Very clean, very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needs instructions. I couldn’t figure out the shower functions, and I don’t think I should always have to call the front desk to take a shower. Maybe some clear, printed instructions would help - and I would bet the maintenance staff would appreciate it too.

Einfach nur enttäuschend! Hochwertige Ausstattung ohne Wohlfühlcharakter! Der Name "Steigenberger" blendet! Technik: Fernbedienung defekt, Druckspüler lief die gesamte Nacht, schlechter Internet-/Fernsehempfang Empfang: WLAN-Passwort wurde beim Empfang nicht mitgeteilt, keine Infos beim Check-In Sauna: Bei spätem Check-In und Buchung für 1 Nacht nicht nutzbar ( erst ab 15 Uhr möglich) Frühstück: Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, Kein gemütliches Ambiente, teilweise unfreundliches Personal, keine Aussenmöglichkeit für Raucher Bar: Viel zu teuer im Vergleich mit guten anderen Hotels Grundausstattung: Zu wenig Handtücher und Kissen Organisation: Beim Check-In musste ich bereits die Rechnung bezahlen? Das hatte ich noch nie!!! Fazit: Das Hotel ist in meinen Augen nicht zu empfehlen. Viel zu teuer für die Leistung!

Das Hotel befindet sich fussläufig zum Terminal. Trotz der Nähe ist es sehr ruhig.

מלון מושלם למי שיש לו טיסה מוקדמת בבוקר או נוחת בשעות הלילה. המלון נמצא ממש בתוך שדה התעופה, צמוד לטרמינל 1. במרחק הליכה של 2 דקות. המלון מודרני, יפה, נקי ומסודר. החדרים מרווחים ונוחים מאוד, והצוות אדיב ושירותי. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה מאוד וכוללת מגוון רחב של אפשרויות. מבחינת מיקום, נוחות ושירות – בחירה מצוינת, במיוחד לפני או אחרי טיסה. בהחלט ממליצה!

Had a wonderful stay at the Steigenberger Hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Un hôtel immense, trés trés grand, une chambre perdue au bout de couloirs interminables d'autant que nous étions seuls sur notre étage. nous n'avons pas compris, cet isolement était limite "angoissant". Chambre trés chère pour une nuit passée avant de prendre un vol.

Location was perfect for what we needed. We weren't there long, but it worked great for us.

I wish there was breakfast included in the rate at that price. It also took a while for the room to cool down, but the bed was comfortable.

Sehr gut erreichbar nach oder vor einem Flug, ganz unkompliziert & sehr komfortabel;)))

Wir waren vielleicht schon spät & wir dachten wir können noch einen Drink ins der Hotel Bar nehmen. Das Bar Personal hat auch noch einen Longdrink zubereitet, jedoch nach ein paar Minuten kam eine andere Person vielleicht Serviceleiterin & sie teilte uns & auch den anderen Gästen mit dass wir jetzt die Location verlassen müssen. Wir wussten nicht dass bereits 0:00 Uhr alles schließt;( wir empfanden dies nicht sehr professionell. Zumal der der Barkeeper hätte es ja auch sagen können…. But anyway wir werden dennoch wieder kommen.

Wir hatten den ganzen Tag kein heißes Wasser. Erst am nächsten Morgen. Fairer weise hat man uns ein GratisFrühstück für den nächsten Morgen angeboten, doch wir mussten vor der Frühstückszeit los und haben ein Lunchpaket erhalten - es war das schlechteste Lunchpaket dass wir je hatten. Sorry aber qualitativ wirklich unterstes Niveau. Bitte gebt es dem Management zu Ihrem Business Lunch, dann wissen wie was schlechtes Essen ist.

We booked a junior suite, it had a big bed and was super clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and a really big bathroom with a shower and a bath. The location is really unbeatable, it’s right next to the airport, you can walk to departures/arrivals and the train station easily.

The only downside is it’s an airport hotel and room service closes at 10 or 11pm. People fly in at all sorts of times. We had toddlers with us, room service was closed and so were the airport shops. We managed to order food to the hotel but it took a while. If you fly in late on a Sunday just plan ahead for food options.

An sich alles ok aber es ist sehr komisch ein durchsichtiges Fenster im Bad welches auf das Bett gerichtet ist zu haben.

Der Wasserhahn im Bad hat geklemmt (Kalk?) Der Fernseher konnte nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden, da Standardsender, wie z.B. ARD, gar nicht erreichbar waren und viele andere Sender gestört waren. Im Bad gab es nur noch 3 Kosmetiktücher in der Box und von den früheren Badutensulien, wie ein kleines Päckchen mit z.B. Wattepads, gab es gar nichts mehr. Das Frühstück für 24€ pro Person ist den Preis nicht wirklich wert. Die Brötchen waren hart und das Rührei kommt aus der Tüte (also ohne Eier).

The location is great, right next to the airport if you have an early flight to catch and the train station is also right there so you can easily reach the city centre in half hour.

Two things: it’s pretty expensive despite being next to the airport and away from the city centre. Secondly what was most disappointing was that I had a courier from Amazon delivered by DHL the day prior to my check-in and the courier company confirmed delivery including a name of staff it was handed to, however the hotel could not find it and insisted they did not receive it, which is not expected from a premium hotel as this. I had also emailed them all the details to expect it but there was no response to the email either, which I found very unprofessional.

Das Frühstück war o.k. Nichts außerwöhnliches aber ausreichend.

Der Fitnessbeteich ist nicht sehr gut ausgestattet. 2 Ergometer und 2 Crosswalker, von denen einer defekt war. Ein Trainingsturm der nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen ist. Kein Laufband, kein Rudergerät. Schade. Den Platz ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.

Modern and very clean business hotel directly at the BER terminal. My go-to place whenever I have a early flight or late arrival in Berlin.

Would be awesome if the check-in/check-out machines would work with booking.com bookings - that way I could skip the front desk. Arriving late they often are just staffed with one or two front desk agents, and if 10 customers arrive at the hotel, check-in can be very slow.

Closeness to the airport, just a 5-minute walk. Clean and well-organised lobby, restaurant, hotel rooms, as well as a gym and sauna. Hotel room design is practical, good for relaxation and office work

The sauna has no ice tube, even though it has a Finnish sauna section. Then I didn't like the window view of a parking garage. The spa area has the same view issue. The view is not compelling.

Excellent and convenient location immediately at BER airport. Rooms are spacious, staff polite.

Each time when leaving the room, one has to pull out the room's plastic card of its' holder by the door and all electricity then shuts off, including the air conditioner. Upon return, the room is unpleasantly hot. The air conditioning is not strong enough and doesn't succeed cooling the room down even if running all night on its max, the hallways are stuffy and not sufficiently ventilated. When pushing suitcases towards the checkout, although I showered, of course, I am all sweaty again. The breakfast is overpriced for what you get in turn. The sauna stops operation at 10pm.

I always like to stay here when my flight is too early in the morning. You skip the hustle of staying at Berlin center and getting the public transportation to get to the airport at 4 am. While you can wake up and be at the airport in 5 minutes. I also like the free spa area until 10pm. When having a long day, the spa feels like paradise.

Ein paar Dinge müssten repariert werden. Die Tür zum WC war unten an Scharnier defekt und musste mit Vorsicht behandelt werden.

Das Zimmer war nich sauber. Die Schalter haben geklebt, die Einrichtung wirkte etwas runtergekommen. Mitten im Raum stand ein Beistellbett, was nicht gebucht war.

Didn’t stay for breakfast but the dinner was very good. The most impressive feature at the Steigenberger was the staff, friendly, cheerful, helpful, couldn’t ask for better hospitality.

Better instructions on how to use the technology in the hotel. It wasn’t always obvious how to get things operational.

Der Komfort von der Anmeldung bis zum Abreisen war außergewöhnlich gut. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch das Badezimmer war sehr ansprechend. Das Angebot beim Frühstück war sehr üppig und lecker.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Ideale Lage zum Flughafen. Auf Grund einer etwas längeren Anreise buche ich das Steigenberger immer bei Flügen vom BER. Ich wurde bisher nie enttäuscht. Sehr schöne Zimmer und Bäder, picobello sauber, ausgezeichnetes Restaurant und reichhaltiges Frühstück. So startet man entspannt eine Reise.

2-8 min walk from either Terminal 2 or 1 and it's that easy. Save yourself the cost of train or bus sleeping elsewhere outside if you need to catch a flight back the next day.

For the cost per night, breakfast options/packaging and presentation could be better although not bad but i just expected a bit more.

Der Spa war leider Fake-Angebot: von mehreren vorhandenen Saunen war nur eine in Betrieb. Bestellte Bademäntel wurden trotz Zusage nicht aufs Zimmer geliefert. Wir sind extra früher angereist, um den Spa zu nutzen, völlig umsonst. Für ein Steigenberger-Hotel und den Preis absolut unangemessen.

Location was excellent! Just 5 minutes from Check in. Spacious, clean room with a nice view. We booked it because we needed to be at the airport by 4.45 and the SBahn didn't commence til 4 so we felt it would be tight, so perfect place to stay in this event. We didn't have breakfast as it was too early but I believe the breakfast is good.

Check in was slow even though we had followed the instructions and checked in online - we were told we needed to go to the desk anyway to pick up the key and pay the city tax and the queue was long - in the end it turned out we had already paid the city tax which was included in the price unbeknownst to us.

Perfektes Hotel für einen frühen Flug. Jederzeit wieder! Auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Obwohl uns bestätigt wurde, das wir kostenlos früher einchecken dürfen, wurden wir an der Rezeption abgewiesen und hätten oben drauf zahlen müssen.

Spotless large room. Fantastic breakfast and dinner. Steps away from airport, but soundproofing meant we didn’t hear a thing. Great stopover after our flight was cancelled.

空港第一ターミナルから歩いてすぐの好立地。ホテルの入り口は、階段降りて地下から行けます。広くて清潔で素敵なお部屋でした。ベッドの寝心地が素晴らしかったです。夜11時のチェックイン、昼12時のチェックアウトと、ゆっくり休ませていただきました。

The only thing we were disappointed with was having to wait about 30 mins to get our room when we arrived at 4pm ( 1 hour later than the check in time posted on their site). Apparently, the hotel was booked solid and the cleaning staff were behind in preparing all the rooms. That's it, all the rest was great.

The best location if you want to stay really close to the BER airport. Super comfy bed and room deco. Got my precious 4-hour sleep before a long journey!

I checked in online in advance. But when I was getting my card from the machine, it said my room was still in preparation (that was after 11pm). I got my key from the front desk, although the staff there did not seem to be very happy.

Was very crowded and noisy when we stayed there.

I was charged twice for a one-night stay in August. The self-check in was not properly working and I completed the check in at the counter in person. After returning home, I noticed the double charge on my credit card statement. I have contacted the Berlin airport hotel several times via email about this issue and provided proof/documentation via invoices and credit card statement. But the issue was not corrected.

Big rooms, bed very comfortable. You can’t hear any planes

The only thing is that they have feather bedding. I asked via massage for antiallergic but they didn’t change it.

Nice hotel but nothing special, best feature is location - 2 minutes walk from the terminal.

My room was spacious but lack personal touch. No electrical outlets for charging phone next to bed or actually anywhere convenient in the room which is extremely strange.

Die Lage des Hotels Das Badezimmer war geräumig.

Die Matratzen durchgelegen oder einfach zu weich. Das Kissen war für mich leider sehr unbequem. Ich finde es etwas überraschend, dass ein so gutes Hotel keine verschiedenen Kissenarten zur Auswahl anbietet. Das Kissen war für meinen Geschmack zu flach und zu hart. Das Badezimmer war geräumig, allerdings war die Trennscheibe zur Toilette durchsichtig. Dadurch konnte man problemlos beobachten, wenn jemand die Toilette benutzt hat. Hier hätte ich mir deutlich mehr Privatsphäre gewünscht.

Fantastic location, exceptional staff and facilities. The rooms were massive and had a great bathroom. The beds were really comfortable and great value for money. The breakfast was flawless with a good selection available, and fresh omelettes available upon request. The hotel is positioned directly outside the airport so is a prime location.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. It was great value for money, great location, great facilities. Would come back again.

Junior Suite ist für uns das beste. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Von der Lautstärke ist es für einen Flughafen sehr angenehm man hört so gut wie nichts. (Fenster zu) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
