La ubicación, la limpieza y la atención

Nice, tidy and modern building. Rooms are well kept. Breakfast was excellent!

Free wifi was poor and even though i switched-off the A/C there was still some noise coming from the ventillation which was a nuisance.

The check in process with the man the evening was super easy. He was very friendly and met all of our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we found our best rate and made sure we were taken care of.

Perto do Aventura Mall. Piscina grande e aquecida. Quartos modernos e de estilo clean. Limpeza.

The cleanliness was extremely poor. The room was dirty upon arrival, with hair in the shower and a visibly dirty sink. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Most concerning was the lack of security and responsiveness at night. During our first night, teenagers were loudly knocking on doors for nearly two hours, and no one at the lobby answered our calls. I reported the incident in person the following day, since I had been unable to reach anyone that night, and the hotel did provide a credit. However, the situation was very unpleasant and concerning, especially from a security standpoint. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I love staying at the AC Hotel Aventura, clean quiet and it feels like home. The breakfast staff are the best. Erik and Martha are very attentive to everyone’s needs. They go out of their way to help an make you comfortable. Than you again Martha and Erik. I am loving the omelette bar.

Loved this location! The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and very comfortable the beds are amazing. I really enjoyed the large windows with a beautiful street view. The location is perfect, within walking distance to amazing restaurants, Target, and Whole Foods. The staff were also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I also want to give a special thank you to the bartender by the pool she was so kind and noticed my son wasn’t feeling well and even gave him a toy to cheer him up. I didn’t get to see her again, but I truly appreciated that thoughtful gesture. The pool area is absolutely inviting and beautiful, with a perfect balance of relaxation and fun ideal for spending time with family or even hosting a pool party. I truly loved everything about this stay!

location, friendly staff

Hotel muito bom. Limpo.

We come here all the time when where in Florida it's like a second home. We had a great time. A special thank you to the front desk they are all great to Mohamed the hotel manager who knows my name and welcomes me every morning or evening. To Dorina and Erick in the restaurant always knowing what I needed before I did. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Dorina and Erick truly made our experience memorable and their kindness and dedication deserve a special recognition. We look forward to returning with the girls again. And highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Not much Big lobby

The front reception staff were rude 3 out of 4 times I spoke to them They cancelled my reservation and charged me one night before I arrived There were other hidden holds and charges The breakfast was low quality and low variety and actually gross The floor I was on, floor 4 flooded and stank and I only moved floors after several days The rooms are very basic and room service got better on the higher floor But whilst on floor 4 it was very poor. The rooms are poorly designed with poor lighting and some old and dirty / sticky furniture The air conditioning didn’t work properly - I couldn’t turn down the fan it was either freezing or hot and was told that’s how it works I have to say there was much more - what a pity as I’m a business traveller who will come again and again stay well over 40 days And I have to say this was my first and last stay.

Great location, walking distance to everything

Except a pool there is no outdoor sitting, which is a shame

We stayed before and after a cruise. Loved the pool area and the free coffee in the mornings. Mo the manager is so professional and accommodating!! He always has a smile on his face, and it was a pleasure to talk to about the area and restaurants available. We ate at Bar taco and Graziano’s. Both had excellent service and food!! My husband absolutely loved Graziano’s!! Try the lasagna and steak tips!! Beds and pillows were comfortable and I loved the overall decor of the hotel. It was easy to get a Lyft as well. Starbucks and many other restaurants are right across the street. Very convenient location!!

Great front desk personell, friendly and top location

Moldy shower, moldy room

Not worth the price of 379$/night this time on March 22nd 2026. Filty bathroom Pillow eay to big and too Firm. Filty carpets in hallways & elevators the elevator. Maid did not repleni

We were going to stay 4 nights. I have a high standing at Bonboy and love the brand. When we arrived it was a cold day in Florida. The room was freezing to the point that we brought a chocolate bar at night that was soft and in the morning it was hard just keeping it out. We tried. To heat the room and the heater didn’t work. We had an engineer come up and he said that this hotel doesn’t have heating. They send us a blanket that was thin and useless. We didn’t shower because it was very cold. Also the tv wasn’t working and the floors were dirty. We decided to leave the hotel that we had never done before. We reported this the next morning when we left and nobody called after as they promised and nothing was done. We have stayed in low budget hotels from the chain with great experience as in their high end. We asked if they had a portable heater and they did not. Unless something changes in this hotel I would not recommend it. I hate to do this review because we love the chain and had fantastic experiences.

Nada

I have stayed here numerous times over the years and am an Ambassador level BonVoy member. This will be my very last stay. I am writing this review at 1:15am because of the noise levels up and down the hall. Conducted meetings in one of the rooms that the blinds did not fully close. Both bathrooms by the lobby are trash and restricted. Took 3 requests to get pillows. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service. Staff dragging leaking trash bags through halls and elevator. Lost a repeat traveler.

Hotel muy cómodo. excelente atencion en recepción. Estacionamiento e instalaciones excelentes

Great location, especially close to Hard Rock Stadium and Aventura Mall. The attached parking garage is very convenient. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The AC store is a nice touch for grabbing snacks, fruit, or drinks. The lobby is spacious and comfortable.

Front desk staff could be more helpful—at times difficult to deal with and often not present in the evenings when assistance is needed. The elevator to the parking garage was out of order for a few days. Also, many parking spots are reserved for Hertz, making it hard to find a space when arriving later in the evening.

Nice location convenient to the Miami Open and walkable to restaurants. The reason we will NEVER come back is because some clown with a sense of humor literally made the toilet a focal point of the room! You can't see it from the pictures but the toilet is in a small closet with only a thin glass door separating you and all your bathroom functions with whoever is in the room. The shower is similarly situated although less offensive depending on the roommate. I'm married and stayed here with my husband and we both thought this setup was comically bad. Don't most people prefer some privacy when they use the toilet? He was in the Marines and even they provide solid doors! I hope these hotel designers get some sense and stop designing rooms this way. I'm a Titanium member and obviously stay with Marriott often but this is DEFINITELY not it. Find somewhere else in Aventura as we otherwise enjoyed the area.

The location was ok

Not much

Decor and cleanliness

No complaints here

The hotel has declined, and its level of cleanliness is low. The hallway on my floor, the 9th, is dirty and needs to be vacuumed — I assume the others are the same. One elevator has been out of service for several days. The parking lot elevator is filthy. We had to change rooms because the lock broke and couldn’t be repaired for two days due to a lack of spare parts. Very poor management. This needs to be made known on social media.

Housekeeping terrible, in 2 day they didn't clean the room. The breakfast very poor, during 2 days there was not orange juice.

I’m a regular. It’s the fourth time in a row

Desayuno

I love that the room we got had a couch so that we were forces to sit on the bed when we stayed inside the room.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff, the room cleanliness, the fact that it took an hour to check in and I was late to my concert I paid over $1000 for because of how long it took to check in.

Wonderful location! Bartaco right across the street absolutely fabulous!! SushiMas was also across the street absolutely amazing! Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean.

Beds were too soft. Our air conditioner unit made a wind tunnel whistling sound when it was running!! (Room 827) Drove me absolutely crazy!! If I wouldn't have had such an early flight I would have definitely had them move me!!

Miami used to be home, but I relocated to Atlanta seven years ago for work. Even so, I return often since my entire family is still here. Over the years, I’ve stayed at places like the Marriott Harbor and JW Marriott Turnberry, but I’ve now found my new home away from home: AC Hotel Aventura. I first stayed one night over Thanksgiving, choosing the AC Hotel simply because I wanted to be close to my family’s house for dinner. I was completely amazed by everything, the service, the views of my old neighborhood, and the genuine at-home atmosphere. Two weeks later, on my second visit, the moment I stepped into the lobby, Mohamed greeted me by name. That was the moment I knew this is it. I will never stay anywhere else. I’m already on my third visit since Thanksgiving. Thank you, Mohamed, for making me feel truly right at home. Unforgettable experience.

Location and modern feel

No storage for clothes we lived out our case
