Amazing location and impressive conversion of historical building. Good breakfast, our room was excellent.

Just a small note, hotel offers valet parking which is very handy, but this is only available day time (I think 8am to 8pm), so something to consider when leaving early or arriving late. Parking outside the historical centre is actually not too difficult nor expensive.

Magnifique hôtel dans un ancien palais, très belle décoration avec tableaux et sculptures en harmonie avec le mobilier. Accueil chaleureux par un personnel très professionnel, aimable, attentif - buffet du petit déjeuner très complet, avec des options sans gluten si besoin. Chambre spacieuse très confortable, bien isolée Très bien situé en plein coeur historique de Lecce ; le service voiturier est un plus car le stationnement peut être compliqué

A beautiful unique hotel in the perfect Centro Storico location, each room was different and the whole hotel had a very quirky feel to it. The staff were lovely - super friendly and helpful - we had a very enjoyable stay.

Would have loved a few more vegan options at breakfast within the buffet (although thanks to the chef for rustling up vegan pancakes on the day). Doors on the bedrooms within the family suite would have been a bonus.

Suite à une incompréhension entre l’hôtel et booking concernant ma réservation, j’ai été surclassée à la demande du propriétaire de l’hôtel que je remercie. J’ai notamment dormi une des deux nuits dans la suite avec piscine privée ce qui a été une fabuleuse expérience. L’hôtel est magnifique, le petit déjeuner est très bon et l’emplacement parfait. Je regrette juste de ne pas avoir eu la possibilité de visiter la terrasse extérieure.

J’ai adoré ! Un hôtel incroyable ! Une chambre au dessus de nos attentes.

Tout était très bien ! Le seul bémol le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de service cuisine pour déjeuner ou dîner.

The hotel is very high end and the experience was overall amazing. The breakfast buffet is incredible and you can even order eggs and pancakes. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The hotel even has turn down service. It was an amazing stay.

The only thing we did not like was that you cannot regulate the air conditioning from your own room. You have to ask in the reception for them to change it for you. We were very cold at night despite having the temperature changed to 24 degrees. It is also a very loud AC machine.

This hotel was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! We loved the unique feel of the hotel and the seamless combination of history and new art. Breakfast was plentiful and staff was very helpful! The hotel was in a perfect location to everything and the valet parking made it very easy for us with a rental car.

The location was perfect and the traditional architecture of the building was really impressive. The hosts were very welcoming with excellent restaurant recommendations. The rooftop terrace was pretty and welcoming

The bed was uncomfortably hard (room 211) no ambiance in communal areas or drinks service on the rooftop terrace.

Lugar lindisimo, personal excelente, instalaciones, alimentos, todo de 10, sin suda planearemos un regreso.

Staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! Building was outstanding. We absolutely loved this place and highly recommend

Die Anreise mit dem eigenen Auto ist angsteinflössend, da das Gassensystem sehr eng ist. wenn angekommen, ist die Freude groß.

Beautiful property & great walking distance in the historical part of the city. Excellent breakfast! The restoration of the property is very well done.

Driving to location is very difficult due to satellite connection. An 8 min drive from another location in the city turned into 1 hour due to closed streets, traffic, etc. Partner stayed in car & I got out & walked to hotel thru multiple reroutes on Apple Maps. Google Maps didn’t work at all. Upon getting to the hotel, I asked for help. If one of the valets could help with getting the car to their hotel (which we pre paid for this service) & Francesca said “no, we don’t do that” She spoke excellent English & I explained, we had to back up more than 1/2 a mi. on narrow shut down street & needed assistance. She replied again “no, not our responsibility, you must get it here yourself & said they had no staff for this”. There was a Valet Man standing right there so, I asked if he could help. She said no again & that he was busy. He was standing there for 10 mins while all of this went on. Then, he started “loud talking w/ red face of anger & complaining in Italian. “ I told them if I couldn’t get help, I need to cancel the reservation since I couldn’t get there & couldn’t get help. He did wind up walking with me for 2 blocks to the car & help after 30 minutes of almost a yelling tone in the voices of her & valet. I was respectful to them (they have hard jobs) in other words, I was not the “rude American” BUT, the rest of the stay & staff was fabulous & had a good experience!

Pollicastro is a unique and beautiful boutique hotel. From the moment you walk in you are immersed in the artistry and design of this space. Every detail was created with love. The art could be in a museum but is instead here for us to enjoy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast offerings were very good and staff attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for exploring Lecce.

Très bon hôtel plein de charme. Tout était parfait du début à la fin : l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté irréprochable, ainsi que le confort des chambres. L’ambiance est agréable et reposante, idéale pour un séjour réussi. Le personnel est attentionné et toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Our room was in an area that was accessible only though the outside, so navigating the rainy steep steps (although not many) felt a little precarious. Parking charges.

The hotel is fantastic. From the palace in which it is located to the interior and works of art. Extremely comfortable rooms, clean and excellent location, as well as friendly staff.

Tutto quello che si può desiderare per un hotel di charme lo trovi qui. Struttura meravigliosa dove il raffinato gusto classico- contemporaneo delle opere artistiche del proprietario si inseriscono perfettamente nell'antico sapientemente rivisitato. La terrazza panoramica è un luogo speciale: profusione di piante mediterranee succulente e colori pastello, un'oasi di pace e relax. Altissima professionalità di tutto il personale, abbinata a squisita gentilezza e disponibilità. Le prelibatezze della colazione ti preparano ad intraprendere le escursioni della giornata tra le bellezze della terra salentina.

O prédio do palácio é lindo, a localização excelente. Excelente café da manhã, com variedade de produtos e atendimento atenciosos por parte dos garçons. Quarto muito confortável e bonito. Um prazer estar no hotel.

Houve um vazamento de água por baixo do box do chuveiro. Avisamos á recepção do hotel mas nenhuma providência foi tomada enquanto lá estávamos.

Tout est exceptionnel dans cet hotel qui mériterait une 5e étoile à mon avis de voyageur. Le design et le mobilier sont superbes, le luxe est au rdv. Le personnel est excellent.

Hotel nel centro storico ma tranquillo, in una struttura antica ma rimessa a nuovo. Camera grande, bagno grande, colazione buona in parte a buffet e in parte a-la-carte, ma tutto compreso nel prezzo. Arredi e opere d'arte di qualità. Piacevole starci, in questo hotel.

Il letto era grande ma aveva una protuberanza in legno, voluta e forse caratteristica di qualche paese straniero, ma che rendeva scomodo mettersi a letto. Forse sono io che non capisco o non conosco la motivazione. Allego una foto.

Un palacio restaurado con uná elegancia perfecta. Un obra de arte. Habitación, baño y desayuno excepcionales. No lo dude si está en su presupuesto.

La habitación muy grande y cómoda, con una estética increíble!!. Todo el personal muy atento, en especial Luca quien nos atendió en el desayuno, merece ser destacado. El baño grande y limpio. Buena ubicación en el centro histórico de la ciudad

Una atención muy personalizada. Es un hotel Boutique en su máxima expresión. Buena ubicación. Un hotel que parece una obra de arte por su belleza, armonía y decoración. El personal excepcional, muy preocupados y mantienen una excelente atención. Durante toda la estancia. El desayuno espectacular. Las habitaciones, amplias bellas y cómodas.

La colazione, cappuccino bruciato e fatto con latte a lunga conservazione, no c’era un buffet, ma tutto su richiesta anticipata alla sera prima. Per il prezzo che chiedono si può fare molto di più.

Beautiful, very spacious room. Unique furnishings and the staff were all friendly very accomodating to requests, the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. This was our favourite hotel we stayed in over the four weeks of travelling.

The location was excellent in the cantre of the old town - the staff were welcoming and helpful - our room was very large and beautifully decorated

Unfortunately our room was above the entrance to the hotel and there was a constant noise of people outside until late at night - our “old town” view was a wall of the building opposite which was a pity

Ein historischer Palast, stilvoll restauriert. Direkt in der Innenstadt in der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto ist der Parkservice unverzichtbar. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet im historischen Ambiente, schicke Bar

Das Zimmer direkt am Eingang in Parterre ist schön ausgestattet aber recht dunkel.

Cet endroit est absolument magique : charme d'un palazzo du 16ème siècle, goût exquis de la décoration, jardin sur le toit sublime le soir, éclairage raffiné, buffet petit-déj à la hauteur... et personnel charmant, efficace, gentil, polyglotte. Le propriétaire est aussi l'artiste dont les œuvres transcendent l'ambiance de manière inoubliable. Sans parler de la ville alentour, un bijou.

Beautiful hotel, ideally situated for visiting the historical centre. We loved the artwork that adorned the walls of the hotel. Amazing roof garden. Friendly and efficient staff, especially the young guy who took care of the breakfast orders.

The bar was never open for a night cap

This is an incredible property in a wonderful location. The hotel is tastefully decorated with beautiful art. There are several areas for relaxation. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was extremely helpful and made great recommendations for dinner and entertainment.

An amazing hotel filled with beautiful arts. Great location, excellent service , spacious bedrooms and bathroom and immaculate. I have nothing to complain. If you arrive by car, hotel is in historic center for pedestrians so it’s worth it to reserve parking thru hotel so it’s convenient to go in and out without being fined. I promise you’ll not be disappointed!!

The room was wonderful and we loved the little underground pool. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the noise from the street was extremely loud in the room which was unfortunate.
