Viel Geld für ein einfaches Zimmer. Nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser gabs auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. War ok, aber hatte nach den Bewertungen mehr erwartet.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026L’hotel si è rivelato gradevole e di buon livello. La posizione permette di risparmiare senza rinunciare alla comodità, anche grazie alla Visitor Card, che consente di utilizzare gratuitamente i mezzi pubblici. La fermata dell’autobus è molto vicina e con la linea 2 si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Lucerna in poco tempo. Altro punto forte è il parcheggio gratuito presso l’hotel, anche se non è prenotabile. Buona anche la colazione, abbastanza varia e con prodotti di qualità: abbiamo apprezzato in particolare formaggi, marmellate, succhi e caffè.
A colazione avremmo apprezzato anche scrambled eggs e bacon, che invece non erano presenti. Inoltre, dopo il check-out non ci è stato possibile lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio fino al primo pomeriggio, essendo condiviso con il ristorante. Non è stato un grande problema, ma sarebbe stato un servizio molto utile per chi vuole trascorrere ancora qualche ora a Lucerna prima di ripartire.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Nette Rezeptionisten beraten freundlich, Frühstück ist lecker und vielfältig, wir empfehlen den Ristretto , der Blick vom Balkon auf Stadtteil Emmen super, die Betten bequem und die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Die Busverbindung zur Innenstadt ist pünktlich und zuverlässig. Dank Gästekarte kostenlos nutzbar. Für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es Flyer und der Stadtplan liegt bereit.
Das Klimagerät auf dem Balkon ist in der Nacht sehr laut, und läuft auch für s Nachbarzimmer....!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Very nice room, enough space for our needs, air conditioning was good and needed since it was a bit hot in our stay. The bathroom was nice, breakfast was also very nice. The location is a bit secluded but there’s a coop right below the hotel, a bus station 2 minutes away and a train station 9 minutes away.
The shower didnt have a second door, meaning it was open towards the toilet which would make a small puddle, also the stream in the shower was a bit weak. Although the breakfast was good for me, there were only hard boiled eggs, it could have been nice if there was an omelette or scrambled eggs and something to put on the break like cream cheese.

La nostra camera al terzo piano disponeva anche di una grande terrazza con vista. Colazione molto buona e varia. Parcheggio privato gratuito. L'hotel offre gratuitamente il servizio trasporto con l' autobus (che passa ogni 10 minuti, fino a mezzanotte) per raggiungere il centro storico. Pulizia eccellente. Personale sia alla reception, sia nella sala colazione, molto disponibile e gentile. Insomma tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Tolles super hilfsbereites Personal, welches immer sofort zur Stelle war. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet und verfügt über ein grosses Bad mit komfortabler Dusche. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und so war es im Zimmer angenehm kühl.
Der Teppich war zwar sauber und dämpft Geräusche, mag ich persönlich aber aus hygienischen Gründen nicht. Zudem war das Zimmer etwas hellhörig.

Hotel muy caro pues pagamos casi 250€ t esperábamos otra cosa. Falta mantenimiento y limpieza. Te quieren cobrar por todo (hasta por las cunas). La comida de baja calidad y poca variedad. Descubrimos un nuevo glaciar en el interior de los croasanes del desayuno de la mañana.

Not aware how far the hotel was from the city center of Zurich. We had to take a lot of uber trips. The hotel would not clean your room the next day unless you made a request. We were not aware. Your check in was not with a person. You had to check in with a kiosk. The breakfast was okay, nothing special The hotel promoted transportation to the airport but you had to pay for it.
