Apartamentos Quinta da Praia

Large apartment with great balcony, ideally located for both beach and town. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we required for a comfortable stay. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We loved Alvor and this apartment and will return there.

We have no complaints.

Booked a poolside room - have confirmation was put on roadside (constant noise as main road) raised with management straight away - was told I hadn’t put a request in. Have confirmation that it was poolside etc - emailed back and forth as I had to provide proof??? Then was told that the description of accommodation was wrong!! Basically just had 10 nights of disturbed sleep - partner has heart problems and sleep apnea and compounded by stopping by the alvor ‘m62’ so it was far from the relaxing holiday I booked. Cracked tiles, badly cracked toilet cistern - mould on bathroom ceiling

We return here every year. Its such a lovely block and the location is ideal if you are a beach lover.

The property is very well located to both the town and the beach

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The balcony is in the shade until 2.30, this apartment looks over the pool. The pool had 4 sunbeds and no mats for them, a very small pool and not the cleanest.

Camas nada confortáveis, apenas o sofá cama tinha algum conforto. Penso que as camas merecem melhores colchões e uma delas rangia imenso.

Unable to use the pool during the whole of our 11 day stay despite reporting the dirty conditions to the owner. Very disappointing as I had booked this apartment because the pool area looked perfect for the much needed relaxing holiday that I was looking forward to. Thankfully the beautiful Wyndham hotel were very hospitable and allowed my family to use their very clean pool in exchange for buying lunch and pool drinks.

The location: close to the beach and all amenities including restaurants and a large supermarket

Gostámos muito do apartamento que é espaçoso. Tem uma vista bonita para o mar. O jardim está cuidado. A piscina é pequena mas serve bem o propósito, se não houver muitas pessoas. O apartamento fica num local muito conveniente porque fica perto de tudo. Para a praia fomos de carro mas pode-se ir a pé. Um apartamento com muita luz mas com cortinas blackout em todas as janelas.

O WC da suite não é muito prático, é um pouco apertado. A banheira é boa. O outro WC é maior e mais prático. Piscina pequena. Pouco espaço de jardim.

Apartment was very spacious, location was good near enough to centre. Plenty of restaurants nearby including Wild's sanwich boutique for breakfast.

The apartment could do with a revamp. Bathroom is very dated should relace bath with walk-in shower, the bath/shower is rather dangerous no handrail.

A localização que está próxima da praia e do comércio. O conforto. A vista.

El apartamento muy bien, limpio, amplio, zona tranquila,, con todas las necesidades para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Cerca de la playa, del centro del pueblo. Comodo para moverte por alli sin coger coche e igualmente facil acceso para ir a visitar otras playas y pueblos.

Localização! Próximo de tudo e da praia. Apartamento espaçoso! Zonas verdes na área da piscina, muito bom para quem viaja com crianças

Não gostamos da qualidade dos colchões! Eram mesmo muito maus! Também seria bom mais utensílios de cozinha! Mas tem o básico!

Location, pool, comfortable apartment.

Pool: cold water. The apartment was facing the road and we could hear the traffic during the night. The apartment could have been fully serviced with consumables like coffee pods, soap, toilet paper, bin bags... We had some but ran out of these quickly and had to buy our own. The apartment could do with some renovation (it's a bit outdated, but decent).

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, la amplitud del apartamento y que tenía todo lo necesario, y la amabilidad y disponibilidad de los anfitriones. Tambien destacaría la cercanía a la playa dos Tres Irmaos, una de las más bonitas de la zona.

Lo único negativo fueron las camas del dormitorio, hacían mucho ruido al moverse y uno de los colchones estaba curvado. Por otro lado, la piscina está bien para niños pequeños pero es un poco pequeña para niños mayores o adultos.

El apartamento es grande y las vistas son espectaculares. Muy fresco al abrir ambos lados de la casa, hay corriente. Hemos estado muy agusto. Se puede aparcar sin problemas. Hay un supermercado cerca.

A falta de alguns utensílios na cozinha, nomeadamente taparewares (que não tinha nenhum) e uma frigideira pequena para fazer ovos (apenas tinha uma frigideira grande já sem anti-aderente). O piso da piscina é áspero e aleija os pés. A comunicação com o alojamento foi tardia e demorada deixando-me desconfortável antes do check in.

Our second time staying in these apartments. Great location in a quiet area, short walking distance to beach & town. Our contact Nicole was great in helping us gain access & get keys to apartment block.

The location was brilliant and the property was clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water in showers.

Beds were not the best very squeaky but didn’t spoil our stay. A full lenght mirror or a second mirror is definitely needed.

The property was perfect for our stay and our needs. The location was fantastic; ideally close to the town, beach and supermarket. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our 3 generation holiday with grandparents and two small children. The property management were very responsive throughout and extremely helpful.

Do apartamento e da proximidade da praia.

A piscina é muito pequena e não está muito bem concebida.

A localização é ótima, permite ir à pé ao supermercado e ao centro da vila, a praia também fica muito próximo e o apartamento estava muito bem cuidado e limpo.

A piscina é um pouco pequena, pode ser problemático para épocas altas com muita gente no condomínio.

Very close to Beach and to town center. It was quiet and had many good restaurants and bars on the immediate area. There was a supermarket and pharmacy very close.

Lovely spacious apartment. Two balconies with sun beds, table and chairs. Good location, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to the centre. Big supermarket and some bars 5 minutes round the corner. Nice pool area, we arrived earlier than check in time and used the pool while apartment was cleaned which was great.

The location was fine, and the apartment was clean.

Did not see the agent, I had a brief telephone call to open the key lock. There was no hairdryer in the apartment, but one was dropped off later. No visits to change the towels or bedding. What did I pay €50 for ?

It was excellently equipped with WIFI and all the facilities one expects from a property like this including AC.

I loved this apartment and I will continue to use each time I come back to Alvor. It has everything you will ever need. I stayed for two weeks the 1st week it was just myself and my 11 month old baby, so the kitchen was handy to make us homely meals before bed time. If I needed anything, I just messaged and they quickly replied. There was a highchair and a travel cot for my baby so it was perfect. We rented a car and there was parking outside which was so handy as I had lots of stuff with the baby. There’s a handy laundrette in another complex which is great.

Location was great. Short walk to both the beach and town cehtre.. Very clean and comfortable. Nicole was great in looking after us on arrival and during our stay. There were many restaurants and bars nearby. Access to the beautiful beach and boardwalk was only 6 minutes away. Overall great place to stay.

This was my second time in these apartments. I tried to book same apartment as last year but I couldn't remember the room number.. I requested a room with a large balcony in which I got.. Had the sun on the balcony from early morning until 4pm.Room very clean, well equipped kitchen and plenty of bed linen and towels..Plenty of hot water to shower. Location excellent, bars and restaurants close by..Short walk to the beach. Had good communication from property manager regarding access to the apartment. I will definitely stay again at these apartments and try and request the room I had last year ( I made sure to get the room number for future booking).

One of the beds was very creaky,not sure if it was the bedframe itself or the mattress. The balcony was over looking the main road, lots of road noise. Apart from this we had a great stay.

Class location only 3 min walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants and only a 10 min walk into the main stripe

Mattress on the beds where very hard other than the apartment is 100 percent spotless and well equipped shower bathroom and kitchen living area all1st class

Tolle Lage, schöner Ausblick, Wohnung war sehr groß, Ausstattung gut, Check in unkompliziert

Für 7 Nächte hatten wir nur 2 Rollen Klopapier, mussten selbst nachkaufen, das war etwas ärgerlich. Ein Bild des ganzen Eingangs wäre hilfreich gewesen, um die Lote leichter zu finden.

Location was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Exceptionally comfortable sofa bed. Every kitchen utensil you’d need and lovely fluffy towels provided. The sun reached the balcony by mid-afternoon.

It’s a pity we couldn’t access the apartment prior to the 3pm check in. We arrived in Alvor early but had nowhere to leave our cases.

The location is superb and the apartment is large and airy.

The furnishings were a little dated, it could do with some up dating.

Gostei da disponibilidade do Staff, da localização, limpeza irrepreensível, área do apartamento e varanda.

Se tivesse máquina da loiça seria perfeito. É pena cortarem a relva tão cedo. Deve ser habitual, pois fomos acordados com os cortadores de relva, em 4 dias. Assim penso, que aconteceu também nos empreendimentos adjacenres.

A localização, a facilidade de check in e chekc out. O apartamento bem equipado com tudo necessario para um semana de estadia

Só uma melhoria como sugestão. Estivemos uma semana e foi dado apenas uma conjunto de toalhas por esse tempo. Sugeria uma troca de toalhas a cada 3 dias pelos menos. De resto tudo impecável
