Was just where we wanted to be so excellent location the staff
Poor. Expensive parking. Could have been cleaner
Comfy room, complimentary chocolate and drink
Lovely clean room, supplies topped up regularly over my 5 day stay. Staff v helpful, I requested a quiet room which was accommodated upon arrival.
Parking atrocious, having to use an app at the Centenary car park but tread carefully as apparently we are meant to re confirm each stay at 6am as otherwise a fine may happen. Im hoping not as its expensive whatever.
The hotel
The cost
Overall great hotel, the bed is probably the best I’ve slept on.Breakfast is delicious with lots of variety you just can’t get enough!Air con works just fine…
The fact that on 2 different stays the card key was playing up so l couldn’t unlock the door so l had to call for reception to assist me and even change the bedroom on arrival…
Great location for the theatres, good value, polite and friendly staff. Parking around the corner of hotel
Shawn was kind and helpful. The desk staff was aloof but professional
The bed was a little hard and floors could use some hovering
Location
No dedicated Hotel Parking
Clean and space
Location
No usb ports in the room to charge phones or watches with, they really need to move forward with the times, no fridge. It was very inconvenient
Everything
Convenient location, clean, cost effective and friendly staff
My steak was cold even 2nd time round and could have done with more chips
I asked for an accessible room - my husband has mobility issues - which we got but it was on the 7th floor and quite a walk from the lifts. Breakfast - there was limited choice and the cooked breakfast was inedible Car Parking - your website refers to NCP of which there are none in Bradford. Your receptionist couldn’t answer any questions about car parking but it turned out there was one around the corner!
Le gentil garçon au petit déjeuner pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme
La réceptionniste malpolie et méprisante
Room was spacious, comfortable and had all amenities required.
The location is not ideal especially at night, no adequate overnight parking options around with closest decent one being a 15-20 minute walk away despite what is advertised on page.
The convenience when going to the theatre

Very comfortable room. Very helpful staff..Nice bar area. Great location

Great location friendly, helpful staff
Can't think of anything
The hotel is well situated right in the city centre, check in was simple and straight forward, and the room was really clean and just felt comfortable. The shower and bath were first class. A most enjoyable one night stay and I will definately used the hotel again when I next visit Bradford.
Nothing I can mention, as I like everything about the hotal and surroundings.
Location
Cleaning
The plug in the sink was broken meaning I was unable to brush my teeth and wash my face. The bed was dirty and the bedside tables
It was perfect for what we wanted Location was spot on
Bed was a bit uncomfortable the pillows were too hard for my liking
Great location for what we needed.
Location was good. When we initially booked, we thought we would get a discount on parking nearby but that carpark is now under different management. Breakfast was good and the staff covering breakfast were great and the Saturday morning reception staff were good.
Lack of attention to detail in terms of cleanliness of room - dusty loo roll holder, desk wasn't wiped properly, dirty windows etc. Not sure why there was only 3 pillows on the bed. Reception staff when we checked in just didn't seem interested and when we came back late Friday evening after attending our event, the 2 folk on the desk were too busy flirting with each other to notice guests coming in. However, this was made up for by how much better the staff were on the Saturday!
I would recommend lovely place to stay
Close to Bradford live
Very basic room, not what I would have expected. After checking in and getting changed we returned to our car, which was in the car park to the rear of the hotel, to find a group of young kids all wearing balaclavas waiting to mug someone, we were just exiting the car park when we were warned by a passing couple about the kids, who they overheard talking about their plan to mug people. We did not feel safe at all so we did not stay at the hotel and left in our car and headed home.
Friendly staff. Great location. Clean and very comfy 😀
Brill location

Location was great.
Poor service
Perfect location for attending a concert at Bradford Live, which is just across the road. The room we were staying in was so quiet.
The bed had a missing caster at the bottom which meant the bed was on a downward slope so I felt like I was going to fall out! Didn’t want the hassle of moving rooms so I folded a towel up and pushed it under the bed base which helped slightly.
Great location and comfortable bed , quiet room
Bathroom could do with modernisation but still ok
The location was good as close to the university of Bradford. Also, lots of restaurants around, which is good. The staff were helpful but overwhelmed on the night I came. It took 3 attempts to get soap in my room.
The parking arrangement. The hotel has nothing to do with the car park and I got a parking fine, though I contested it and the fine was cancelled. The hotel is good for one or two nights. A bit small.
I can only say l was totally satisfied. Absolutely no issues with anything. What a stay SHOULD be but sometimes isn't
I'd struggle to find anything l was unhappy with
Close to the venue we were going to
The bar closed at 10.45, and the bathroom good do with an upgrade
It was clean and convenient
Room and location comfortable bed
Breakfast food quality poor , sausages undercooked..the small glasses on trays smelt like they had been there weeks . Shame as everything else good would stay again and avoid breakfast.
Location and cleanliness
Nil
excellent location right opposite Bradford live music venue and very close to town centre and Wetherspoons
car park quite a walk away
Everything love staying at the hotel the staff at reception are wonderful so helpful I can't fault this hotel x
No faults
Location is very good.
Nothing
Everything was horrid
Superb chain hotel. Very welcoming staff. A short walk from both Bradford stations. 5 minutes from the city centre gig I was attending. Huge room, huge TV, comfortable bed, large bathroom and plenty of tea and coffee.
Absolutely nothing
Noise level was ridiculous. Food trays in corridors from check in till check out. Run down hotel.
I like the water flow in the bathroom. The room was tidy and clean to start; the location of the hotel is great. Some of the staff appear very polite and approachable. The staff that checked us in present as not have much knowledge or experience but was very polite anyway.
We did not have breakfast; the room size is fairly ok. I was disappointed by not having a safe in the room we stayed in, no fridge, and the room not being cleaned on a daily basis. I have to request clean towels and a toilet roll in the night after we return from a day out. The bed was comfortable; however, we were expecting better facilities overall for a superior room.
NA
The room had cob web hanging on the wall over the tv, the water was not draining properly in the tub when we showered. The corridor to the room was filthy, there was the strong smell of marijuana coming into the room and the people in the room opposite was loud on the Saturday like they were having a fight.
Thank you
All OK
Everything was good as I expected
Very Friendly Staff & Very Comfortable Bed.
Late Check in.
The property was really nice .
Everything was good and I really liked it.
Location-wise is great just walking distance from the main Bradford square. As for the bedroom, overall it’s very presentable with nice furniture and good lighting, the bed was heavenly and the breakfast yummy although I’d have liked to see some fried eggs not just scrambled…
I wasn’t too keen on the layout of the toilet area as you have to manoeuvre through the door in order to gain access to the toilet seat a bit awkward.I’ve spotted a few hairs in the bathtub drain but overall it was very clean.
The staff are nice and welcoming
Nothing
The room was clean and well presented
The parking was in a public car park outside of the hotel with no through entrance, as we were attending for a wedding we had outfits and it was pouring with rain. Reception were completely unhelpful with no options and even when asked for an umbrella said we would need to purchase one. Really disappointed with this service. We even moved our car to a different place as felt the car park was not safe.
Easy to find property was good parking was nearby and is good price comfortable bed and shower is good as well. Happy with that.
Just don’t like the stuff on Reception should be more welcoming
Hotel was clean, the staff were all very professional and helpful. Breakfast was as to be expected in a chain hotel. Food was fresh.
More information on Parking would have been helpful. I wouldn't stay here again if I was staying for work. Parking was awkward and expensive.
Great staff great room.
Nothing at all.
Central location.
Breakfast could definitely be better. The scrambled eggs felt artificial, dried up bacon and sausages around 9am.
The location was perfect. Just on borders of town centre with easy access to shops etc.
N/A
The location was ideal and not far from restaurants and cafes. It was definitely value for money at £60 per night
The shower curtain in the bath was too long and plenty of standing water in the bath when having a shower. Also the facilities are dates and needs an upgrade. However it was pleasant for the price.
The foyer was clean and smelt lovely
I'd booked a superior room which I had done a few times over the last couple of years and I found this room rather cluttered and the bedding was creased and there was no mattress protector but because it was for one night only I didn't complain but in the early hours I had to pay for another room which was through no fault of yourselves and it was a standard room and I must say it was better laid out and more comfortable than the superior one and was the same square footage so I couldn't see the difference between them. What I do know is it certainly wasn't worth the price cause in my eyes it had gone down within the last 2 years and I wouldn't stay again or recommend it.
The staff were very accommodating
Lack of lights
Wir durften die Räder aufs Zimmer mitnehmen.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were also very nice, clean, and well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again.
Although Google Maps directed us the wrong way, making it difficult to turn around and reach the hotel. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working during our stay.
Excellent location,clean comfortable rooms.
The parking arrangements have changed, again but was not aware until arrival.

Service
Nice location, close to town and other places of visit. Room was decent size, the beds were nice comfortable. The price was decent. When requested for service for a problem, they dealt okay with it. The AC was working good. There was Iron facility in room which was a surprise. Cleaners would come everyday to change bed sheets although we didn't use it because they were coming very early.
The sink and bath seemed a little blocked as water would drain very slowly , the room lighting was poor and it even broke during our stay. Parking Issue - The two parking close it was expensive (£12.50 for 24 hour but only single entry and exit). Although, there is parking just behind the hotel on Fulton Street, £3 all day, £4.50 for 24 hours. Or Park on Main Street after 6pm.
Reliable, cheap, nice staff
Breakfast was chaotic due to large tour groups.
We stayed for two nights. The hotel is located in Central Bradford and is convenient for both train stations. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. No issues to report.
Nothing to report.
L’emplacement proche du 1 in 12 Club
Moquette pas très propre. Mes chaussettes ont accroché tous les résidus des clients précédents dès notre arrivée.
The bed was to hard and the pillows were not very soft. Made my head sweat. Had better breakfasts. Someone was swearing and banging chairs at 5.30 am .
Clean, comfortable and in a good location
Lack of parking. Room getting a bit dated Shower curtain is ridiculous and the bath fills up when in the shower as drainage not great. One of the lights doesn't work.
Location
The staff were really unpleasant and unprofessional! Had no idea what they were doing. Was really uncomfortable from the first interactions with the staff . They were aware I was coming in slightly late as I spoke to the main reservations team who notified the staff at the hotel. They asked me why I booked a room with two beds when I am By my self which was very bizarre I paid for what I wanted .
Good location
Check in and Check out times
I like the hotel was clean the customer service was great too helps us out and understand ours needs thanks
Late Check-in, Breakfast
Evening meal. The menu promised something that was not delivered. The resulting meal was something you would expect from a cheap roadside cafe.
Close to railway station and the town centre. Rooms were clean and staff helpful.
Nothing to report
The hotel room was good and can't complain, the corridors could do with a hoover!
I ate in the Hotel restaurant and was served an under cooked burger which I have complained about via email and are still waiting for the outcome!!!
Clean and nice staff
All ok
Great hotel with good bar area and good atmosphere.
Friendly staff and lovely room.
The car park that I was recommended to use wouldn't allow me to pay past midnight so to avoid a £100 fine I moved my car to the other side of town and walked through Bradford at 10pm. Because of this I'm unlikely to stay at the Leonardo again.
To be honest nothing much
No water was provided. Cleaning was ok my room towels were dirty when we got in i had to ask them to change my room as it was not smelling fresh. No parking available you have to pay for parking on the side.
I visited in 2024 and my experience of Leonardo Bradford was amazing - The room and service was amazing - I was expecting that all rooms in Leonardo would be the same - I beleive I was on Level 6 last time. This time I was put in room 501, the room was nothing compared to the rooms in Level 6. Also the bed (Matress) was very uncomfortable and the back was not confortable either. How was i supposed to know that their is a difference in room quality !
The room and matress
Previous stays were acceptable
Awful staff
Good location , a few mins from either Station. Good sized room , and a nice high floor /city view . Evening food available through Bar 👍
Chair for desk ( as previously ) needs upgrading : old , clumpy and heavy!
Amazing value very handy for Bradford live.
Great location. Good value for money
Close walking distance to everywhere we like to go. Air conditioning which is amazing and easy to use.
Issues with the door card key, seemed we weren’t the only ones. Lady at the desk was a bit grouchy.
Friendly staff, well maintained and very comfortable as always
Nothing
Nice clean comfortable room ,perfect stop of on way home from holidays.

Very good and helpful welcoming staff
Bed was comfy, close to Bradford Alhambra (2 minute walk)
Where do I start?? Given wrong room, booked a twin room, got a small double bed. Not appropriate due to medical conditions. Hotel didn't have any twin rooms left (a large party of school children were running about, there's your answer) even though I'd booked in plenty of time. The hotel blamed Booking.com for asking for a double, so I phoned Booking, they said...well I dont really know tbh. Who to believe for the "mistake" i just did not know! So long story short , twoing and frowing with phone calls, there was no single beds left, couldn't get a refund. After over an hour on the phone, and no conclusion, put the phone down, it rings again its the hotel manager, we can have the ROOM NEXT DOOR WITH A DOUBLE BED! Why didn't he offer that straight away?? So I slept next door, which was a nicer, bigger room and the bed was comfy. Also a complimentary drink card was given, which we didnt take up. The whole thing was completely stressful. I would not go here again. Also...dirty tea cup, 2 tissues in tissue box, extremely thin toilet roll, (hardly any on roll and no spare!) The room was dated, but thats fine for us, it was great for the Alhambra and not far from the station. We were on the 7th floor, which was quiet, the lifts were slow (and didnt help with the school party messing around with them) They seem to get a lot of coach parties. We never tried the food.
Central location, close to theatre & restaurants. Lovely clean room with everything needed at hand.
..
Clean rooms and comfy beds, staff were really nice
Not so much the property but our room was next to lifts. Inconsiderate people talking late at night (after 11pm) and early morning (6am) did ruin our night
