LEAVING THE PROPERTY

I’ll be honest it has had to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. I don’t know where to begin so I’ll provide bullet points as a summary - Everywhere smelt like cigarette smell including the common hallways, this just should not be on. - ⁠The room itself smelled of mould 24/7 especially the bathroom, there are problems in that bathroom 100% - ⁠The showerhead had to be the worst design in the world. I’ve showered in better conditions in the wild. You have to hold the shower head to use it otherwise it sprays everywhere on the hook. The shower sceeen to is just disgusting and very unhygienic in today’s world. - ⁠⁠What bathroom has no PowerPoints not even one. - ⁠You provide appliances on the kitchen counter again not even one power point, again pointless. If you want to want to use the coffee machine you have to take it to the bedside table to use. - ⁠One hopeless fan that barely worked, this room was like a sauna. - ⁠The beds are one of the worst beds I’ve sleep in I asked for a double not two singles pushed together and they move so easily even the mattress is as thin as phone book - ⁠Pillows you provided two massive pillows that no one can use we slept without them and now have pains. - ⁠Myself and my other half felt sick every time going inside due to the smell. That place is just a pure hazard. I wish we read the google reviews before booking it’s very clear the feedback is consistent and we just got scammed we paid a lot of money to fly here and stay here and the hotel ruined our trip to Switzerland. The staff asked for my feedback which I provided, all they said was sorry we know the place is not in best shape …. So the team know this yet still proceed on taking on bookings !

Accessible location, nice terrace, equipped with basic cooking tools.

The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and last floor rooms could benefit from AC, not just a ventilator, as they get very hot in the summer.

Zimmer war okay. Lage zentral, aber bei offenem Fenster sehr laut wegen des Verkehrs. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Duschkabine verschimmelt. Geschirr teilweise dreckig. Ich finde es nicht okay, dass man als Gast auch für den Parkplatz bezahlen muss.

Good proximity to a train station and supermarket. Room was clean and offered everything we could need. Staff were very responsive on Whattsapp and sorted out any issues quickly.

The app check in did not work on our Android devices despite troubleshooting. The staff were quick to respond online though and once we were inside (using an older spare phone we had with us) they were able to remotely set up a key card for us.

Lage & Anbindung: Top Lage, man kommt sehr schnell und einfach mit den Öffentlichen ins Zentrum. Ausstattung: Genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben – alles vorhanden.

Das moderne Bluetooth-Schlüsselsystem hat leider kaum funktioniert. Wie wir vor Ort beim Zimmernachbarn mitbekommen und auch schon in älteren Rezensionen gelesen haben, scheint das ein dauerhaftes Problem zu sein. Die Türöffnung hat viel Zeit gekostet. Das sollte bei einem bekannten Fehler nicht passieren. Zudem sollte man wissen, dass es sich hier nicht um ein Hotel handelt, sondern eher um eine klassische Airbnb-Wohnung, inklusive Bettwäsche und Handtüchern im privaten Stil.

Spacious,clean,had all basic essentials/kitchenette. We needed 3 beds, which it had. We had an apartment at the rear of the building,which was very quiet despite the whole building being on a very busy road. Decent value. Please note, we tend to use accomodation mainly to sleep in, as we tend to go out in the daytime.

The glass window to the balcony had a full length metal shutter over it, which we weren't aware how to raise (eventually did).The balcony door again was a little difficult to determine how to open fully to access the balcony(eventually we did). This unfortunately meant we couldn't always have the shutter raised/door open, so the room was really hot(early August) despite there being a fan-I think there was a canvas type blind on the outer part of the balcony but we didn't stay long enough to tyr to lower it-this may have helped. The balcony door couldn't fully open due to the beds, however I think there was room to move them. The view from the balcony was of what appeared like an unoccupied derelict house. I didn't mind it too much as it was characterful. We also struggled to find it but once we did get the right bus/work out where it was,it was only maybe 10 minute ride from the city centre plus short maybe 300 yard walk to the bus stop. No microwave. I appreciate all these issues may have or were resolved after making enquiries or finally working out how to access the said things.

Non funzionava area condizionata/non è stato chiaro come regolarla ma dal inizio in camera si trovava ventilatore.

Digital Schlüssel funktionierte nicht immer, und manchmal musste man an einem anderen Eingang probieren. Es riecht was komisches im Zimmer.

Habitacion sucia, olor a cerrado, camas muy viejas, en general el apartamento se veia mucho mas desactualizado de lo que se veia en las imagenes de booking, se le comento al personal que uno de los huéspedes sufre de alergias muy fuertes no quisieron devolver el dinero, nos tuvimos que ir a otro alojamiento y perder el dinero, no recomiendo a nadie venir a este alojamiento, ya que el precio no va acorde con lo ofrecido.

Οι μισοι που κλεινουν στο ξενοδοχείο δεν μπορουν να μπουνε με το χειροτερο τσεκ ιν που εχω δει οσο ταξιδευω.Τα σεντονια ειναι γκρι σκουρο σαν καλυμμα καναπε που κανεις δεν μπορει να ξερει ποτε πλυθηκαν.Η περιοχη δεν ειναι ασφαλης.Ειχαμε κλεισει και ενα τρίκλινο και ενω δεν το εδειχνε η φωτογραφία το τριτο κρεβατι ηταν κρεμασμενο στο ταβανι και κοιμηθηκαμε 3 στα 2 κρεβάτια ενωμενα.Ειχαμε κλεισει 2 νυχτες και μειναμε αναγκαστικά το πρωτο βραδυ που φτασαμε αργα και το πρωι πηγαμε σε αλλο ξενοδοχείο.

Просторная комната с мини-кухней, очень удобно завтракать и ужинать со своими продуктами, пить чай и кофе, разогревать еду, хранить продукты в холодильнике, при желании можно готовить. Из нашего окна был вид на горы, за что отдельное спасибо! Ключом к дверям является телефон с приложением отеля, нужно его прикладывать у входных дверей и у своего номера. Было тихо и спокойно, до остановки пешком несколько минут.

Немного короткая занавеска в душе, вода попадала на пол.

Sehr einfacher Check in durch die App. Gute Ausstattung des großen Zimmers. Alle notwendigen Dinge in der Küche sind vorhanden. Supermarkt im fußläufigen Bereich. Gute Parkmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.

Die Lage an einer vierspurigen Ausfallstraße ist nicht ganz leise. Der einfache Duschvorhang trennt die Duschtasse nicht vom Bad und verdeckt im Betrieb den Ablauf. Der altersschwache Ventilator im Bad versucht Abluft wegzuschaffen...

Ήταν ότι χειρότερο έχω δει σε καταλλυμα Απρόσωπο .έτρεμες μην τελειώσει μπαταρία του κινητού γιατί έμενες έξω.λογω ότι είχες ηλεκτρονικό κλειδί Ήταν ένα κοντέινερ πολυ βρωμικο Τα σεντόνια και μαξιλαροθήκες δεν τα αλλάζουν βρωμανε. Ζέστη ανυπόφορη μέρα νύχτα . Οι υπόλοιποι ένοικοι τρομάζες όταν τους έβλεπες περιθωριακοί τυποιΑπαισιο Και τελευταία μέρα έμεινα έξω από το διαμέρισμα Τρόμαξα να βρω έναν άλλον ένοικο να επικοινωνήσει για να μου ανοίξουν με κάρτα το δωμάτιο να μπω να πάρω τα πράγματα μου ΜΑΚΡΙΑ.......

Bandits A l’arrivée en 5 secondes3 détails horribles: 1)Colonies noires de bactéries et champignons dans la douche 2)fauteuil rouge déchiré et sale ++, taches suspectes 3)on croit arriver dans un hôtel formule 1 suisse avec le lit enfant au dessus du lit double Pas de liseuse Tous les meubles , bas niveau , abîmés Je leur ai adressé une série de 10 photos Si jamais ils ne réagissaient pas , ce serait la répression des fraudes en Suisse Ne publiez pas mes commentaires , j’ai adressé mes réclamations à Anstatthotel , je leurs ai dit que 200€ la nuit c’était du vol et de me rembourser Ils ont dit qu’ils allaient tenir compte de mes remarques Ce ne sont pas des vrais Suisses qui tiennent ces appartements

Die gesamte Ausstattung 'schreit nach billig'. Billigventilator, Pappwände, Duschvorhang vom Discounter etc. Ich war bereits eingecheckt und musste zum Aktivieren des digitalen Zimmerschlüssels noch eine App auf meinem Telefon installieren, die dann meine Reservierung nicht gefunden hat. Das ist das Letzte, was man braucht, wenn man abends um 23 Uhr vor einem Hoteleingang steht, der aussieht wie der Zugang zu einer Tiefgarage. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Keine Klimaanlage. Einfachste Ausstattung. Kein Personal. Nur die Reinigungskräfte. Für diesen Preis bekomme ich in der Türkei einen 5-Sterne Hotel mit All-inclusuve.

Apparthotel proche du centre-ville avec le train ou le bus. Avec la canicule l’appartement était un peu chaud, car comme indiqué dans l’annonce il n’y a pas de climatisation, mais un ventilateur. L’appartement est propre et le personnel poli. Nous n’avons pas rencontré de problème avec l’accès. Très réactif avec watsap pour des informations ou aide. Le prix correspond à une location d’un logement moyen

Hay que coger transporte hasta el centro porque esta a las afueras. No tiene aire acondicionado y en verano es un horno. Quisimos cocinar y aunque tenia todos los elementos la vitroceramica apenas calentaba. Por favor sabanas frescas no de franela.

După ora 10 lătrau câini în hotel ! Dacă lăsai ușa la terasă deschisă îți intra un câine în cameră ! Cum te așezai în pat se rupea ! Baia era foarte murdară și mucegăită !

Il a fait très chaud dans l appartement, on n a pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres en permanence car nous étions cotés route 4 voies, gros traffic.. nous avons fait tourner le ventilateur en permanence, pris des douches froides régulièrement et créer un courant d air parfois

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist jenseitig. Die Lage und Präsentation des Hotels sind dürftig. Das Einchecken und Abrechnen ist hochkomplex. Das nachträgliche Erheben von Kurtaxen ist intransparent und das Bezahlen mit Twint klappt nicht. Gesamteindruck: niemals wieder Anstatthotel.

Cazare, locația.. se poate ajunge in centru pe malul râului, in plimbare in 40 min sau cu autobuzul. Stația la 30 min.

Budżetowy nocleg jak na realia Szwajcarii, całkiem przyjemna lokalizacja i świetny system self check in.

Wypadające deski z łóżka, było dosyć gorąco ale był wiatrak, na korytarzu śmierdziało papierosami. Podczas pierwszej nocy doszło do uszkodzenia rury i nie mieliśmy wody od nocy do południa.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The self check-in process was a complete mess. Before you can even enter the hotel, you’re required to download the hotel’s app, create an account, log in, and go through several unnecessary steps. Then you have to pay around 9 Euro just to access the hotel and another 7–8 Euro the parking . It was incredibly frustrating. When I finally got to the room, there were no bedsheets on the bed. To make matters worse, there was no water in the hotel. I had no running water in the bathroom for the entire night, and it still wasn’t restored by 10:00 AM when I checked out. We paid a premium price but received a terrible experience in return. Basic necessities like clean bedding and running water should never be an issue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Gute Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Einfacher online Check-In. Das Zimmer war sehr grossräumig und ruhig gelegen. Alles bestens.

Das elektronische Türschloss benötigt manchmal seine Zeit (3-4 Sekunden), um zu öffnen. Kein echter Kritikpunkt, aber wenn man Abends spät vor der Türe steht, wäre es hilfreich, wenn man das weiss.

The room is large with a small terrace and parking in the basement.

Yesterday’s temperature was 36 degrees Celsius, but the room was 40 degrees Celsius; the fan was insufficient for that temperature. The mattress was extremely hot and creaked, and the sheets were uncomfortable. Even though smoking is prohibited, it smelled terribly of cigarettes.

Odalar oldukça karanlık ve konforsuzdu, eşyalar çok eski hiç yenilenmemis. Odada rahat nefes almak bile mümkün değildi. Yatak takımları mevsıme uygun degıidı ve temızlıgı tartısılırdı. 4 günlük rezervasyon yapmıstık bır gece zor kalabıldık. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

В номері чисто, є невеличка кухня, душ, туалет. Поруч річка, ТРЦ де є продуктовий магазин, кафе. Також зовсім поруч зупинки тролейбусу і SBB.

Готель розташований біля дороги, дуже шумно. У моєму випадку ще й була не дуже хороша ситуація з номером. Мені треба було залишитись ще на одну ніч, але мій номер "Стандарт" був вже заброньований. Тому на сайті мені запропонували покращений номер з балконом або терасою, але дорожчий. Я погодилась. Навіть уявляла, як буду останній вечір сидіти на балконі і пити каву!! Але номер, який мені дали був жахливий. Це був перший поверх і замість тераси був просто вихід на вулицю,де від дороги тебе відділяє тільки бетонний паркан :(( Плюс були зламані двері у ванній і погано закривались двері на ту саму" терасу" Коли я попросила поміняти номер, мені сказали, що вільних немає. Хоча за день до цього було 7 вільних номерів!! Я розумію, що адміністрації готелю було не вигідно заселяти мене на одну ніч в хороший номер, але ж ціна цього номеру була вища за " Стандарт" ...

Clean, excellent location, great communication on line. The beds were very comfortable. Within easy access of centre, by public transport. It is value for money, as Switzerland is very expensive

Cooker needs new controls as the markings have rubbed off. Makes cooking a guessing game. Would prefer a human reception as we had difficulty working the door system. We were eventually helped by another guest. Then we tried to help someone else, wasn't very successful.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, kleine Terrasse, in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht (kein Backofen, nur Mikrowelle und zwei Kochplatten, wie beschrieben). Je nach Lage des Zimmers ist die Straße bei offenem Fenster laut zu hören, geschlossen sehr schalldicht.

Lauter Verkehr beim ersten Zimmer, nach Umzug (wegen Wasserschaden im Zimmer über meinem) deutliche ruhiger.

Dziękujemy za pomoc w dostaniu się do apartamentu. Ładnie, czysto, przytulnie.

Prijs, koffie en thee op de kamer, supermarkt en bushalte dichtbij.

Voor inchecken is mobiele data en een mobiel met een nfc chip nodig. Voor 8 uur waren de kamermeisjes elke dag al veel aan het praten op de gang dus als je bv tot 9 uur wil uitslapen is dat lastig. Ook ‘s avonds waren er tot laat veel geluiden. Douchegordijn waait naar je toe waardoor je wel erg weinig ruimte overhoudt om te douchen. Aan drukke weg.

Ich fand die Wohnung brandneu, und obwohl sie klein war, habe ich die sieben Tage dort sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super. Ich konnte das Zentrum von Emmen bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Aber Urlaub

Was moved rooms 2 times cause of misbookings and rooms that were under construction. 3th room (the superior room) smelled like pee , as the top bed was a childrens bed and was just soaked in pee before. This must have been smeleld before but just let it be as we tried to get the smell out for 3 days. Nothing as compensation offered the first 2 times either.

Hatten zuerst beim Check-in ein kleines Problem, wurde aber telefonisch sehr schnell behoben.

Im WC den Duschvorhang. Das man für sein Auto noch zusätzlich Parkgebühren bezahlen muss.

Amazing apartments.everything was amazing as look like same in photos.will come again in future for sure.
