料金が高い。レベルとしては6000円くらいのレベル。エアコンが五月蝿くて眠れない。朝食代も別に払ってるのに…って感じ。そもそも最初に設定した人数と、違う人数で予約されてる。ホテル前に車を停めるスペースもない。駐車場も判りづらいし、駐車場の予約も出来ない。

駐車場が始め分かりづらく、フロントの方にもらった地図の丸を付けてもらった所は、満車で、かなり離れた場所に車を駐車せざるを得なかったこと。

If you're lucky, you'll have a view of the castle :) All the staff doesn't necessarily speak English, but they were all very friendly and helpful! The room are nice and clean. We didn't use the onsen, but it seemed to be a nice feature. Very good breakfast with Western and Japanese style foods.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Hôtel propre et moderne, chambre assez grande, surtout comparé à Tokyo. Personnel très aimable. Un "petit repas" offert chaque soir. Pour nous c'était du Gyudon qui était bon ! L'accès au bain inclus est toujours un plus ! Assez bien situé, à 15min à pied de la gare et autant pour aller au château. Matsumoto est une ville agréable, plus calme mais avec des choses à faire cependant et un centre ville agréable.
Rien de spécial, tout était bien ! Peut-être le parking payant qui est à 5min pied de l'hôtel ? Mais à 1000yen la journée ça reste raisonnable.

Me resultó el precio elevado, seguramente por la alta demanda en agosto pero siento que no merecía lo que pagué comprando con otros hoteles en los que he estado en la zona. También pedí parking y no me respondieron por el chat de Booking, creo que es algo que no deben desatender de cara al público.

Kamer prima, douche goed en sento (onsen zonder minerale watersamenstelling) was aangenaam warm met jinbei van het hotel. Ontbijtbuffet gemengd continentaal (beperkt) en Japans en was smaakvol: allergenen werden goed vermeld! Ook de avond beef met rijst was smakelijk! Matsumoto castle en station beiden op loopafstand, 5-10 min.
De wc pot/bril was wat aan de kleine kant voor ons (180cm+). Wat weinig variatie bij het ontbijtbuffet.

Hele kleine kamer en nog kleinere badkamer. De badkamer is zo klein dat het wasbakje half over de badkuip komt en er is 1 kraan voor wasbak en douche samen. Efficiënt maar onhandig in gebruik. Met twee grote koffers weet je niet goed hoe je je moet ophouden in deze kamers. En dan is de prijs te hoog..

The rooms are incredibly small. It is barely larger than the double bed, which is pushed against one side. It is a challenging room for two people. The rooms were also not very clean. We found lots of hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us. The hotel is also a 20 minute walk from the train station.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Very nice hotel. Great facilities, clean rooms! Even tough on booking.com it was stated that there would be a shared bathroom, this was not the case. They referred to the grand bathroom or ‘sento’ as they call it in Japan. This Sento was also very nice and clean. The breakfast was pretty good, bread as well as rice. Also great location near matsumoto castle and only 13 minute walk from the station. The price was also very cheap compared to what you get!

Of the 4 hotels I stayed in Japan during this holiday, this is the only hotel with bad hospitality. Everyone at the reception does not greet you, you can walk pass them as many times as you like, they just ignore you, it is as if you are invisible. Even the restaurant staffs also have the same attitude. The hotel staffs give you the idea that you are not welcome here. Hotel claims parking available but they want you to park in a public carpark about 250 meters away. This is probably due to my first complain about poor hospitality.

Lo mejor es su ubicación para poder visitar el castillo de Matsumoto (se encuentra a escasos 200 metros). Dispone de unas pocas plazas de parking en el propio Hotel (desconozco si cuando se llena tienen algún parking cercano concertado)

ダブルルームに夫婦2人で泊まりましたが、部屋が狭かったです。1人で泊まるなら気にならないと思います。飲食店の多い中心地から離れているので、夕ご飯を食べに行くのが不便でした。

Reviewed May 16, 2026Vlakbij het kasteel van Matsumoto. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van het station. De onsen was fijn en rustig. De kamer was netjes en schoon. Niet groot, maar dat zijn we gewend in Japan.
De kamer was erg donker( een donkerbruine muur achter het bed en verder alles, ook het plafond, bekleed met donker hout. Je moet er net van houden. Ik vind het wat naargeestig.
