Frokost og aftensmad og snackbaren. Pools. Hyggelig underholdning. Stille og roligt sted. Vi hyggede os rigtig meget trods ting der ikke var så tjekket.

Da vi kom ind på vores værelse var der ubeskriveligt varmt og der lugtede af kloak. Gulvet i gangen virkede nærmest som om der var varme i gulvet. Det tog et par timer før det var kølet ned med aircondition. Lugten forsvandt også og så var det ok. Men lidt uheldigt førstegangsindtryk når man kommer frem efter en lang rejse. Bruseren kunne ikke holde vandet varmt, så når man skulle i bad skiftede det hele tiden mellem koldt og varmt. Derudover kom der skum/sæbe op af afløbet i gulvet. Cooleren/"køleskabet" kunne ikke rigtig holde noget koldt. De sendte en op at kigge på det, men det virkede ikke særlig godt. Sengene var virkelig hårde.

A személyzet nagyon kedves. Finom ételek, közel a tengerpart és a sétáló utca.

Taxit rendeltünk előre a szállásadón keresztül a repülőterre érkezésünkre, de sajnos a megbeszéltek ellenére nem várt minket a sofőr, így azt egy órás várakozás után magunknak kellett intézni.

Food was terrible. I had stomach ache the first night. There wasn't many food options for kids. I had complained to staff about this. Some of the food options was disgusting. It's rather expensive for the all inclusive for what it is. Some things was dirty like the plates as well. The biggest issue was that the kids pool closes at 6pm.. and doesn't open till 10am. This is highly inconvenient as an so called all inclusive. Lots of flies around food area and plates were dirty. It's very loud on the nighttime with music and shouting from other families. It's just not great.

Durchschnittsalter der Gäste - entgegen unserer Erwartung - sehr jung (16-18). Für Party-Liebhaber oder Teenager ideal - zum Entspannen eher ungeeignet

1.The staff are always ready to help. The kitchen and dining room staff are friendly, cheerful, and always smiling. The housekeeping team does an excellent job — everything is clean and smells fresh. Everyone works incredibly hard, like busy bees. 2.There was a good variety of food, even for someone like me, who is usually very picky about what they eat.

1.Loud residents and music after midnight. It would be good to remind guests at reception before check-in to respect quiet hours. 2.The door to our room would not open fully, but fortunately we’re slim, so it wasn’t a major issue. 3.Every day, my husband and I had stomach aches. Before that, we stayed at another hotel and did not experience this problem. 4. There was nowhere to dry clothes except on the chairs.

The fact that women were allowed to act indecently whilst it was a family hotel and the noice at night security did nothing

It was very nearby everything which was good .

The hotel has some good points, but there were a few disappointing aspects. The staff were not always very friendly and sometimes came across as rude when answering simple questions only the waitress or the bar staff was polite , although this may be due to cultural differences. We were also told that the air conditioning in the room was working, but despite following all the instructions provided, it did not work properly during our stay. The hotel can be very noisy, especially when it is busy. In addition, the swimming pools do not seem large enough to accommodate all guests when the hotel is at full capacity, making them feel crowded.

Ondanks het verschrikkelijke nachtelijk lawaai van het uitgaansgelegenheden héél dichtbij, was op het hotel zelf niet veel aan te merken. Het zat vol met jongeren. En daar is niets mis mee maar voor de iets oudere gast is dit geen goede plek. Ondanks goede hygiene, service, vriendelijke bediening en prima eten. De jeugdige bezetting van het hotel en de voortdurend herrie zou duidelijk aangegeven moeten worden!

Het onophoudelijke nachtelijk lawaai van de jongeren die in dit gebied uitgaan.

Locația a fost aproape de plajă, personajul destul de amabil.

Dacă ai peste 20 de ani și nu vrei să te duci pentru cluburi și gălăgie, nu veni în hotelul ăsta. Foarte puține opțiuni din care puteai alege la mese, am mâncat în toate zilele cartofi prăjiți și salată și ce carne arăta mai ok, și nu sunt deloc un picky eater. Camera în care am stat a fost groaznică, sunt fericită doar ca nu am avut ploșnițe: saltea plină de arcuri și deloc confortabilă, te loveai non-stop cu capul de raftul ăla de la pat, patul mic, cred ca 160/180, iubitului meu îi atârna picioarele din pat. Camera amenajată rău, un șifonier pus în drum și chiuvetă care, din lipsă de spațiu în baie au lăsat-o pe hol. Camera cu mobilier foarte vechi, oglinzi ruginite, un AC care nu funcționa, televizorul mic și vechi (nu te puteai conecta nici măcar la youtube). Singura lumina naturală din cameră era ușa care dădea pe “balcon”, direct la piscina, dacă aveam draperia trasă toți oamenii puteau să ne vadă. Gălăgie FOARTE MULTĂ. Noi am primit camera 701 din clădirea Sun și a fost cel mai prost amplasată camera. Auzeam toți copiii care stăteau pe terasă până la ora 12 noaptea când plecau în club și chiar și când se întorceau pe la ora 3, îi auzeam ca și când ar fi fost cu noi în cameră. Per total am fost foarte dezamăgită, am rămas în acest “hotel” doar ca a fost nerambursabil. Si nu, chiar nu m-am dus cu pretenții de hotel de 5 stele, am stat la mai multe hoteluri de 3 stele dar asta în niciun caz nu a fost de 3. 2 maxim.

Totul la superlativ! Mâncarea foarte bună, diversificata, locația aproape de centru si de plaja. Doamna de la recepție foarte amabila! As reveni la acest hotel pentru un nou sejur!

Трохи у нас протікала раковина Косметичний ремонт би не завадив Але було чисто, постіль змінювали, прибирали все супер

Uncomfortable beds and no towels for sunbeds

Everything was perfect, I can only reccomend it. The receptionists are professionals, and the waitresses in the open bar very super kind, we loved it! The food is also good, and we had a great time at the programms. The locstion is also good, close to the sights, perfect beaches, turtles, and everything close what you need. We travelled with a baby, and they helped us to have a convenient and unforgattable holiday with him. The pools are ideal for families and the stuff is super child-friendly. It will be a perfect memory for us and we hope we can come back. Thank you for all for your kindness and hospitality!

A little bit loud at night. There were some tourists who couls not behave well, but the receptionists handeled this problem also very well, so it’s not their fault, they did everything to solve the problem.

Un personnel a l'écoute et dans la bienveillance que ce soit Rose à la réception ou les filles au restaurant et snack. Une clientèle anglaise qui pour certains se permettaient de crier a 3h du matin toutes les nuits en rentrant de boîte de nuit sans respecter le bien-être des autres clients. Merci au réceptionniste Manuel qui a su faire respecter le silence. Dans l'ensemble, très bonne expérience avec un buffet très varié.

Výborná alternativa k večeřím, nabízeli regionální kuchyně ve druhém svém zařízení. Stejně tak večerní vystoupení umělců - pecka.

Z ulice bylo večer slyšet vše, těstnost není nejlepší přítel hotelu. V našem patře byla ukraden wi-fi router, takže připojení na pkoji vyrazně horší. jinak všude ok. A zřejmě absence sifonu na odpadech - bez větrání koupelny zápach odpadů.

Az elhelyezkedése, az ellátás, az ételek, a felszereltség rendben volt. Nagyon szép és hangulatos kis szálloda. Mosolygós, kedves személyzet! Közel a reptérhez és a parthoz is. Cameo sziget is közel van!

Igazából a fürdőszobára és a szoba padlójára is ráférne egy kis felújítás, a wc ülőke is nagyon matt és foltos volt. A csaptelepek is vízkövesek.

Nagyon kedvesek voltak , rögtön bármiben a segítségünkre voltak.

W restauracji super obsługa która dba o detale i szczegóły. Szef kuchni wychodzi i sprawdza czy jest wszystko idealnie. Jedzonko baaardzo super ! Pan z Albanii na barze dobrze leje alko 😁 ogólnie wszyscy tutaj dbają o klienta i są bardzo pomocni i przyjaźni. Wiadomo w pokojach czy łazienkach można lepiej dopracować czystość ale jest okey. Naprawdę super !!

I had very bad experience at other hotel in Zakynthos. Very welcoming people. I did not pay much, and I liked everything. The buffet is small: but everything is good

Maybe the shower took 5 minutes to get warm, but i could not get bothered by it. Maybe they need new sunbeds by the pool :-).

Restauracja, która serwowała na prawdę smaczne i różnorodne jedzenie. Lokalizacja dobra, blisko do plaży i do centrum.

W pokoju który otrzymałem, standard łazienki był słaby. Pokoje średnie.

The location was excellent, 2 minutes walk from everywhere you need. A large range of food options in the breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The closure of the pool was relatively early where we would’ve liked to swim in it for a bit after a beach day.

Location is excellent. Pools were great and the two bars were very good too.

Много добро отношение от персонала. Стаите се почистваха всеки ден. Храната беше изключително разнообразна и вкусна. Отлично местоположение в близост до плажа, летището и част от забележителностите.

Хотела се състои от няколко части и безплатния интернет беше с доста лошо качество. Бих препоръчал и климатика да е свързан на отделно захранване от общото, тъй като при излизане от стаята той спира а температурите на острова са доста високи.

Siamo stati in questo hotel a settembre, io e la mia ragazza, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era molto comoda, con un balcone che si affacciava direttamente sulla piscina: davvero una bella vista! La colazione era abbondante e buonissima, una delle cose che ci è piaciuta di più, e anche pranzi e cene sono valide alternative. Quello che ci ha sorpreso in positivo è stata la posizione, perfetta se volete godervi Laganas perché siete a due passi dai locali ma allo stesso tempo potete vivere un’atmosfera tranquilla, e la gentilezza del personale. In particolare la signora della reception, che ricordiamo con affetto, è stata super disponibile. Era la nostra prima volta a Laganas e, nonostante molti ce l’avessero descritta come troppo caotica, per noi è stata un’esperienza piacevolissima: vita notturna divertente ma gestibile, senza stress. Consigliamo anche di prenotare escursioni per scoprire Zante, che è un’isola meravigliosa. L’hotel è vicino anche al lungomare di Laganas: magari non è il mare più cristallino dell’isola, ma di sera è perfetto per una passeggiata piena di good vibes. In sintesi cinque stelle meritate. Questo hotel farà sempre parte dei nostri ricordi di viaggio più belli. Un grazie speciale da noi, la coppia più crazy d’Italia

Leider waren die Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, das Essen war nicht gut & das Personal hat vermittelt, dass es kein Bock hat. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Abfluss im Bad hat sehr gestunken.

Locatie echt top, eten heerlijk ook keuze uit meerdere restaurants van hun keten. Prima vermaakt. Mocht ik terug komen in Zakynthos zou ik dit gelijk weer boeken

Misde een normale douch waar je in kan staan

Vriendelijk personeel, fijne sfeer in hotel met andere, voornamelijk Engelse gasten, voor mijn zoontje en mij een grote kamer, vlakbij zee. Prijs kwaliteit is denkik prima, was goedkoop.

Douche stroomt over, meer vegetarisch op menu, meer ruimte in zitgedeelte, was erg vol. Strand en zee waren prachtig, maar alles wat dicht dus erg lelijk volgebouwd.

Igazából szinte minden rendben volt. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt, valamint az első nap közölték velünk, hogy a hotel nek van 4 másik testvér szállodája, és hogy most azokban is bármikor mehetünk, akár az ebédet, vagy a vacsorát is elfogyaszthatjuk ott. 3 másik hotelben jártunk végül is, mindegyik szuper volt. Az all-inclusive ellátással meg voltunk elégedve.

Az étkezőhelységekben a pincérek utcai ruhát viseltek.

Arra számítottam, hogy a hotel részben lesz a szobánk, de így is tökéletes volt. Talán a medence volt jóval kisebb, mint a hotelhez tartozó.

The location was perfect and food was lovely everyday. Most staff were friendly and helpful.

The cost to keep a room on at the end of the holiday. The shower room to get ready in before our flight (a member of staff walked in on me whilst showering) There was no room to store luggage safely whilst we checked out of our room before our flight.

Insonorizzazione inesistente, rumori molto fastidiosi idraulici ecc e frequentato da comitive (sia di ragazzi che inglesi senior)che rientrando nel cuore della notte per chi ha sonno leggero (urlano e mettono musica anche alle 4 del mattino), letti scomodi ma essendo un tre stella nella norma. Pulizia specialmente area food non sufficiente. Consigliato solo per ragazzi

Excellent location, right by the beach. The food was good (we eat vegan) and there was plenty of options as we messaged the hotel beforehand.

The breakfast was not good, there was almost only unhealthy options and not vegan friendly, so we skipped it and had the lunch and dinner. Mattress was very hard. Cleaning could be better.

Fotos kwamen niet meer overeen, sterk verouderd.

Bliskość do centrum Laganas, jak i do plaży. Cicha, spokojna okolica. Opcja all inclusive nie do przejedzenia, ale obiady i kolacje urozmaicone i bardzo smaczne.

W czasach, kiedy odchodzimy od plastiku, w hotelu dużo drinków i napojów jest podawanych w jednorazowych plastikowych kubkach. Bardzo nie ekologiczne! Desery pyszne, ale wyjątkowo słodkie.

Ich habe nicht das Zimmer bekommen,dass ich gebucht habe sondern ein Zimmer in der hintersten Eck im Erdgeschoss ohne Balkonüberdachung. Da es mehrere Tage regnete konnte ich den Balkon nicht nutzen.Die Reinigungsfrau beginnt um 8 Uhr und ist viel zu laut.Schlafen nicht mehr möglich. Der Balkon wurde erst nach 4 Tagen gesäubert..Stühle dreckig. Fliesen defekt.Im Außenbereich gibt es keine Tische..Frühstück draußen nicht möglich. Das war vor 3 Jahren anders.Zwischen den Sonnenliegen gibt es keine insgesamt nur einen Abstelltisch.Die Waschtische haben keinen Geruchverschluss (Siffon)..es stinkt.Das Badezimmer war Renovierungsbedürftig. Wie Sie sehen können, sind Verbesserungen mit kleinem Aufwand möglich.

Complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene, staff molto gentile è disponibile, posizione Ottima, la pecca sta nelle pulizie purtroppo da migliorare assolutamente! Camera ampia e spaziosa ma bagno assolutamente da rivedere ... per quanto riguarda la cucina, cibo buono ma troppo ripetitiva e le giornate a tema non rispecchiavano le aspettative!

Le pulizie della camera e "per noi" letti troppo duri!!
