Serenity Apartments Bradford

Everything was excellent from the room to the take away that we got would definitely go back

We had such a lovely stay! The apartment was really clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was absolutely amazing and so relaxing — definitely one of our favourite parts of the stay,Sadiya was so friendly and welcoming. She explained everything properly and made sure we knew how to use everything, which made the whole stay really easy and enjoyable.Honestly, my only disappointment was that I only booked for one night! I definitely wish we had stayed longer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The property were clean, decoration was beautiful, fair spacious and everything was enjoyable, staff were wonderful.

I took my girlfriend for her birthday she loved how they made it so special for her with all the balloons

Great welcome to the property and everything explained thoroughly

Na

Great place to stay, facilities and location were excellent for me and the staff were super helpful. Could not fault it.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing and romantic stay. We really enjoyed our time there.

The only thing we felt was missing was some basic kitchen equipment. If you want to cook or prepare a romantic dinner, there aren’t quite enough kitchen utensils, and the knives were very blunt.

Amazing staff and clean environment 10/10 would recommend!

Apartment was lovely, very clean, tastefully decorated. The sauna and spa bath were just brilliant and now I want one at home! The staff were so friendly and helpful and respond very quickly to any questions or requests you may have!

Nothing, it was a lovely stay

Had a lovely stay. The staff are lovely and very helpful also made us feel very welcome and at home. They showed us the room and explained how everything work as well as having it wrote down on the information pack in the room. It felt like we was in a luxury place and did not want to leave. Will definitely be returning.

Probably the best stay I’ve had from over 50+ places I’ve been to around the UK. My own Sauna, and Jacuuzi with privacy, had a relaxing 2 days to clear my mind. Will definitely be booking again

Not much I can say I did not like. Everything is as it should be.

Had everything we needed like sana

The room was absolutely brilliant. It was so clean not a stone unturned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sauna added that extra sparkle. The man who shown us round was amazing also. Very helpful and recommended us places to go & eat. Perfect stay and will definitely be back

Everything literally🤗

Don't think it was sound proof because I could literally hear everything from outside and next rooms which means they could probably hear anything I did in my room

Viskas labai patiko ir nuostabu .Nuotraukos atitiko relybe .Sugrysim dar tikrai ne karta ir rekomenduojam ir kitiem apsilankyti .Pasitiko labai nuostabus zmogus .

This was really nice place friendly staff very relaxed night I’d go again local for me my girlfriend best experience

It was really good and relaxing

Nothing

The apartment exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sauna, spa, showers, and TV in the bathroom really added a touch of magic to the experience. Everything we could possibly need was available in the kitchen, with a great variety of TV channels and excellent internet connectivity. The hosts were lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic stay—we would happily return!

I loved how all the effort had gone into making sure the rooms looked amazing instead of focusing on the outside…. The rooms were spectacular

Very comfortable setup and the room had everything I needed for a work trip, better than a standard hotel

Clean and nice. Host was very welcoming, funny and accommodating. Available for any queries. Will definitely stay again.

loved everything about the place n much more, the manager being one of the best people there as he did everything to give the warmest welcome and show us around the place, i highly reccomend this place as its a perfect day out and its close to so many food places and shops

.

It was lovely

Sauna jacuzzi ,Garden Good value for money 2pm check in and 11am checkout which is excellent.

The apartment was amazing Very clean All facilities were fantastic - all done to a great standard Comfy and clean bed Hosts were brilliant - welcoming and took time to ensure we knew how everything worked Communication excellent prior to during and after our stay Looked after us really well and provided extensive info of where to eat in the area etc

There was nothing we didn’t like about the apartment inside This has nothing to do with the hosts but the area it’s in lets it down a little and there was a lot of comming and going to the apartments not sure if there are residents also in the building. Whilst we were there we noted a professional trying to visit a resident so not sure if people live there who require services ? It didn’t affect us but just felt there was a strange vibe to the place.

The apartment we stayed in was absolutely beautiful! The owner Shaz was extremely friendly and my partner had a good chat with him about his motorbike! There is nothing we would change about our stay and would 1000% come again! Thankyou!!

Nothing!

I loved this apartment, it had a jacuzzi and sauna, which made the stay feel extra relaxing. The staff were fantastic, taking the time to show us how everything worked. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had a really homely feel to it. On top of that, the location is great, with shops just a short walk away. Highly recommend

On arrival was greeted and felt welcoming by sadiya , she let me get into room and sort my stuff out then came and explained how everything works in detail , the jacuzzi bath was amazing with built in tv and fire music was on and relaxing , led lights around each room on remote gave a cosy effect , the sauna was amazing with bluetooth speakers , overall the stay and room was 10/10 the staff service was 10/10 will be back very soon

Nothing to dislike about the place camt recommend enough

Everything! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-presented. The hosts were friendly and communication was excellent.

Nothing everything was great

Really enjoyed the sauna (could connect to it via Bluetooth to play music too) jacuzzi tub, perfect to relax and unwind. Kitchen was well equipped, smart TVs easy to connect to. Owners were very friendly, gave great suggestions of local restaurants etc They even helped us by providing an airer for clothes to dry post wash.

No AC - but there was a fan. Could have had better communication about bringing ID

It was lovely soo relaxing I would 100% go back all u can really say that’s a down side is the location but even then there’s shops and restaurants practically next door

Location

It was like having a holiday break in a private spa! Being able to walk from the sauna to the jacuzzi and sunbathe on the patio was fantastic. The mood lighting was so cool and the reclining chairs added to the relaxation. The lady who welcomed us explained everything brilliantly and was very helpful.

Nothing

Loved the bath and TV, great location lots of places to eat locally. Staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would stay again, great value for money.

Lovely interior design, lots of amenities. For the price absolutely cant go wrong. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, my husband normally can’t sleep a whole night in a new bed but he stayed asleep and didn’t want to wake up in the morning. The customer service was exceptional, everything was explained to us- checking in and out was easy. Love that netflix is already signed in on all the TVs. It’s a little thing but made life easier for us. Honestly wished i stayed a few more days. On top of this Serenity apartments is in a perfect location. Whether you have a car or not, so many necessities such as a 24-7 premier or restaurants are within a short walking distance.

Nice staff, nicely welcome and explain everything 💯 recommend have started twice and really nice experience both times.

The zone, outside but it’s not their fault

Everything explained well really comfortable stay

The whole experience

Nothing

The suite that we had reseved was absolutely exeptional & as it was a surprise booking for my other half & I to recuperate this was the perfect location. Literally as you exit Serenity apartments all amenities are across from the entry point. Egerything all in one place added bonus a 24hr Premier shop just happened to be a lifesaver. The hosts that i met Sadiyah was ectremely polite, friendly, approchable whn needed and specicially informative regarding rules and regulations and usage of all allocated equipment within the superior suite.

There wasn't much not to like regarding our stay. Ideal for both of us and would highly recommend to others. On a positive note we definitely we will be returning soon. To both Sadiya and Shaz we as customers sincerely thank you. 😊

Really friendly staff, good links to public transport, beautiful decor, Jacuzzi and sauna

Corridors could do with a lick of paint and carpet cleaned.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, every question answered, they let us know places to eat, with local area information, they were friendly from start to finish, they are a real credit to the company, the apartment was lovely and all set up for the2 day birthday surprise I arranged with them for my husband, they never even gave a hint of anything, so my husband was in shock when we walked in, they set up everything for me, what I loved also was extra bin bags, toilet rolls etc, you normally don’t get these, everything you required was there,

That we didn’t book more then 2 nights

Was really friendly and helpful on arrival

The property was great, clean, service very well.

Clean property well mannered respectful staff.
