AlvorMar Apartamentos Turisticos

All great

Nothing.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly, the room was super clean and the hotel is just a short walk from the strip. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great!

We loved the location, cleanliness and the comfortable, spacious apartment. It was so central to everything but never noisy as set back. The extra large terrace was superb. This will be our first choice for our next visit to Alvor.

Nothing to dislike.

Very clean

A little too far from the beach

Cleanliness, proximity to beaches, town centre, shops, restaurants and supermarket. Great facilities. Lovely swimming pool - perfect for families. Lots of seating areas and terrace on the top floor with sofas and more sunbeds. Stress free check in and check out processes. Beautiful inner courtyard with trees and birds.

Could do with maybe a few more kitchen things like some bigger bowls for pasta, salads etc

an amazing place for families and couples. amazing location very central within walking distance of everything. staff were lovely, everything was so clean, lovely food at the pool bar, will absolutely be staying again

nothing, everything was fabulous.

Tolle Lage.

Fantastic location very friendly staff and extremely clean loved our stay there and we will be back again

Great location lovely staff

Cockroaches

Everything was very good 👍

Bad smell of drains throughout our stay. Had to leave our bathroom fan on all the time, to stop us from getting ill 🤒

-Limpo - Bom espaço

Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk to the beach and just a v short walk to all the restaurants and bars that Alvor has to offer. The staff are welcoming and helpful and the apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

The pool is a little small for the numbers wanting to use it.

A limpeza do quarto e a localização impecável

Location, clean, staff were excellent

The staff and the cleanliness. Phillipa was very friendly and kind.

The only thing I could fault were the pillows were not very comfortable but that was all. Everything else was perfect.

This was our second time staying at this property, and have rebooked again for next year, exceptional value for money, location is fantastic, location wise your 1 block back from the beach and one block back to the main strip. Couldn’t get better around. Staff were all lovely. It’s a place to is suited for all ages, you’ll find both young and old at it, it’s very relaxing. Alvor is a gorgeous place, I highly recommend it.

The only issue I had with our stay this year was the first two nights our air conditioning was not working, but the staff were very good to deal with and kept coming back until it was sorted, and when is works.. the aircon is proper aircon!!

Ubicacion sin duda.El apartamento genial.

La piscina con poca parte honda.

Property was in great location with friendly staff and very clean. The guest room allowing us to store our luggage after we checked out and even have a shower later that day was very helpful.

Tuba mugav ja asukoht suurepärane Personal väga meeldiv

Kõik meeldis 🙏

Confortável o apartamento

Não terem feito a limpeza no domingo. Apesar que vi funcionárias a fazerem limpeza noutras áreas. O horário da piscina, e do bar. Encerram demasiado cedo

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Cleaners in every day we were there (we were there for 5 days). Location to Alvor town is excellent. Beach is. 10 min walk away.

The pool bar could have a few additional options for drinks / food but other than that it was all great.

Apartment was really good size for 3 adults. Had all that you needed, was really well equipped. Location was superb for beach, marina and centre of Alvor. Staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. We had an early flight so arrived before checkin time but had let them no prior and they had our apartment ready not long after we arrived. Pool area was lovely, no issues getting a sun lounger.

Nothing. Everything was lovely about the accommodation.

Very clean, very modern, and well kept. The staff was very nice receiving me, and the whole system to get in and out worked very well. Excellent location near the "Ribeira" restaurant area, and not far from the beach.

The property doesn't have parking, but there was plenty on the street on a short distance.

Location

Poor Quality furniture Had fall in shower pulled pull cord no one responded. It came off in my hand and staff did not respond to my emergency pull cord. I called reception to tell them pull cord came off in my hand hour after it happened. I was not asked if I was ok 15 min later reception called back asked if I was ok. I had hurt my leg but nobody responded to my help call that is disgusting I could have been seriously hurt. I have severe bruising to my leg and tummy not really good enough.

Meget rent og pænt

Poolområdet var lidt kedeligt

Lovely location

Could not day anything every thing was good

Lovely 2 bed apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen and living area and pull out sofa.

Ideal quiet location. 24 hour reception. Staff at property super friendly and knowledgeable. 5 minutes to bars restaurants, of which there are plenty. Go explore the outer Alvor and side streets, there a some little gems hidden away. Main Alvor beach and Boardwalk 10-15 min walk away Apartment was perfect for 2. Beds were comfortable. Room & bathroom extremely clean. Plenty of plates, cups, glasses cooking utensils etc. Aircon was a blessing while we were there. Poolside was lovely and clean with plenty of loungers & parasols. Good shaded areas if required. Snack /drinks bar open until 5.00pm Roof top space - clean with great views. Undercover seating. Few sun loungers and tables with chairs. Alvor is lovely. A lot quieter than Rocha and Albufeira, exactly what we were hoping WE WILL BE BACK

Roof Top Space would benefit from parasols Hairdryer could be better. Very fiddly to continuously hold the on switch whilst trying to dry hair (note to self to pack own next time) Neither of the above detract from our wonderful stay

Location , very helpful Staff and very clean apartment

I thought it was expensive, I have stayed less expensive properties in Alvor with much better facilities , a bigger apartment with two bed rooms with laundry facilities a better pool area and and restaurants stayed open till 8pm . The difference in price was €50 per night and all at the same time of year

L’accueil l’emplacement la propreté

Rien

Location and quality of the accommodation

Nothing comes to mind

Clean, good location

Small pool area, very quiet, older clientele and we were with our teenagers so they were a bit bored at the pool.

Exceptional hotel Peaceful Sparkling clean Location

Fourth visit. Says it all.

Very clean and close to town

Location and staff

Nothing

Location, staff, cleanliness, pool area compact but never full. We will be back!

Pillows were a little uncomfortable, however that is more my problem than AlvorMar! It will not deter us from staying again.

All of the above

This hotel is in an excellent location close to everything in the town and a few minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely choose this hotel again

Quiet , spotless very central

Hairdryer is not very good , balcony had a wall round it so you couldn’t see over it while sitting down

The location was excellent. It’s very close to the main strip.

Clean and tidy

Everything. Been twice now and thinking of coming again

Wish there was a bar open at night

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Great location, everywhere is 5-10mins walk away. Very clean, very relaxed hotel.

Nothing

Friendly helpful staff. Great location and apartments very comfortable and had everything you need.

Everything near lovely restaurants, nice little and interesting shops could have booked for a little longer.

Nothing it was lovely accommodation.

Cannot fault this property, have stayed here a few times and due back again soon! They have everything you could need, the apartment is spotless, extremely safe, staff on reception and cleaning staff are extremely welcoming! The location is central and once you’re inside the apartment it’s quiet and peaceful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous location. Spotless apartment with pretty much everything you could need. Amazing, peaceful sun Terrace. It was great to have use of the guest room/ luggage room on our day of departure due to a late flight.

Being picky as it was so very good, but a magnifying/ make up mirror in the bathroom would be useful.

Clean staff excellent!

Excellent stay

Beautiful, well looked after

Nothing

We recently stayed here with our 10month old. The location was excellent, so close to the main centre , shops and nice walk to beach. The apartment was perfect, cleaned regularly, highchair and cot provided on request. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Quiet, easy going place. Would recommend.

This is such a fantastic place to stay it is spotless location is brilliant as are the staff

Everything was great

Everything 😊 very clean and spacious, location was great, close to the centre of town, close to the bus stop for getting around. We had a south facing apartment which had a little kitchen area and a nice size balcony with a table and 4 chairs, the bed was comfy and the electrical shutters on the windows were amazing, when you close them all the way the room is in blackout mode making sure you got your sleep. Pool area was kept really clean and all the staff were always friendly and happy to help.

No complaints from us 👍

Very friendly staff.. very clean..good location

Nothing

Very modern, clean accommodation in excellent location. We arrived after midnight and there was no problem as pre-checked in

Sehr freundliches Personal

Clean spacious welcoming

The Alvor Mar Appartments are in an excellent location, they have excellent facilities, are spotlessly clean and have very friendly and helpful staff. These are the reasons we continually return to the Alvor Mar appartments when visiting Alvor.

Leaving.

It is so central. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and mind had a garden view and was near the pool

Nothing

The location is central to everything you need. There’s local shops around the corner if you want to stock up on food to dine in the room. Alternatively there are excellent restaurants within 5mins walking which is effect. And the harbour and beach are also within 10-15mins walking.

Limited if the weather decides to rain…

Location Loved the bar area and pool x

Self catering.

Nothing comes to mine.

Spotlessly clean and very spacious. Location is excellent and be sure to try the bakery opposite the entrance which is excellent!

Nothing

Location, facilities and cleanliness

Nothing not to Like, maybe the birds in the open atrium can be a little noisy but I quite liked it

Really like this place. Great location for town and apartments are comfortable. Garden side ones are quieter than roadside ones.

Slightly thin walls.

This property is outstanding, it is so clean everywhere, it’s very modern and right in the middle of Alvor

Nothing , it was absolutely fabulous

Location & friendly staff

Nothing

So central and safe. Very clean, staff were very friendly

Location, location, location. Daily maid service top roof deck and ground floor pool.

Would have booked earlier to see if i could get a double bed instead of two singles.
