The staff were super friendly and welcoming! The room was comfortable and the bathroom lighting was phenomenal.

The location was central and near great restaurants. Cleanliness, peaceful and comfort were much needed and this was a perfect fit. The breakfast was good, too! We'll come again!

The air conditioning kind of worked but only in public areas. Hallways were hot and humid.

We were at the start of the 3rd day of a day stay and problems accelerated. No hot water in the shower and unclear answer on resolution. We ended up enduring this for 2 more days as they said they would not let us checkout and get refund on future days and continued to say the problem was to be fixed in hours. After getting Booking.com involved they let us checkout but refused to refund future days nor give a refund for 3 mornings without shower. This is criminal mis-management. Wyndham Corporate was not a help.

Location. Building was good condition. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure good.

Booked the room for 6 nights, 5 days. Housekeeping did not clean our room at all. Thought we would come back after very long days to a clean room at least once - mid week. Found out at the end of our stay that the Guest has to ask for room service. I thought if you don’t put out the do not disturb sign, that is a clue that guest wants room service. Especially if staying for 5 days. A mid week cleaning would have been nice. Also, breakfast was terrible! We could only make it for breakfast on last morning of our stay. Got down there about 8:30-8:45 and hardly anything was left! And they weren’t refilling anything. So disappointed.

Unfortunatey we did not have hot water for a shower,--three days. To be fair we did get refunded those days. Coffee maker in the room did not work. Pool closed 'temporarily', however, pool appears to have been closed for some time. Morning buffet,--a nice idea,--rubber eggs; you get the picture. I wiped clean the coffee bar myself. Where is management?

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice and spacious and the staff was very nice. The only real issue we had was that we never got a hot shower while we were at this hotel. When we complain to the front desk they told us they knew about the situation that they had had several complaints and that the boiler could simply not keep up with as many people as they had staying at the hotel. Our expectation is that a hotel should be able to keep up with everyone being able to take a hot shower.

The carpet is filthy and need to be clean throughout the entire hotel, the water did not get hot on floor 3, we had multiple rooms.

There was no hot water in the morning. Had to take a cold shower in order to still make my appointment. Mattress was terrible.

Couldn’t adjust room temperature. It was warm and humid in the room. Ice machines did not work.

The hotel was very clean and the room was exceptional in size.

The hallway on the 4th floor where we stayed was hot.

I like the space. I also like how that there was a fridge in the room.

I did not like the bugs that had not been swept from behind the couch along with spiderweb. Everything the door closed the bugs would blow from under the couch. There were also bugs under the dresser and on the floor in the bed room. A staff person did try to sweep them up but honestly they needed to be vacuumed. There was no soap in the room and inconvenient to have to walk to the front desk for a iron. We made the best of our stay, but I would not stay again.

Room doors are spring loaded and slam very loudly. Some felt cushions on the door frame would make a big difference.

The pool wasn’t available. The hallways are very humid & warm. Breakfast was cold. Only one elevator on one side was inconvenient. Also, the front desk guy didn’t let me know there was an extra card for the electricity to power on. Took us 5ish min to finally figure that out. Would have been nice to let us know at check in.

VERY NICE!! Extremely clean, super nice staff, location was perfect! Room had everything and then some with lots of room and the bed was like a cloud!

Great place to stay

It was good value for money. The room was tidy and comfortable, the reception was welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. Check-in was easy and fast.

Please consider upgrading the alarm clocks to models with a USB-C port, as this is becoming the universal standard. Alternatively, ensure that each room has at least a USB charging port available for guests.

Did not like to have no power and had to switch rooms. Ice machine not working. Being placed in both rooms furthest from elevators. We had a one night stay at $500. I expected better.

The location was really close to the friend I was visiting. Hotel was very clean and had nice amenities. Staff was polite and helpful. The room was large. Only take away was you could hear others in the hallway and doors opening and closing. I travel with a sound machine so it did not bother my sleep, but it could be a issue if I did not have it.

We were there on a weekend with no vacancy. Rooms were booked solid well in advance, and they had one woman at the front desk to check in, get towels, get bedding. She was doing her very best, but none of the rooms had the requisite linens they needed. The sofa bed is basically a twin so what looked like a suite for 4 was actually for 3. There was someone else’s hair on the freshly made bed. Basically, they were ill equipped to handle a large volume of people.

The bathroom was a bit dirty; the bottom of the shower was either dirty or stained with dirt from lack of cleaning over time. It was a bit overpriced for the amenities, service and cleanliness, as well as being quite dated.

Front desk staff was rude and condescending. They would not answer front desk phone at night. No sheets for spare bed even though we asked. Front desk lady said we don’t do that here.

We had a suite and where the living room is was decent ac but the rooms and hallways were hot !

Room was dirty. Ants coming from behind the mini fridge area into the trash can. Found a contact lens on the floor along with dried snot (?) around the room. Staff tried to help by discounting the room and making a note of it. Location is good. Breakfast was decent. Room (if it was clean) is good, large, laminate floor. Some of the LED lights in the bathroom didn’t work and there was no iron. It did not affect my stay but it may matter to others.

Convenient location to restaurants and visiting Texas A&M. Loved having the separate living room and bedroom that could be closed off. The bed was very comfortable!

I like that the rooms were really clean

Terrible experience. The room rates are far too high given the poor conditions. My room was dirty, the sofa was damaged, and both the bathroom and its door were in disrepair. To make matters worse, and only bed shifts. The room so dirty,the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive when I tried to speak with them. I advised people to find a different hotel if you are planning to visit college station.

The sofa bed was worthless and terribly uncomfortable for any size/age of person. Knowing this, and having 5 in our party, I would not have stayed here.
