When checking in the staff was very friendly. We love that you’re able to have a cocktail hour plus service plus breakfast. The room was very clean and perfect.

Clean easy checkin and out . Nice all around and friendly staff.

The breakfast was very nice but the evening snacks and drinks were a great surprise and very nice. Thank you 🤗

The breakfast hours to go until 10 am and the evening snack until 7:30pm would be fantastic.

Excellent

Extremely clean and comfortable beds

All was good

The only thing that could've been better would be the pillows. They were not comfortable, but everything else was perfection.

It was the best place I have ever stayed at since I have been going to College Station.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet

The soda machine and bar was not working for our dinner for the first night. But was repaired for the remainder of the stay.

Very clean and impressed with drinks and foods offered with the hotel especially 2 meals daily

The hot tub timer was 5 mins and constantly had get out to restart the bubbles

Absolutely perfect! Staff were wonderful and friendly! Rooms very clean and lovely too! Missed the snack and free drinks but made the breakfast which was delicious all included.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Even though the property was very busy, staff were great and facility kept clean.

Clean close to the Tx A&M natatorium

The property was fine. It was my receipt. That is the problem July 22. The hotel room was $153.99 July 23. I was charged you’re welcome, honey. Will call you shortly. 154.99July 24. I was charged $ 159.99. I do not remember agreeing to or if you have it in fine print somewhere to be charged each day a different amount plus on top of that the power went out for about six hours now you had an amazing front desk gentleman. You would have to check that day that it was a problem when the power went out, but he did an amazing job especially with nasty people. You should give him a gold star honest to goodness for that, but I’m still trying to figure out why I was charged each day a different price.

The front desk and management were great dining area also was great.

Nothing.

Location good

The cleanliness, how nice and helpful all workers were, breakfast and dinner + drinks. Excellent! Close to Texas A&M! Will be back! The views from the windows in rooms and out of elevators was beautiful!!!

The only thing I didn’t like, was that there was homeless people staying in a vehicle both nights we were there. They seemed very sketchy, felt a little uncomfortable getting off my car and walking inside with my daughter. Other than that everything was great!

Location

.

The friendly and helpful staffs.

None

Everyone was very nice, rooms were very clean and the hotel had a great atmosphere.

Wish there was not a pet fee per night

The dinner, drinks and breakfast were wonderful!!!

Staff was friendly, location, cleanliness.

There was no options for streaming such as Netflix, or at least we didn’t find them.

Clean and employees were very personable. Very professional.

Large rooms and centrally located to our appointments

No issues.

Beautiful property, pool, hot tub, fitness center, BREAKFAST!

Absolutely nothing!

The property was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a step up from the usual complimentary breakfast. All of the offerings were fresh and tasty! We were also offered complimentary cocktails and dinner, but we already had plans. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

I love the fact that they offer “snacks”(dinner) for free along with free drinks, even though I did not get to get any drinks due to making it back to the hotel too late.

The property was very clean!

Breakfast 🥞 is great

Free food and drinks... awesome

That i had to leave... lol

The entire facility is new and well cared for. Clean, spacious, room. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff are GREAT!!!

Need a night light in the room. Bathroom light is timed to turn off, leaving us in total darkness through the night.

Great breakfast. Very clean rooms and friendly staff

Loved the view on 7th floor suite loved happy hour Nice suite!

Bright bathroom light. Needs a dimmer. Needs a taller rack to hang clothes. The rack is too short and small in the suite. I did not want my dress to wrinkle or touch the floor or my sweater and skirt. Definitely need to fix the rack for hanging garments. Need healthier breakfast items and stronger coffee

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff were kind and attentive. The food for dinner and breakfast was amazing. There was plenty of space to sit and eat and hang out in the lounge. I was able to catch up on work and have enough space during breakfast. It was so so great.

Always clean and kept looking nice. Everything was in good repair.

Nothing

Free breakfast and free snacks offered. It was far enough from the train to be a better experience than staying at Texas A&M Hotel where you can hear the train during the day and night. Comfortable beds, great staff and clean.

Nothing

Customer service exceeded expectations and i love the cleanliness of the facility

The restrooms did have a lock on the door

Rooms are clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dining area is also very clean and well cared for.

The hallways hadn’t been vacuumed recently or during the length of our stay.

LOVED THE POPCORN!! What an unexpected treat! And the free breakfast.

Can't think of a thing. Maybe a recycling container for recyclables? and liners in the trash cans? I always feel badly for the staff having to empty unlined trash cans.

The nicest staff at this hotel. Rooms clean and modern. Free happy hour and breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

Get a room at back side of hotel for quieter experience.

I loved how clean it was and the breakfast was awesome the pool and hot tub was very clean and well maintained

There could have been more handicap parking by the front door

New, clean, amazingly friendly staff! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Breakfast was yummy too!

More fruit for breakfast!

Very comfortable bed, very clean, large room, great bed

Only got to stay one night

The Drury Plaza hotel is a decent mid-level/3 star hotel, which provides a decent breakfast, as well as meals and drinks. The rooms are decently sized, and the bathrooms provisioned. There is a pool, but I did not use it. The food is quite good, and there is coffee/drinks available during the day in the dining area.

The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly when I arrived, but it was later in the day. It is quite a way from the centre of town/A&M if you do not own a car.

Person we checked in was nice & the adults were given 3 free drinks at the bar. Our room was big and spacious and the pool and laundry were easy to find and close to each other. Breakfast area was big too and the location was surrounded by restaurants right outside. We walked to have dinner at a Japanese restaurant for dinner. We enjoyed the pool & the hot-tub! Everything was great.

Roomy room Extra dark curtains Happy hour drink voucher and free food Dropbox for room cards

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable.

The sausage could have been better.
