Wish the weather was better when we visited end July/early Aug so we could fully benefit from the patio/ swimming pool...Obviously nothing to do with the accommodation!

Schönes, sauberes und super ausgestattetes Apartment. Der nette Besitzer Thomas war ständig hilfsbereit und gab uns einige nützliche Tipps. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, obwohl wir während eines äußerst starken Sturmes in Plettenberg Bay waren und einen Tag früher abreisen mussten. Vielen Dank!

Einzigartige Unterkunft bei tollen Gastgebern. Sehr gute Ausstattung und geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Flair. Innen und aussen sehr grosszügig mit viel Platz und Sitzgelegenheiten. Pool ist super und Aussicht auf Lookout-Beach herrlich.

Heaven on earth, so peaceful, clean, perfect location, close to everything (beach, shops, restaurants). I love the white theme as well, great security.

Cannot find anything negative to say about this place, it is absolutely stunning With your own parking, which is important if your on an road trip along the garden route Plett is a great base for 3 or 4 days on your journey

Loved the facilities, in particular the pool and the fantastic view. It was spotlessly clean and the owner very helpful. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood with easy parking.

Nothing! The only observation was that we were surprised there was no air conditioning, but having said that, it was never too hot in the property, including overnight.

Ruimtelijk, genoeg plek om bagage kwijt te kunnen. Het was ook erg schoon.

Terras kan wat meer aankleding gebruiken, is wat kaal en daardoor wat ongezellig. Geen verduisterende gordijnen, waardoor ik vroeg wakker was.

Kurz gesagt alles, der Pool und die Location sind super. Die Lage mit Meerblick war auch wunderschön.

Das Ambiente innen sowie außen war fantastisch. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Eine schöne offene Küche, ausreichend Sitz- und Speisemöglichkeiten, egal ob drinnen oder draußen, in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Es gab Wärmflaschen, Föhne und Wolldecken. Tolle Küchenausstattung!

Wir waren von der Unterkunft begeistert. Hier wird wirklich auf jedes kleinste Detail geachtet und die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Man bekommt schon im Vorfeld viele hilfreiche Tipps und Informationen. Die Lage ist in einer sehr schönen und sicheren Wohngegend. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig nett und hat geholfen,wo es ging. Super schöne Villa,sehr schön eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns rundum wohl.

Thomas was very amenable and answered all our questions before we arrived. The apartment itself is like staying in an art gallery but definitely not too stuffy. Very well appointed and still kids friendly.

Not much, not a bad word to say

We met the host at the property and he was very attentive and friendly showing us around. He had previously contacted us to recommend lots of places to eat, visit etc to prepare us for our upcoming visit and was very prompt with communication. The property was spotless, comfortable and we had a lovely stay. We felt very safe having so many sources of security (locks, panic alarms, cameras!) However, I did feel like I did not want cameras on whilst my children were in the pool area etc, seemed a bit intrusive, but that said we knew it was for our protection. Overall a lovely property, fabulous host and would recommend.

Amazing property, everything you could possibly want. Beautifully furnished & spotlessly clean. Great views. Communication with Thomas always quick and warm welcome from Alpha who showed us round . Highly recommend staying here.

Nothing it was absolutely perfect

Excellent location, clean and well presented room. The accommodation is in a safe area and felt very private. The pool was great and we have a BBQ on one night. It is well equipped and even separate beach towels were provided. Thomas our host, was very helpful before are arrival with local tips and advice and even posted an item we left in the apartment. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Everything was exceptional, the house, location, pool, the view, interiors, staff and the host Thomas. We loved everything about this property. We had a good quality of sleep and great family time. Thank you Thomas for always being so responsive. Highly recommend!

Everything! The apartment was in a fantastic position overlooking the sea. It was clean, well presented and had great facilities for a family stay. We would highly recommend Stella Maris and will book again next time we are in Plett.

I has a great view and has all the facilities that you’d need

It’s at the top of the hill but it’s not a bad walk from town and taxis are easy

The apartment was exceptional and spotless. We loved the barbecue. Alpha was great.

No railing going down the stairs

The facilities, the furniture, everything! The home is very modern, very clean and beautiful. The owner has catered for every single need and is very mindful of people travelling with kids. The plugs were even child proof which was so amazing. It really exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was a bit of luxury in a holiday involving lots of travelling. We are a family of 5 and felt we had plenty of space. We were perfectly warm on the cool winter nights, and had all the facilities we needed to both cook meals and do a much needed clean of our clothes! The view from the decking is stunning, and in the summer months we definitely would have made the most of the outside area and pool more! A fabulous place to stay close to Plett Bay.

We only stayed one night!

Very clear communication before and during our stay with the host who also provided great suggestions for restaurants and other things to do around in the area. We also loved the house which was spacious and very well equipped.

Nothing in particular as we had a great stay. Just good to be aware that you need a car to get around.

Perfect location with fantastic views, well equipped & very secure. Great hosts, Thomas & Geraldine making stay in their beautiful apartment so lovely. We will be back, have stayed in many different places in Plett & this is our favourite.

Amazing place to stay! Spacious apartment, very modern furniture, everything was clean. There was really everything you could ask for in the household. The view is just stunning. The best accommodation among a few others on our trip through SA. Definitely recommend this place!

Spacious & beautifully appointed 3 bedroom apartment. Swimming pool and outdoor amenities wonderful & for our own personal use only. Amazing views of the pool and Plettenberg Bay from every room. Excellent security system if required. Our hosts Thomas & Geraldine were delightful & very informative.

There’s nothing not to like about the property! Everything has been thought of, making our stay very comfortable.

With the concrete floors the house is very cold. The plugs were closed off in the lounge, assuming that we mustn’t plug in the electric heaters. It would be nice to make it cosier in winter by installing a wood fireplace or supply gas heaters for the common spaces - lounge in particular.

The view was amazing. The atmosphere was so peaceful and private.

One thing that was missing was definetly a nice fire place to braai instead of a gas braaier.

The Villa was lovely, well spec’d and a nice outside area with pool and views to the sea.

Everything was great except really slow Wi-Fi.
