주인 할아버지분이 친절하게 잘 응대해주셔서 좋았습니다! 숙소도 3명이 모두 싱글침대에 방 자체도 넓어서 정말 좋았습니다. 바닥이 정말 나무라서 조금 울리긴 하는데 슬리퍼를 신으면 되어서 큰 지장은 없었습니다. 더 오래 머물고 싶었는데 하루만 머물러서 아쉬웠습니다ㅠㅠ

備品有提供，採光很好，距離超商不遠，有提供免費車位，當日開8人座的車容易抵達沒難度。

スタッフさんがとても親切に、対応してくださいました。連絡もすぐ対応してくださいました。 山の中の別館で、車で12分くらいかかる場所でした。サウナがあります。夏は外のバルコニーでバーベキューも楽しめるようです。 電車が川の向かい側を走る様子が見れます。森林に囲まれて、のどかな場所です。泊まった時期が12月でも、あたたかい日和だったので、夜と朝方は冷え込みましたが、快適に過ごせました。 事務所の駐車場をお借りして、由布院の散策も楽しめました。

山の中の別館に泊まりましたが、まだ改装されてる箇所もあり、もしかすると気になる方もいるかもしれません。道路沿いなので車の音は、ちょっと気になります。

屋主老爺爺很客氣熱心，房間內有小廚房、沙發區，空間非常大，床很舒適

浴室沒有暖氣感覺蠻冷的，靠床頭這一側的落地窗沒有窗簾，隱私沒有保護

屋主有善，被好暖，好舒服。

안내해주시는 사장님이 나이가 지긋하신 분이셨습니다. 제가 도착이 좀 늦어 체크인 시간이 아슬아슬하게 도착했는데요 그전에 메세지를 보내니 8시를 넘어도 되니 30분전에 연락을 해달라고 하시기도 했습니다 대응에 대해선 정말 만족스럽습니다. 이후 저녁식사를 하지못했기에 식당을 추천해달라했습니다. 추천과 예약까지 해주셨습니다. 정말 저녁식사를 맛있게해서 최고의 추억을 만들수 있었습니다 와이파이의 속도도 빨라서 좋습니다. 근처에 로손이 있어 뭔가의 구매에도 편합니다 짐보관을 할수있는 코인락커는 100엔을 넣으면 언제든 사용할수있고 짐을 찾을때 100엔을 돌려 받습니다.

Walking distance to JR station and Yufuin main tourist street. Super kind staff. Room was simple but spacious, super clean and comfy bed. Heat insulation is probably a bit old but aircon kept us nice and warm through a very cold night. Love the bathhouse. Stayed 2 nights and loved Yufuin and our stay.

The old man is so helpful and friendly! Really nice guy and the private onsen area turned out to be really awesome!

Some random alarm/music was really loud early in the morning and it woke us up. Other than that, everything else was good!

The bed is comfy.

Uncle was very nice and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Free parking helps. Nice location - close to attractions and restaurants.

Be careful of the door stopper for the bathroom door. We put a chair over it so that we didn't kick/ trip over it. One window panel was not covered. It gets bright very early in the morning!

The house is close to the train station and it looks really cute. The uncle, owner prepared everything well and clean. He is so kind, giving us advice how to enjoy Yufuin Town. We had a wonderful time staying here. We definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Cleanness and private onsen on site

Kitchen is too close to futon. I prefer to sleep in bed. There were no zabuton to sit on the wooden floor.

Near to the station. Overpowering wooden smell. Cozy and spacious. Helpful staff. Reasonable price.

Receptionist is great and helpful

Very big room, a lot of facilities and the best is the owner(my uncle). He is so kind and has a very good service mind. He also offered a shuttle to many travel destination in Yufuin by his car. Thank you very much.

It's really good to have a private bathhouse in such a reasonable price.

The room is much more suitable for a family not for couples. It's not fancy and you can still feel the cold outside. However the house keeper is really nice.

Room was very clean and very spacious for the amount paid. Comfy and Homey design. Owner is friendly and helpful and allowed me to deposit my bags and check in earlier by 3h. There are also instructions in English for all devices in the room.

Staircase might be a little steep for elderly to climb.

The location is not far from the main road of Yufuin. You can walk easily from the train station to this building. There are convenient stores nearby (7-11 and Lawson) and also local bakery shop. The room is upstairs, spacious and clean. You got the appliances and everything in your room. Free wifi. Hi-tech bathroom is very functional. There's also the private hot spring bathtub on the first floor so you can enjoy your bath alone. The price is very very good. This place probably offers the best price in Yufuin. The owner is helpful, he was so kind to let us put our luggage there before check in time and also gave us a ride on his Mercedes to the train station after check out. Communication isn't a problem at all because he speaks some English words and has all the signs printed in Japanese/English and we can also use google translate to communicate. I can say that we had the most comfortable night in our Kyushu trip there.

It's not that I don't like it but the room is upstairs with a staircase so just like any place, make sure to always hold the hand rail for your safety.
