Amazing apartment very close to everything. We booked in the middle of a festival and whilst the streets were busy into the early hours of the morning, we weren't disturbed.

Central location. There is a parking lot nearby just outside the ZTL and an easy walk with large suitcases. The roof terrace was such a delight for breakfast and in the evening. Comfortable beds and quiet room. Simona was so welcoming and accommodating.

Exceptional! Photos do not do it justice! Right in the heart of the old town. You truly could not get a better accommodation. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing! Simona was so incredibly accomodating! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Wished had more days! Incredible!

Great location, host perfect, at our disposal for everything. We had junior suite, equipped with jacuzzi, turkish sauna and private spa. If you go, just be carefull when walking in jacuzzi.

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Zimmer. Tolle Terrasse und gutes Frühstück. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This rental was in a wonderful and central location in Lecce, easily walkable to everything. Restaurants, cafes and bars are right outside your door - the scene right outside can get pretty loud with music and people but the balcony doors are newer and block out almost everything when it's time to go to bed. The hosts were so friendly and made a wonderful breakfast spread and offered to make us coffees before leaving for the day. Would absolutely recommend - the room is large and spacious and so is the bathroom. Great experience

The only challenges were having to park in the garage about a 10 minute walk away and get the bags back and forth due o construction and lack of street parking. It was pretty chaotic but the hosts helped us navigate that and regardless it was a walk through Italy which is always a treat.

Attention cependant si vous venez en voiture, l’établissement se trouve dans une zone ZTL où il n’est pas possible de circuler. Il faut aller dans le parking privé le plus proche (7 minutes à pied mais avec les valises peut être encombrant).

Tener la opción de darme un relajante baño de jacuzzi. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de restaurantes. Cristian muy atento y Simona preocupada de todo, nos sirvió siempre un exquisito desayuno y el día que partimos era muy temprano y ella tuvo la gentileza de llevarnos desayuno a nuestra suite, rico capuchino, fruta, bollería y pan. Muy muy preocupada. Gracias Simona!!!

Perfect location in historic part of the city. Simona and Cristian are such lovely hosts. Our room had a big comfortable bed and a great shower. The breakfasts were wonderful including freshly prepared mixed fruit and amazing pastries. Biggest croissants ever! Lots of attention to detail and a gorgeous outdoor area overlooking the piazza with lots of seating. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

Wifi failed in our room on just one night, otherwise nothing.

Un peu de bruit. Notre chambre était à coté du passage obligé de l’accès à la terrasse. La porte claquait souvent. Côté rue, les fenêtres sont parfaitement isolantes aux bruits.

Ubicación fantástica. El cuarto estupendo. Muy amplio, cómodo y con buen aislamiento en la ventan ya que hay un bar abajo. Todo nuevo, muy limpio y bien decorado. Desayuno en la terraza estupendo. Te sientes en tu casa.

La ducha enorme pero no tenía tanta presión de agua. El ascenso al entrar muy viejo y despintado, pero todo cambia al entrar en el hotel. El parking está a 400 metros. Ningún problema si llevas carry on.

Excellent location, beautiful old building with an elevator. The view from the terrace was magnificent and lovely to enjoy our breakfast in the morning and drinks in the afternoon. Simona and Christian were kind and attentive hosts.

A entrada é um pouco estranha, num edifício residencial que contém outras unidades que nada tem a ver com a hospedagem. A chuveiro decepciona.

Extrêmement bien placé au cœur historique de Lecce, on ne peut pas faire mieux. La grande terrasse rooftop est formidable avec une vue sur une superbe place, absolument parfaite pour le petit déjeuner très agréable, où l’apéritif. Très romantique et charmant. Les chambres sont plutôt modernes et bien aménagées, la suite Junior Spa possède un très beau jacuzzi et un beau hammam . Simona s’est montrée très réactive et impliquée dans nos demandes.

La proximité de la zone animée du centre implique beaucoup de bruit le week end. l’insonorisation des fenêtres est correcte pour la suite mais pas suffisante du tout pour les chambres donnant sur la rue… La suite junior spa n’a pas assez de lumière naturelle, ambiance beaucoup trop « cosy » . à privilégier plutôt pour une lune de miel ou des projets prioritairement « sportifs »… La literie était très inconfortable mais le personnel nous a changé le matelas dans la journée, et résolu un bruit qui nous a donc sauvé la seconde nuit. c’est très appréciable et leur réactivité à souligner toutefois. Le prix est trop élevé à mon sens, privilégiez plutôt la réservation en direct auprès de l’hôtel .

Prachtige locatie centraal in de stad met een goede en leuke informatieve ontvangst. Zeer goed bed en leuke ontbijtplaats op het boventerras met zicht op het levende plein.

Justo a la entrada del casco antiguo. Al lado de una plaza muy acogedora. La decoración de la habitación era muy bonita, no faltaba detalle. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Yo mejoraría algo la variedad de desayuno, para mi gusto faltaba algo de embutido. Por lo demás todo genial.

La localisation, le calme, le petit déjeuner, la magnifique terrasse et la gentillesse du personnel. Un sans faute ! Merci nous avons passé un excellent séjour et adoré Lecce.

В сърцето на стария град, романтично място с озеленена голяма тераса за отдих. Нашият суит беше огромна стая с огромна модерна баня, безупречна чистота, изклютелно любезни домакини. Сервират чудесна закуска, малка блок маса, но отбрани продукти.

Нямаме забележки. Хората са помислили за всичко, наоколо има много заведения, но шумът е заглушен чрез три отделни вида затваряне на прозорците.

Adoramos nossa estadia ! Localização perfeita, perto de diversos cafés, bares, restaurantes. É possível fazer todo o centro antigo caminhando. O hotel fica dentro da ZTL mas tem estacionamento muito bom perto (Estacionamento Liberty). Os quartos são lindos, confortáveis, espaçosos, muito limpos. Café da manhã foi excelente e um agradecimento especial a Simona, muito gentil, nos recebeu super bem, nos deu dicas ótimas pela cidade e nos auxiliou muito no dia do check out. Com certeza voltaria me hospedar aqui.
