Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre de Lucerne tout en étant au calme avec vue sur la rivière. Chambres confortables avec tout pour se préparer un café ou un thé.

I liked being close to everything but not in the busy areas. Pretty views on balcony. It was clean, breakfast was very good. It was much more affordable than many other hotels in the area.

Rooms were small and very basic. Not enough areas to unpack clothing

Lovely quant Hotel in a quiet area of the city, still on the water but only a leisurely walk to all of the restaurants, shops & the train station. Staff very helpful with recommendations of what to do in Luzern & a beautiful breakfast in the restaurant every morning was enjoyed by our group of 4.

A little warm at night - no air conditioning & heavy bed covers.

The pillows were so flat that we had to request for another set just to make it comfortable. And the ceiling fan in our room made clicking sounds when set on high

El hotel es acogedor y muy calido, con una ubicación excelente. La atención de Nils sin duda fue lo mejor!

L'hotel està molt ben situat i es pot anar a peu a tot arreu. Darrere mateix hi ha les muralles de la ciutat amb les torres que es poden visitar i és gratuit. Vam tenir una habitació familiar, molt gran i distribuida en 2 habitacions separades. La noia de recepció ens va informar molt bé de tot el que podíem fer. L'esmorzar també era molt complet.u Per tant un hotel molt recomanable i ens va encantar!!

there is no air conditioning and no Fridge! it was inconvenient to bring the food to the reception and ask it when we needed..

Я не очень понимаю чем отличаются отели 3 и 4 звезды, поэтому я бы могла дать этому отелю стабильных 4 звезды. Прекрасное месторасположение, парковка, размер номера, чистота, полноценный завтрак, очень профессиональный персонал. Идеальный городской отель.

Это не вина отеля, но сейчас рядом идет ремонт дороги и может быть немного шумно в рабочие дни утром.

Great place to stay. Worthiness with good rooms and delicious breakfast. Staff guy is so nice , give us the recommendations to visit the area which we don’t know. And gave me ice bucket to sooth my injure.

Windows - there is no AC which is fine since it’s not listed, but the windows open into the room, so if you leave them open at night, you can’t close the curtains. Also, smoking is allowed on the balconies which filtered up into our room at night. Saturday there was all day loud music until at least 10pm next door, with the bass thumping our room even though we weren’t on the end. Not their fault, but not sure how often that happens. Shower design is not great and water got on our floor that we had to clean up.

Staff were amazing!!! The location was good right by the river and on the more quiet side of town it seemed. The buffet was yummy too!

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable & room was hot (although manageable with their powerful fans). The shower doors were an odd design; not a dislike but something to note as water gets on the floor easily. Having no access to a fridge was not ideal.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very good. Would have scored lower but for the kind staff.

Too pricey for the bare bones in the room. Just nothing exceptional about it. Had a room with view… pass! Too noisy. Room was stuffy and had to have window open. Fan needs an extension cord so you can blow cool air in.

Nice staffs, nice breakfast, and the location is very good, easy to navigate the downtown of Luzern (hotel also offered a free bus day pass in the city)

Principalmente a localização e também atenção e gentileza dos funcionários.

Nosso quarto tinha vista para uma parede de pedra e portanto com bem pouca ventilação. A falta de ar condicionado também pesou na avaliação negativa porque durante nossa estadia o calor era abrasivo!!!

주요 도심에 위치에 있어서 카펠교와 사자상을 걸어서 관광하기에 좋았습니다. 바로 앞 경치도 좋았고 무엇보다 조식은 아이들과 70대 어머님이 모두 만족해했어요~저흰 렌트카 타고 이동했는데 5분거리 주차하고 걸어서 숙소 이동했습니다^^다음에 또 이용할거예요!! 나름 선선해져서 선풍기만 있어도 충분히 시원했어요~~

Our stay at The Karl was great...location, staff and room were great. The team at the desk were just great - providing directions on using the bus, local sights and supporting our needs.

Nothing significant...possibly more cereal options as breakfast.

Die Lage ist sensationell, das Zimmer war gemütlich und praktisch, das Personal über alle Maßen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war perfekt. Auch unser kleiner Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt. Sollten wir nochmal nach Luzern kommen, würden wir sofort wieder das Boutique Hotel Karl buchen!

Very very good location, the hotel is in front of the river, the view is amazing! The hotel only has 3 parking, I reserved in advance so I got a parking. Staff is friendly and helpful!

There is no AC, only fans in the room. Recommended for spring and autumn, NOT summer. Room temperature is very high during my visit.

ルツェルン駅からは徒歩圏内で、きれいな景色を見ながら歩いているとすぐ着きます。部屋の前に川があり、夜は川の音を聞きながら心地よく寝れました。大家族での旅行だったため、部屋を2つ借りました。大家族だったので、2部屋に泊まりましたが、それぞれの部屋の行き来も、割としやすかったかと思います。 フロントの方はとても親切でした！

この熱波で仕方ないと思いますが、エアコンがついておらず、ファンのみでした。ただ、部屋には2つ移動式のファンも置いてくれていました。
