Hotel The Castle Jamsil

There is free valet parking and many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The subway station is also close by. The rooms were small, but OK, especially since this is in the heart of Gangnam. A wonderful place to stay in a terrific neighborhood, especially given the relatively low price.

泊まるためだけのホテルであれば値段もお安いですし問題ありません。スタッフの方も親切ですし、ラウンジの飲み物やお菓子、カップ麺も無料で頂けます。ただ、繁華街の中にあるので夜中に酔っ払いの嗚咽などが響いて不快でした。やや部屋の清掃が行き届いてないところはありますが、許容範囲ではありました。

韓国語が分からなかったら翻訳して対応してくれます。 チョウバエが沢山いたのは難点でしたが、とても綺麗なお部屋でした。 無人カフェテリアがあり、カップラーメンやソフトドリンクなどが無料で食べられます！ 快適でした！

初めてチャムシル地区に滞在しました。廻りはモーテル街で決して良い環境とは言えませんが　駅にも近く　一番良かったのは17階のラウンジを使える事です。 朝も夜にもほっと出来る場所で　凄く癒やされました。 次回もオリンピック公園地区でイベントが有った際には泊まりたいです。

Of all the hotels in Seoul i always wind up back here. It is by far my favorite place to stay.

お部屋のベッドもお風呂も大きくて、一人だと十分な広さでした(^^) ラウンジに置いてある、コーヒー・パン・ラーメン・おやつ等が食べ放題なのが嬉しかったです♪ お風呂の換気扇をもっと強く効かせてほしい。 ベッドの部屋まで湿気そう。

고객응대 매우 친절합니다. (이 부분은 매우매우 친절) 가격대비 룸 컨디션은 잘 모르겠습니다. 타워 주차라 주차가 좀 불편하지만, 발렛 파킹 해주시기 때문에 감안할 수 있습니다.

Staff were so kind. They ran after me down the street to provide me with a hand warmer as it was very cold. Hotel is very comfortable and good location.

位於地鐵2號線跟8號線之間，樓下有便利商店，附近似乎是韓國人聚餐的熱門地點，餐廳很多很熱鬧。房間很大！還有免費的自助吧，提供泡麵、麵包、飲料，很不錯！

롯데콘서트홀에 공연 보려고 가성비 좋은 호텔을 찾았어요 위치가 정말 좋고 교통도 편해요 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절해요

とにかくフロントの方々のサービスは素晴らしかったです！ただ、バスマット、バスのカーテンがないのが驚きでした。シャワーの水しぶきが気になりました。またタオルは他の方も書かれていますが、やはり使い込んだような感じで、キレイなのかな？と少し不安になりました。短期間ならアリです！

Overall good but it would be much better if there were a proper door for bathroom/shower. Felt so weird(ackward) and i did not want to see my partner sitting on toilet seat.

시설은 훌륭하지만 꼼꼼히 청소가 되어 있지 않은 곳들(비데, 세면대 등)이 있어 안타까웠습니다.

ロケーションとスタッフは素晴らしいですが、お部屋もタオル類も不清潔で不快でした…。 私の場合は価格が高騰している時に宿泊したのでより費用対効果といった面で満足できない想いが強いだけかも知れませんが…。スタッフの対応は良かったので残念ですが、次回泊まる事はないかと思います。

Great property for a simple clean stay; nice room and fair price. But the key is the tons of restaurants within 5 mins of walking. Starbucks close a 24-hour coffee shop!

방 전체가 밝고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다.

Comfy bed and welcoming staff. Free instant noodles and drinks at lounge for free. Close to restaurants, Ton of dining options. Short walking distance to convenient store/ Lotte mart and mall. However, wall-mounted panel was very slow to response and you may need to use the TV remote control to control all lights/ air conditioner and TV. (air con can only activated by the remote control) Noise was expected since there are pub and restaurant nearby that opens till 03:00 am.

주변 숙박시설에 비해 청결한 편이었음~ 서비스도 나쁘지 않고.. 다만 주변 소음은 감안해야 함.

잠실역 석촌호수 근처 가성비가 뛰어난 곳입니다. 먹자골목 안에 있어서 편의시설,식당 이용이 좋고 주차도 됩니다. 침구류 화장실 상태가 양호합니다. 인테리어도 깔끔하고 직원도 친절해요.

2泊、1人で利用しました。 ドライヤーが壊れてしまった時にフロントに問い合わせたところすぐに新しいものを部屋まで持ってきてくださいましたし、何度もお願いしたタクシーも毎回すぐに呼んでくれました。 スタッフの皆さんの対応は本当に良かったです！ ただ、部屋の洗面を使うと下から水漏れ？があり手前に少し流れてきてしまうので気にしながら過ごすのが不便でした。 あと、タオルがかなり古くシミもあり、糸も出てましたし、枕カバーの中に陰毛のような毛が、、その他総じて清掃面が気になりましたが、過ごせないレベルではないですし、周辺には食事する所もたくさんあり駅からも近いのでまたこの辺りに泊まる必要があった際には利用させていただく機会があるかもしれません。 （毎日の清掃は要リクエストだったようなのでもっとわかりやすい表示かチェックイン時に説明があればよかったなと思いました）

思っていたよりとても良かったです。 日本語も大丈夫です。 ただ、部屋がとても暑くて💦 床暖？なのか切っても暑くて暑くて。 少し窓を開けて過ごしました。

Room was pretty clean and small, but efficient enough. Mini fridge was nice as many hotels in Seoul do not have it. Location is right by lots of restaurants and Seokchon Lake and Olympic Park, which is nice. Close to subway stations as well. It is in an alley typical of Seoul- be careful of cars as they won't watch for you. Maybe not best for a family, but a couple or business trip would suit it best. They let me check in early, which helped a lot as well as a later check out time than many hotels. Love that is is a non smoking hotel as well.

The day we checked in the taxi driver had a hard time finding the place by how it is listed , the Castle Jamsil; Jamsil is the area. We drove around twice stopping at the same place until the driver went in with my wife and verified it was the place. Cleanliness of the shower area. It has a built up of mold around the inside, one of two lamps was missing The stem was hanging down. There was one large towel that was frayed with a hole in it and a second frayed area on the towel. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone ear piece and cradle had some kind of nasty Unsanitary junk. We went down stairs to request a change of room and they said they could not at first. After some persuasion they said they would move us the next day in the afternoon. We said ok since it was near midnight. We came back down in the morning and were told they would move us to another room. The room was one floor down from where we were staying. When we walked into the room it Birgitta and day difference. Same style but, everything was clean. We told them that is was nice. The rest of the evening was comfortable.

15만원짜리 객실이 동네 여관수준이었습니다. 침구도 불청결했고 자는동안 온몸이 가려웠습니다. 객실 찌든내를 방향제로 감추려는지 냄새때문에 창을 열어둘수밖에 없었구요. 최악이었습니다.

Our lights weren’t turning off in the room, but the front desk staff came up and fixed them ASAP! Customer service was amazing

The suite was absolutely beautiful. I stayed the weekend for my birthday. The staff was very polite helping me with my flowers and multiple bags. They also valet parked my vehicle. The lounge/ restaurant upstairs was absolutely beautiful as well.

枕頭上有蟲子，睡覺時感到很癢，廁所沒有門。自動暖氣系統晚上到了攝氏29.7度，打電話給前台處理的時候，前台也不能好好解釋，擾攘了大概一個小時氣溫才下降到正常水平

위치는 큰길과 아주 가까워서 좋았습니다. 먹자골목안이라서 근처에 여러 가게가 많았습니다. 그래서 조금 시끌벅적한게 단점입니다. 하지만 건물안에 들어오면 바깥 소리는 거의 들리지 않습니다. 대신에 옆방 소리가 너무 생생해서 벽을 통해 서로 대화도 가능했습니다. 깔끔해보이지만 룸에 들어가면 벗겨진 벽지, 화장실 곳곳에 가득한 물때 및 곰팡이들, 고장난 변기 레버, 고장난 물구멍 등 욕조는 푸시형이었으나 고장이 나서 닫아도 물이 그대로 빠져나갔으며 세면대는 물빠짐이 현저히 느려 불편했습니다. 테이블위에는 미처 닦지 못한 컵자국이 가득했습니다. 그리고 3박 4일을 묵었는데 단 하루도 시트 교체, 청소 및 수건을 보충해주지 않아 3장의 수건으로 3박 4일을 보내야 했습니다. 나갈때마다 일부러 짐정리를 싹 하고 갔는데 밤늦게 돌아오면 늘 그냥 그대로였습니다. 혹시 넘치는 쓰레기통을 스스로 비워야하는거였는데 제가 몰랐던건지는 모르겠습니다. 그리고 카드형식으로 엘리베이터를 작동하는게 아니라 수상한 사람이 함께 엘리베이터에 올라 굉장히 불편했습니다. 위치,친절한 인포직원 분들을 제외하고는 별 하나도 아까운 숙소입니다. 만약에 근처 콘서트를 위해서 이곳에 숙소를 잡으실 예정이라면 부모의 원수라도 세번은 말리고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.
