i had to change the room because first one smelled like someone smoked there and the beds are not really comfy. location is alright but the only store they had nearby was always empty.

지하철,버스등 교통을 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 위치, 숙소주변에 음식점등 편의시설이 잘되어 있습니다. 깨끗하고 친절한 안내를 받을 수 있었습니다.

냉방기능이 좀 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 온도조절이 제대로 되지 않아 다소 불편했어요.

LIVE会場に徒歩で行ける。 地下鉄2路線が近い。 空港バスも10分くらいで行ける

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The lady at the reception was so friendly. The room was specious for 3 and was very clean. It is in a nice area with lots of restaurants. Also near metrostation and lots of buses go from there

房間跟浴室很大、舒適，地理位置優越

Close to 3 different subway lines, variety of buses, convinience store just below hotel, many restaurants - all that with a very spacious room / bed and nice bathtub. Really enjoyed he days here at Hotel Pharos, great base to meet Seoul.

The hotel had some renew work ongoing and missed some public places to hang on, but great room & location compensated that!

The only thing i dont like is the shower head connected to the bathtub so water goes everywhere

Convenience of the location that I can just find food anywhere nearby. Getting a cab/taxi is not a problem at all. A lot of cabs around the area.

The single bed was not facing the TV. By right all beds should be facing the TV. The bath and shower is not separated from the room, no door, no curtain and all widely open making it inconvenient for family with kids. There is a wide range of food within the vicinity including local food and fast food all within a couple of rows or blocks away but there is not a single cafe or restaurant that serves western breakfast such as sausages, bacon or chicken ham, and it is unhealthy for kids to eat KFC, Burger King and McDonalds all the time. The local food around the area are more mixed with a fusion style and spicyness which aren't suitable for kids.

Nice amount of space and good bathroom facilities. Bed was comfy and decent cleaning service. Location was decent, we hired bikes and were able to get into the centre quickly, also a choice of 2 metro stations nearby 5-10 mins walk away.

Very disappointed that the jets in the bathtub didnt work - was one of the deciding factors in choosing this room type! Also the room was HOT, I couldnt get the air conditioning to work properly the whole time. The staff weren't as welcoming as you might hope.

The property wasn't a really cool tucked convenient location downtown easy to get to things and close to a 711.

The advertisement in the photo described in the pictures and inside of the elevators of the facility do not resemble what you would typically get within your stay. Our hotel had two beds. There were several stains did not look like the pictures whatsoever my tub no shower did not work only the retractable showerhead, which I just had to sit in and wash up and rinse the towels that were given were a bit small but that's OK. They came in and clean daily that was not a problem. In the beds were actually pretty comfortable.

櫃台員工會中文，親切笑容很棒。第一天報到時有同事名字不在螢幕上打電話買上就有一個男員工來處理。真的很安心

按摩浴缸按鈕的地方有一些污垢，希望可以改一般的浴缸

場所は良かったです。わかりやすく立地もいい。

秋冬なのに、部屋に蚊がいて萎えました。 またベビーベッドを準備できないところは残念でした。 部屋が乾燥しやすい。ところところボロいところが気になりました。シーツが固く、布団も固かった

KSPOドームから9号線で一本で行けます。総合運動公園駅が最寄りですが、急行の停車駅でもあるので電車を間違えることもなく、とても便利でした。また2号線の新川駅へのアクセスやバスの利便もとてもよかったです。飲食店も近くにたくさんあり、栄えている街なので買い物や食事に困ることは特にありませんでした。とにかく、立地は最高です。

一番最初に泊まった部屋で、朝起きると手足、首に赤い虫刺されのような跡が数箇所にできていました。最初は蚊だと思ったのですが、とてもかゆく、帰ってきてからも腫れが引かないため日本に帰って診察してもらうと、どうもトコジラミがいたようでした。連泊だったため、オーナーさんに部屋を変更してほしいと相談すると、快く部屋を変えてくれたので、ホテル側のスタッフの対応に不満はありません。変更後の部屋で噛まれることはなかったのでホテル全体ではなくその部屋が問題だったのかもしれませんが、大変な思いをしました。

Всё было чисто и в шаговой доступности, достопримечательности. Очень много кафе шик рядом которые работают круглосуточно. Персонал очень отзывчив

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to my daughter’s apartment. I stayed a total of 10 nights. My room was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom. Comfortable bed, too!

清掃も入ってくれる 部屋が広いキャリー余裕で広げられる 玄関みたいになっててよかった

The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable I loved everything about it.

The room was really big.

One of the staff members was very helpful and supportive. And helped booking a taxi without any issues for a wheelchair.The room was good for wheelchair access. My son would say there was no smart TV and no YouTube channel 😒.

There was self check in and check out which was aweared and unconfortable as foreiner are not used of those ans there was no one at the reception to help. The room we're not clean daily and the staff were not phisially present at the reception downstairs every day which put us in difficulties as we wanted to ask things and could not. The doors were too heavy for a wheelchair user to open, and not having anyone there, I could not get into the building or get out easily. The bathtub jacuzzi was not working, and it was difficult to regulate the shower hot and cold tab. There was no bathroom door, which was embarrassing when one of us had to go to the toilet. No smart TV and no YouTube channel 😢 for kids.

Det var ett helt underbart hotel och personalen var så trevliga. Vissa kunde inte så bra engelska men de var så hjälpsamma när de var på plats

Jag tyckte in-checking var lite problem men det kanske berodde på att maskin krånglade.

地點方便，可以自助check in就算晚到也不擔心 房間大，鏡子很多

吹風機風量小又容易過熱，浴廁沒有門..乾濕分離的排水不太好，洗個澡整個浴廁地上都是水

항상 이용하는 호텔...

욕실입구에 샤워커튼이라도 있으면 좋겟어용...가족이 아니면 좀 민망..ㅋ

위치가 좋다

1박 예약후 추가 2박을 연장하여 예약했다. 입실 전 같은 방에서 3박을 할 수 있음을 확인했으나 첫째날 외출 후 돌아오니 룸키는 작동하지 않고 시스템상으로 나의 룸은 다른 사람 이름으로 되어 들어가지 못하고 있었음. 그네 대한 대응이 너무 느리고 불쾌했음

숙소가 넓고 욕실도 크고 깨끗했어요 숙소 근처에 맛집도 많아서 밤에는 매일 나가서 맛있게 먹었습니다 지하철과 버스정류장도 가깝고 주변에 편의시설도 많아서 좋았어요

Hotel is rundown ... you check in on your own with a machine. In 3 nights that we were there I only saw a staff member twice ... Shower was leaking and making the bathroom floor very wet and slippery.. Housekeeping daily would clean it. There's no pool as we were fooled by the pictures... only a pool in suites. Building and rooms needs some renovation ...

コンサートの会場が近く利用しました。 あの立地でこの値段なら満足だなとおもいました。 荷物を預かってくれましたが分かりにくかったです。 広々としたバスルームで良かったです。 電気の付け方が難しかったのでもう少しわかりやすいと良いなって思ったのと。 機械でルームキー発行なので難しいかなと思うのですが部屋に入らずども早めのチェックインが可能だとなお良いと思いました。 バスマットがないのでバスルーム滑りやすいです。

ヘアードライヤーがとても簡易的なものでした。 冷風機能がなく風量も無いので持参すべきでした。

Good Location, 5-10 mins walk away from 2 different lines, walking distance to Jamsil sports complex and a 15-30 mins away from Lotte world tower. Lots of food around with a local market nearby too. It allows maybe check in maybe 15 minutes before the indicated check in time of 3pm only though. Room is big and there is a bath tub with jacuzzi, however the bubbles are not working. Good enough for a repeat stay in my opinion.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was big.

Located right above the bars where people hang out all night. Very dirty - smothered insects on the ceiling, used contact lenses on the floor, hairs everywhere. Not well maintained - broken tap, paint peeling of the furniture. You can’t talk with the hotel manager - you are forced to talk to the camera with microphone. Also, they give only one card for a twin room.
