows open for some time so the room could ventilate but it didn’t help at all, the smell in the room impregnated in my clothes, the socket in the bathroom wasn’t working and I didn’t like much the breakfast option, there was nothing fresh, I had to take with me 3 different keys to be able to get to my room, it is not soundproof at all, the day I had to leave I was woken up by stuff opening and closing cabinets, moving stuff etc at almost 6 in the morning.

Departamento bien ubicado cerca de bares y restaurantes, que cumple la funcion para descansar al llegar o por conexion con otros vuelos desde Fiumichino. Especial mencion para Mauricio. Atento y predispuesto para lo que necesitaramos, nos permitio al no haber lugar para estacionar en la calle por ser sabado, aparcar en su cochera.

Miejsce super bo blisko do marketu dosłownie kilka kroków , do plaży i restauracji kilka minut pieszo. Właściciel pomocny , miły i jak dla nas co najważniejsze mieliśmy transfer na lotnisko od Brata właściciela i na tym nam zależało najbardziej godzina tu chyba nie ma znaczenia bo 05:45 już na nas czekał. Byliśmy tylko jeden dzień więc to tyle.

W pokoju mogłaby być jakaś mała lampka bo jak w nocy się wstaje to nie widać ręki nawet na metr. Ten pokój który my mieliśmy było w nim akurat głośno bo blisko była jadalnia dla wszystkich więc wszystko było słychać.

It was an easy check-in, and the room was clean and comfortable. Close to the airport and perfect for a late night check-in and early morning departure back home.

The apartment was good and not far from the airport. Unfortunately after 11.00 PM the only transport is TAXI - 50 euro or you can ask the owner to organise some transport. The room has a good air condition and we did get some cold water which was very nice during the summer season. We stayed only one night but it looked that there were some shops and restaurants around.

Mauricio was an awesome and personable host and helped us find our way to the airport with the bus. It was a perfect location and stay for a night before leaving. Great restaurants nearby (5 min walk).

A localização é excelente. Quarto amplo, roupa de cama perfumada, banheiro excelente . Mas, o que tornou especial foi atendimento atencioso do anfitrião, o Maurício. Água e comidinhas aguardavam apartamento. E, um cafezinho, também. A comunicação também contou muito. Além do que, a cidade tem bons restaurantes, com ar praiano.

Everything was super clean. Isabella was very nice, we got watter and cofee immediatelly after our arrival. Easy to find it, also to park there. The room was big and comfortable, closed to the street with restaurants.

Great spot near the airport with nice restaurants and a supermarket close by. The host picked us up for less than it would cost for a taxi. Very nice host with clear instructions in English. Comfortable quiet room.

this was a wonderful place to stay after a long day of flying in before exploring more of Italy! Maurizio was so kind and helpful with offering to pick me up from the airport and take me to the train station when I was leaving. he went above and beyond to help me with navigating transit, managing luggage, and getting from point a to b safely and comfortably. I appreciated the flexibility in being able to check in late since my flight came in close to midnight. i’d highly recommend staying here!

The property was very clean and it is in a very good location, close to a lot of restaurants, the port and stores. Mauricio has an excellent communication skills and help us all the time.

Ottima posizione con il parcheggio di fronte all’alloggio, un bar a pochi passi e con ristorante e supermercati molto vicini. A pochissimi passi dal centro di Roma in 20/30 minuti arrivi in qualunque punto di Roma.

The place is excellent, comfortable, clean, good AC for the hot Summer, close not only to Fiumicino airport, but with many great restaurants, supermarket, shops. Maurizio was very kind and offered a shuttle transfer service from and to the airport very convenient and much cheaper compared to uber.

Excelente lugar, muy cuidado y con una excelente atención por parte de Mauricio. Nosostros nos quedamos sólo una noche, pero es ideal para pasar un par de días en la playa. El lugar tiene cocina común muy cómoda, pero además hay muchos lugares de comidas a pocas cuadras. Se puede estacionar en la cuadra sin costo.

Mauricio est un hôte fantastique. Il a tout fait pour nous faire sentir à l’aise, rendre notre séjour d’une nuit des plus confortable et d’une serviabilité exceptionnelle. L’accueil a rendu notre arrêt au Roms Da Pisicchio parfait. Cet établissement est d’une propreté notable dans les chambres, un espace extérieur sous les arbres pour prendre le petit déjeuner et des aliments de base pour le petit déjeuner: fruits, croissants, jus de fruits, café espresso etc…… Bref une belle étape à Fiumicino avant de prendre notre vol le lendemain. Simplement pour Mauricio le propriétaire avec son épouse Elisabetta, ce coin de repos vaut le déplacement si vous passez dans la région. Pour peu de frais, comparé aux prix démentiels exigés pour les taxis sur place, Mauricio peut vous conduire vers l’aéroport. Bravo à vous deux.

Accueil aux petits soins et insonorisation optimale de la chambre en ce qui concerne la circulation extérieure ou les avions. Chambre et salle de bain propres et spacieuses, conformes à la description. Cour agréable pour petit déjeuner en extérieur et cuisine mise à disposition de la collectivité. Disponibilité et renseignements précieux des hôtes pour les déplacements. Rome à 30 minutes en Shuttle.

Quelques inconforts sonores lors des déplacements dans les couloirs des autres locataires mais très ponctuels. Transport entre l'aéroport et le logement pas toujours aisé quand on ne sait pas quelle navette prendre (taxi forfait 35 euros juste pour sortir de l'aéroport).

The host was so friendly! Our room was quite large with a great shower, plenty of towels, very clean, quiet area, and a beautiful courtyard. We felt safe and comfortable. The wifi worked well and there is a grocery store quite close. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we required a close-to-airport location. Definitely would recommend.

The location was amazing, as it was very close to the airport. The hosts were incredibly helpful, both to help me find the best transportation to and from their location. They were very kind, helpful and fast to respond. I would definitely recommend this place.

Posizione ottima, vicino all aeroporto, alla fermata bus, supermercati, bar, pasticceria. Struttura pulitissima, accoglienza familiare e ottima. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e super disponibili oltre che simpatici. Se tornerò a Fiumicino, alloggerò assolutamente da loro.

He kindly helped us with transportation to and from the airport which we really appreciated as I was using a boot & crutches from an accident a week ago while in Venice. A wonderful place with a great atmosphere, nice and cozy. The owner is a wonderful person. We had a very late arrival, he met us, drove us to the hotel in his car and back the next day. Thank him very much!

A localização era excelente, o quarto é espaçoso e silencioso, a limpeza poderia ser melhor mas não estava tão ruim, o anfitrião é muito educado e receptivo. Não tomei café da manhã mas era bem simples. Eu ficaria novamente se precisar estar perto do aeroporto com certeza.

Host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place appears to be quite newly renovated… modern, clean and bright. Location was great… close to restaurants an amenities. 10-12 minute walk from the local bus to the airport. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

L’établissement c’est occupé de venir nous chercher à la gare et porter à l’aéroport le lendemain matin, cela a été très apprécié. La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner inclus. Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathique. Ils nous ont donnés une bouteille d’eau froide en arrivant. De plus l’établissement est à 3 minutes de marche d’une rue qui longe le port avec pleins de restaurant.

There is no extra word to describe how great the host was! Very genuine, helpful and informative 🙌 When we entered he gave us a big bottle of water as a welcome and if we're tired (which we were). Room was good, enough for a 1 night sleep to catch a flight. There was a gift basket which is always a plus in my case. Breakfast area with coffee and tea.

We had the ground floor room which I felt like is the only downside cause it can get a bit loud outside if you have the window open. The blinds on the window were very harsh and they completely shut the window in a way which is good since you dont want people peeking through but that comes with the downside of not having sunlight in your room at all.

We loved the proximity to the airport and the sea. Easy access to Sitbus or city bus whichever you were using. Very quiet sleeping until the morning when some guests did not leave quietly. Very friendly owner who keeps a very nice place.
