The location was great. The amenities were great. The food was decent. They had a fabulous dining program for the entire day that was extremely valuable for the price.

The staff did not have good communication. They could not tell us when the bar closed or when the restaurant was open. They did not offer much information regarding the parking, or where the elevators were. The communication was poor.

The bed. Mattress is worn out and lumpy. Uncomfortable pillows to sleep on.

Convenient to campus. Staff is amazingly nice.

The rug in my room was damp and kind of musty. Hair dryer upgrade please. The hair dryers are not good for month thick hair.

Was never told there is an active rail road nearby with train going in and out in the night. There was too much noise whenever a train passed by. Can this please be added to the description. It was inconvenient at nights and woke us up multiple times.

recently stayed here while attending a conference, and the customer service exceeded every expectation. Hayden, Hervys, Evan, and Jahil went above and beyond to at check in and helping me manage all of the materials and supplies I had for the conference. They were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to lend a hand, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Their outstanding hospitality and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. Employees like these are a tremendous asset to the hotel. Thank you all for making my conference experience such a positive one!

Stayed here for my daughter's new student conference. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful with decor in keeping with Texas A&M and location is perfect if you are visiting the university. Would definitely stay here again!

Great accommodations! One of my crew spilled coffee on themselves while loading up the car to leave and one of the hotel employees, Sean, observed it and came out with a towel to help. Great service!!!!

What an amazing hotel & conference center. This is one of the BEST themed hotels out side of Disney I have ever been at. If you are a Texas A&M fan or alumni you need to make this your go to hotel when visiting College Station. Besides the amazing theme, the staff is top notch! They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Bellman Sean was an amazing man, always with a smile on his face and a friendly “Howdy”! Thanks for a great conference.

Because of construction it was a kind of hard to find. The hotel itself was amazing. It had a beautiful view and whatever the sent was they use in the hotel is great! Use headphones provided. The train will wake you up.

Being fellow Aggies with our Aggies in College Station currently with their own place, we normally just stay with our kids. But we have always wanted to stay here. We recently had the opportunity to spend a week at this property for a work event for my employer. Outstanding 5 Star Items to Note: Location and proximity to entertainment, cleanliness across the board, all staff and great bartenders, parking accommodations, comfort of rooms and beds, the bar, the restaurant, on-site store, the catered meals for my work conference, the conference room itself... I could go on and on!!! We will look for any reason to stay at this property every chance we can. There was not a single thing I would complain about or recommend. 5+ Stars all around!

We had a wonderful experience, the coffee shop, the bar and location unbeatable but the real gem is Grace! She helped us at least twice a day (maybe more) with our requests and had amazing patience!

What a great stay, here for the Diseases in Nature conference and it wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the room got very cold, AWESOMENESS. Great Bed and pillows. Great parking and nicely priced. Restaurants a short pleasant walk. Great area to walk, run or ride your bike. WARNING, the train runs through the day and NIGHT, wear your ear plugs and you will not notice.

Great hotel. A couple of drawbacks were the train, but the hotel did provide ear plugs and the expensive parking in the garage. $17 a night.

I got internet scammed by Expedia (who I will never, ever use) when booking online thinking I was dealing with the hotel directly. Grace at the front desk fixed our problem and went above and beyond.

TAMU hotel is lovely! Loved our room and the roof top space. Cafe was great too. Plan to stay here on all our visits to see our kid.

Perfect location to stay with family and walk the university! The pool was clean and beautiful view of Kyle Field! Rooms were clean and loved all the art work in rooms and around hotel! Restaurants were fantastic in hotel as well! Will stay here again!

I love this property - the true living out loud of the Aggie brand makes it such a joy, even to this non-Aggie. The hotel is well laid out, rooms thoughtfully appointed, and staff friendly and ready to help.

Hotel staff greets you with an immediate “HOWDY!” Housekeeping staff are friendly, accommodating and detailed! Room was spotless! Wait staff at conference was great! Atmosphere is perfectly suited for the area! Special “Shout out to Sean!” At 6am Sunday, Fathers Day, our Uber cancelled on us! Sean jumped into action and got us a Taxi, back to Houston! Made our flight! Thank you for a great experience! “Gig ‘em!”

Rooms were great, clean and the temperature was comfortable. The views were great as well. The Block T buffet for breakfast was delicious and the bar was very accommodating!

Such an awesome experience! We came to the hotel for a conference and brought our family including 4 children under the age of 6. We were warmly greeted and helped by Sean. He even helped us unload our top carrier on our van! The rooms were perfect. With a king room with a shower and a shared door to a double queen with a bath, it was the perfect fit for our family. Keurig coffee and free water bottles in our room were a great touch. We appreciated the nice, working mini fridge. Although I wish there would have been a microwave. An amazing view of Kyle field and great campus access was perfect for me as former student. The doorman Sean made balloon animals for our kids and was very hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was perfect for kids with a shallow 3 ft side and wide ledges for chairs. And towels were provided by the pool. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Excellent on campus hotel - the staff is the best part - we didn't eat there so can't speak for the food - I have heard others complain about the train noise - maybe it depends on which side of the hotel you're in? Our family (mix of heavy and light sleepers) didn't have any issues so maybe we got lucky? Great pool and decent gym - we would love to come back

Our family went on a business trip. This hotel and the accommodations were exceptional. Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful in every aspect. When leaving my husband was alone with our 2 young children attempting to do it alone and The front desk staff were so much help. We are so appreciative of the time each member took to make us feel at home. We will absolutely be back to enjoy!!!

I visited the hotel for a conference and the staff was outstanding. The hospitality manager Sean and the kitchen staff were extremely hospitable and made sure I was taken care of.

I was very pleased with my experience at this hotel. The facilities were very clean and well kept. I enjoyed the food for the conference. A couple of my friends had special dietary needs that were met. Staff was friendly! Everything was Aggie themed which was cool. I would definitely stay here again.

Traveled to Texas A&M for a leadership development/industrial distribution class for work. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved all the little details. Great service and a great stay!

This hotel was like a three-legged Secretariat—physically and seemingly impressive, but nowhere near what it could have been. The hotel itself is beautiful. The facilities are modern, clean, well-maintained, and clearly designed to make a great impression. The rooms and common areas exceeded our expectations, and it's obvious a lot of thought and investment went into the property. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the facility. Staff interactions were generally uninspired and lacked the level of hospitality you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The food was also disappointing—perfectly edible, but far below what the hotel setting suggested. The biggest surprise was the coffee shop. Our group consisted of four adults, and not a single one of us could finish the coffee we ordered. That's a remarkable level of consensus and not in a good way. Overall, this is a hotel with tremendous potential. The building, amenities, and atmosphere are all there, but the service and food experience are holding it back. If those areas improve, this could easily be a top-tier destination. As it stands, it's a beautiful hotel that doesn't quite live up to its promise.

My family stayed at the hotel for World Cup game at Kyle Field. We had an amazing stay! Sean made a great first impression and was incredibly kind- he went above and beyond for our family! Highly recommend and thank you Sean for welcoming our family!

The train is so loud and it goes throughout the night. I’m a light sleeper so I could never come back to this hotel. Everything else was average to nice.

Used this hotel for a wedding weekend. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and comfortable. But most of all the staff was friendly and accommodating to all our needs. We needed storage space for wedding items and they helped us out without hesitation. Service was exceptional!

What an incredible stay! Brought my son for football camp and had the best time EVER! I truly hope every mom gets a stay like this. Room was amazing. So clean! Nothing beats going to sleep seeing the moon over Kyle Field and then waking back up to the view . Spectacular! Had breakfast at the Brazos PTK and it was phenomenal. Can’t wait to come back.

We were in town for a family business event this weekend and had the most wonderful experience! The entire staff was welcoming and super friendly but I’ve got to give highest compliments to hospitality Sean for making our stay memorable. From our arrival to our check out he had every one of us smiling ear to ear every time we ran into him. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the Texas A&M Hotel! The front desk staff was very hospitable and made us feel right at home. In particular, Sean was great and always ready to lend a hand, DJ was very kind to help us with our luggage, and both Tiffany and Cole at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our meals in the restaurants! Great stay overall!!

Great location that allows you to understand and embrace the tradition of Texas A&M. The train was a welcome amenity as the whistle and rumble is something I grew up with so enjoyed it very much. Hotel overall is one of the cleanest and well run facilities I had stayed in for a conference.

Very friendly and polite staff. Rooms clean and fresh. The only concern we had was that the restaurant pricing was 20-30% too high. Who pays $170 for a tomahawk ? We would enjoy staying in your hotel again on our next trip to Aggie Land.

Excellent location and value! The Block T bar serves one of the best Cuban sandwiches I have ever had and the atmosphere is lively and staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The Southern Pecan coffee pods in the room are so yummy - only wish they served that flavor in the Junction Cafe! The pool is SO cool overlooking Kyle Field. The staff is always so friendly - love this hotel!!

Breakfast opens only at 7 am and the coffee bar is unable to serve a coffee in less the 20min due to lack of employees before 7am. Almost 500usd/night without a breakfast and the train track operational all night long isn’t attractive specially when this noise is not disclaimed anywhere.

Sean at the front desk is one of the most attendant staff members I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Was a great help when our rental had a flat.

Over 500$ per night, Housekeeping = zero. No hand soap. When we called, we received one small bar for two nights with a crusty look. No replacement water, no trash removal. Their guest serves memo says that you receive that. Of course, in today’s times, no real maid service for your 550 bill.House keeping is a zero. Great location, great view of the stadium. Wonderful bar with attentive staff. The coffee vendor was staffed with friendly and quick employees. The front desk also friendly and helpful. It appears to me,the issue is bad housekeeping, bad training and bad policy. This place is currently empty. I can only guess what happens when there is a big football game.

We came in town to tour the campus and get an idea of how the campus was laid out. We rode e-bikes, had some great food, and truly enjoyed our stay. We had an amazing view of Kyle Field from our room!

We stayed at the A&M Hotel and Conference center again for our conference last week. The staff there goes above and beyond every time to make sure we have what we need for our hospitality event. This is by far my favorite hotel to host this event. Thanks again for all you do.

Stayed one night for TAMU graduation, I highly recommend the Texas A&M Conference Center and Hotel. The remarkable staff: from the bellman, front desk, housekeeping; all greeted us with a welcome "Howdy!" and a smile. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location cannot be beat! We were in walking distance of all the campus events and made it easy to attend with our entire family. Parking was easy and accessible. We enjoyed a top notch stay!

As always, an absolute incredible experience! Everyone at this property is 100% customer oriented. No request, with in reason, is too much. We have already booked our next stay over a football weekend.

Sean was such a gentleman and made our trip so enjoyable. He remembered me wherever he saw me. I enjoyed the workout room. It had everything I needed to do my exercise. I enjoyed the hotel cleaning staff, as they were very pleasant. One suggestion: put the card readers on the left and right side of the elevators to avoid confusion. I will stay again!

Make sure you know trains go by almost hourly throughout the night and that you will need a sound machine/ear plugs. Ask for at check in because our front desk clerk did not tell us. Other than that great hotel with great location.

Poor customer service when things don't go the clients way. Locked out of our room twice and nothing was offered to us in our inconvenience.

this is a great place to stay if you are going to kyle field for an event! makes the experience well worth it. If you don't like trains, don't stay here! They run all night long and are very loud.

Sean is simply the best greeter and promoter of the hotel and Aggieland spirit! The restaurant needs some improvement. First decide if you want it to be a fine dining restaurant that competes with the other upscale restaurants in the area, or to be a family atmosphere with comfort food.

Property location is absolutely fabulous

We booked our reservation through Booking but I called ahead of time letting them know our service animal Rocky and Montana traveling with us to make sure we would get the amenities included and this didn’t happened. Staff was extremely rude to us at the rest and at the bar despite we explaining they were no pets but service animals trained for medical purposes . Also at the bar we ordered a martini and served in a small shot glass because they had no martini glasses

We loved our stay at the hotel for our Centennial Class of 1976 50th Reunion. It was a fabulous time. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very nice and comfortable.

We always have a great visit at the hotel. It's like coming home to grandma's house. Everyone is happy and welcoming. The place is clean and the staff is always friendly. The train is nostalgic and reminds me of my time there as a student in the 90's.

Great location, parking, and amenities when visiting Aggieland! Rooms were nicely furnished, friendly staff, and had great time at the Block T Bar.

Was coming to College Station for Wiley Lecture Series and chose to stay on campus. Tip: Get directions to the Stallings Parking Garage! It is the closest to the hotel and has the best rate. Had an excellent room on the 8th floor. It was typical of a 4 star hotel room - in a good way. If you are attending events on campus, this is a no-brainer - park once and walk.

The train might be annoying for some people.

The proximity of the train passing by several times throughout the day, something that you cannot avoid unfortunately.

The hotel has an upscale feel. The room is very clean and the bedding is soft. Parking was easy.

The train noise was heard all night, it’s shocking how bad it is. Pillows were so uncomfortable. When we finally laid down to sleep, no one was available after hours to provide different pillows.
