お茶を部屋で作りたいときに、お水が水道水しかなくて、ティファールのポットが備えてあったが美味しくなかった。 そこだけ残念💦フロント近くにミネラルウォーターのサーバーが置いてあると良いなと思う。

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Location was incredible, literally steps away from Matsumoto Castle. Also it's located within a very local neighborhood, full of cool little gem, cafes, bars, restaurants. Walking distance to the main spots such as Nakamachi and Nawate. Hotel was simple, exactly what you expect. But staff was great, very professional. Room was nice, small and how I expected for the location. I wouldn't stay in the room I got as a couple because it's very small for two.
There's not much I can think of, everything met the expectations I had. There was not even a single moment that I had something to complain about.

The blanket seemed to be outdated. The door needs to be locked manually. Toilet seat is not equipped with heater.

There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor, and we found the bed quite uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, the location is definitely the strongest point of this accommodation and makes it a convenient base for exploring the area.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Petit hôtel très sympathique pour un séjour en famille. Emplacement idéal à deux pas du château d’un côté et du centre ville de l’autre. Super petit déjeuner autant salé (plus typique) qu’avec également des pains, confitures et granola et yogourt. Nous avons emprunter 4 vélos, c’était vraiment chouette pour sortir de la ville et visiter la ferme de wasabi.
Rien. Petit bémol sur la taille des lits puisque nous étions 4 (il y avait 3 lits mais les lits « doubles » ne sont vraiment pas très grands pour 2 adultes).

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026The location is excellent: 10 minutes walk to the station, 2 minutes to the Castle. The staff is very friendly. Very clean rooms and other areas. Excellent breakfast: Japanese (hot and salads) and Western food (cereals, milk buns, fruit). Coffee is always available in the reception room the whole day. Breakfast room is small (3 tables for 12 people in total) but you can also eat in the reception room. The room is locked with a key, not with a card, so you need to keep that key on you all the time if you go out. The air conditioning is central, hot air in the winter, cold air in the summer, we were staying in the beginning of April, it was switched one of the last days. The hotel provides heaters and extra blankets if needed. Very nice area around the hotel, many restaurants, bakeries and pastry shops.

壁が薄いのでしょうか、隣の話し声や物音がかなりうるさかったです。もしかして騒々しい方が泊まっていらしたのかも。。。

Offrant tout les produits nécessaire pour la douche + produits de soin visage (crème hydratante, lotion).. bain proche et agréable (le point fort). Il propose également des saunas avec bain froid, accessible suite à une demande. Les chambres était propre et grande. Disposé également d’une petite supérette pour acheter des friandises et d’un micro-ondes.
La qualité du wifi laisse à désiré, manque de personnel, nous avons du attendre pour que qqn de la réception soit là le soir. Il faut également réserver assez à l’avance pour souper la bas. Notre jour d’arrivé, nous avons pas prévu que l’hôtel était difficile d’accès (1bus toute les 2h et le dernier étant à 19h), nous avons donc demandé lors de notre Check in pour manger le soir, ils ont refusé disant qu’ils ne savait pas faire à manger pour nous, et que la seule possibilité était 2j plus tard….
