El televisor nunca funcionó durante mi estancia, a pesar de qué se reportó todos los días la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear también se reportó el mantenimiento en general de la habitación. Cada día va de mal en peor, ya que yo conozco este hotel desde el día que se inauguró, es una lástima que no le metan dinero y lo estén dejando caer.

Ziemlich neu alles und schön gemacht mit einem schönen Blick auf Miami! Die Lage ist allerdings irgendwo ein bisschen im Nirgendwo beziehungsweise an einer ziemlich großen Mall. Für uns hat das gepasst.

Realizan cobros sin justificación alguna en mi tarjeta después de realizar el pago total de la estancia y pese a q se les manifiesta lo que está sucediendo no tienen ningún interés en resolver el problema. Siento que es riesgoso reservar con tarjetas de crédito.

La atencion del personal no era buena. Pedi una cuna y no me la armaron. Me dieron la practicuna cerrada y la tuve que armar yo. Tampoco me quisieron dar sabanas y frazada para la cuna. Pague en cash el parking y el recibo no me dieron. Tampoco anotaron en el sistema como que lo pague. Querian que pague dos veces.

Hotel novo, com instalações muito modernas, recepção com bar muito elegante. Tinha uma música com piano no Muse Bar, ao vivo, quando chegamos. Os quartos são grandes e a localização é excelente, ao lado do Aventura Mall. Bairro residencial super gostoso, com várias opções de restaurantes, mercado e farmácias.

Eles estavam com problema no sistema o que não permitiu configurar adequadamente as chaves de um de nossos quartos. Isso foi chato porque sempre que chegávamos, tínhamos que pedir para a recepção abrir. Uma das vezes esperamos por quase 2 horas pelo atendente.

Paying extra for car parking $38 for 1 night is expensive when you are already paying for for room

Paying for car park. Chips crumpled into the carpet on the corridora , cleaners on there phones, laundry left in corridor, The smell in the reception was over powering! I had a constant humming noise in my room, annoying!

Such a fun hotel! I love that it is in walking distance near some great food and a Publix. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. I have loved using the pool and the gym daily. Maryanna at check in is bubbly, sweet, a great representation of the atmosphere of the hotel.

Though booking.com says there is parking available. Parking needs to be paid. The description should be transparent.

After a long day of travel Ruby was warm and vibrant and very thorough! She got me checked in quickly and took my keys to ensure my car would be secured despite me arriving long after valet had closed…Thank You Ruby for helping ease my stress immediately upon arrival. I will be back here for my next work trip for sure!

Huge thank you to Nikki and Ebony for making our stay so much better. We arrived late after a long trip from San Diego, and Nikki got us checked in quickly and made us feel right at home. Es un edificio compartido con otras empresas, solo algunos pisos son hotel , el estacionamiento no es cómodo me pareció poco práctico , abajo solo está el valet parking cuando está disponible , pero el lobby está en piso 7 , me parece poco acogedor que nadie te reciba al llegar .

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff Azeem was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! The room we had with the verandah on the 8th floor was amazing. Clean, well kept, comfortable and very spacious! Plus the location is close to everything you need (food, shopping, etc.). The highlight of our trip from the moment we checked in was the lovely Ms. Nikki at the front desk. Our booking somehow got messed up through a 3rd party provider, yet she managed to sort it out for us and even showed us the room beforehand to ensure we were happy with it. She went above & beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care ofnon our first stay here at this hotel. It was so good that we even extended our stay for an extra night and she made that process so smooth as well. Senior Management pay close attention to this - Ms. Nikki is absolutely the best! You guys are fortunate to have someone like her as a part of your team! Give that lady a promotion!

Stayed at the Hilton Adventura location . Right off Biscayne blvd which is the main artery in the area . Road gets very busy during lunch hour and 5pm so plan accordingly. Also red light cameras on the street , so no Tokyo drifting … lol Very close to beaches.. Loggia beach is due east very close . This hotel borders the collar of Adventura Mall . Huge shopping area . Indoor mall , major retailers , lots of fancy high end stores , also connects with a Bloomingdale’s store . Spend some time there walking around and enjoying the spot . Couple restaurants in mall area too , easy to find parking . This Hilton is also kitty corner from a Publix store, so that’s very handy . Hotel decor is very nice , longer and bar area are very spacious. Parking levels 1-6 are attached to the hotel . Lobby of hotel is on 7th floor . Parking spots note hotel guest parking and is well lit . Physical key and digital key upon check in worked good . Staff was great at check in . Now , for the bad news . Room I requested , walk in check the AC panel to make it colder … and nothing . Tried again , all functions , powered on: off . Nothing . Called front desk , asked for assistance: they paged hotel engineer to fix . Hotel engineer never came to room . Ok , that’s no good . Called front desk again and asked to switch rooms , they said no problemo . Get into new room , and …. A/C system barely works . It runs , but is extremely low setting and very inefficient. I got up on a chair to touch the return panel near the ceiling to see if air was even circulating. It was , but you’re asking a guest to spend $200 plus this isn’t acceptable. The old school setups underneath the window crank out more power and can cool a room down 4-5 degrees in 25-30 minutes. The AC system is extremely low intensity, so beware . Bathroom setup is interesting. Glass slider for toilet area on one side and shower slider on other . Toilet handle was flimsy . Shower pressure was totally lacking . Very poor . So , summer months in Florida , two vital features of a guest stay weren’t sufficient. Poor HVAC setup , and shower pressure was terrible. The pool on 7th floor is nice , a cool setup . Gas stations and Starbucks are close by. Staff was very nice . Another kicker is this . The hotel key fobs are supposed to give hotel guests in and out privileges to the parking garage gate . They don’t work . If you want to go out to dinner , you have to go to front desk , ask for a key slip to get out . I’m sorry , but that’s ridiculous. Hotel guests shouldn’t have to shuttle down to hotel reception to get a gate pass to leave . Fixing the problem seems like a good solution Hilton . I like Hilton brand a lot and they have excellent staff at locations I’ve visited . Would I stay here again ? I would not . Pays to do your homework and find best hotel value and amenities in the room that you are satisfied with . Enjoy sunny Florida and don’t forget the sunscreen this summer folks ! :)

Be aware if you are traveling for business, don’t book here. They refused to offer an invoice for my stay, even though I have requested it and sent the info at the time of the booking. I tried solving it trough booking.com, no success. I tried calling, I’ve sent several messages to the property, no one ever answered.

Quarto bem amplo e confortável. Localização boa para quem quer acessar o Aventura Mall ou ficar nessa região. Quarto bem vedado, barulho não incomoda

Wi-Fi difícil. Não entrava pelo acesso normal, tivemos que pegar o Wi-Fi do bar anexo e toda vez acessar manualmente e inserir a senha. Acesso meio difícil, logo ao chegar basta seguir a placa de self parking (a não ser que queira manobrista), retirar o ticket para acessar e estacionar no segundo andar, o primeiro é para o manobrista. Recepção no terceiro andar pegando elevador. Cheiro dos shampoo muito ruim e disponibilizam apenas um sabonete, tem que pedir outro se quiser. Localização boa para região, mas se quiser ir até Miami Beach se prepare para dirigir 1hr ou mais se pegar trânsito

Azeem was very nice, and very helpful upon checking in. I had a reservation issue, but he was able to help get it resolved quickly. Both he and his manager were very nice to me.

Stayed here for an event and ended up coming back. The art and fashion programming they run is genuinely well-curated — not the usual filler. Someone on staff has real taste. The bar is the best part of the lobby. Solid cocktails, good vibe, and bartenders who read the room. The restaurant holds its own too — not just a fallback option. What stuck with me most is the staff. Attentive without being in your face. That’s harder to pull off than it sounds. Aventura has plenty of nice hotels. This one earns the stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Tentaram nos cobrar algo que nao consumimos e quando falei que nao era nosso, falaram que "you need to prove it". Perdi 40 minutos do último dia de viagem nisso. Saí decepcionado demais com o hotel. Fora que a diária do estacionamento é quase 250 reais.
