Sawrey Serviced Apartments

Didn't take breakfast

Accessibility to the front door must be friendly

Bath is full of grime, room in general was way pass its hayday can only be described as well used and not what i would expected of an aparment which rivaled the cost of a mid range hotel

Brilliant Greta stay , soundproof walls, tenants helpful

Property was great immaculate

Top notch service

NA

The stay was very pleasant and the host was very friendly and helpful also the location is very handy as situated at few minutes walk or drive from Bradford city center. I recommend this place 100%

Property was tidy and clean. Small toiletries, tea and coffee available.

The location, loud in the middle of the night in apartments corridors.

Room was beautiful. Felt very welcome couldnt of asked for any better would highly reccomend. Will stay again in the future

It was close to the town centre which was what we needed

The mattress wasn’t firm enough for my taste but that is very individual the bed and room was very clean. There was also only one wine glass and we had brought a bottle of wine again just individual taste. I let the owner know so he could sort this out for the next person

I have been coming here fir a couple of years now its for the jacuzzi mostly and that is were i spend the most time

The furniture is really bad the sofa is cracked and very uncomfortable my partner got a scratch from it the furniture is the same as when we first stayed here years ago and it definitely needs some tlc a basic lick of paint would do the job there are many other things that need changing but im sure the owner is well aware of it due to these things i don't think j will be returning any time soon which is very disappointing for me as I really enjoyed staying here in the past

Everything was spot on great value for money ace location

Nothing

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as shown in the photos honestly even better in person. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and felt very homely. Communication was excellent throughout, and he was genuinely so helpful, professional, and friendly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Any questions were answered quickly, and everything was clearly explained.

Everything about the place.. Definitely will recommend and go again..

Nothing, place was a dump dont waste your money! Nothing worked properly, the room looks nothing like the picture! Lights dint work properly just a really cheap feel about it.

Everything

Good good good good apartment very good cant complain not a problem . Cant complain good host good room . And a good price lad so cant complain mate .

Nothing it was all good all good all good all good cant complain .

Property was a good location and free parking which was great for us. It was clean, and presented well upon arrival. Aqeeb who I spoke to via text was polite, helpful and responded to questions quickly. We had a great time Thankyou

The woman who greeted us at the property seemed a little rude. She wasn’t very welcoming.

It has kitchen appliances, shower products and TV with Netflix.

The bed had a lot of hair, stains all over the sheets and pillows, that was a cigarette burn as well

Great Parking, clean well equipped kitchen. Host was very helpful.

Nothing

Excellent service and facilities

Enjoyed

The property was nice and clean.

The property could have done with a bigger wardrobe to store clothing etc.

nothing

do not stay there if you want to sleep!! Party next door with not sure how many people in, very loud music at night. Place itself smell of a sewage in the bathroom and damp in the bedroom. Once you step in you do not notice it, because of plug in freshener, but once you unplug it it was really bad. Materace with springs was very used. Some suspected people in the building , looked like they were dealing drugs. People arguing outside is well. it was nightmare, we left around 11 at night as we did not feel safe at all, and couldn't get any needed sleep.. We called the host, nothing was done, did not offer money back is well. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

Very clean and easy parking.

None

Very nice and very clean

Check in is straight forward Has everything you need inside also parking is straight outside the main doors. so peaceful & quiet not like other apartments I would highly recommend. Staff are also lovely and helpful

Bed and sofa both uncomfortable

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything was as described and the heating worked perfectly. The host was very helpful and responsive, making the stay smooth and easy. The location was also convenient.

Nothing major to mention, everything was good overall.

Very nice appartment. Location is ideal, in a quiet area but not far from the center. Private parking is also very appreciated.

Nothing

Clean and organised, smooth process with self check in, staff always on hand if you need anything.

I loved everything about my stay, great communication skills, accommodation was easy to find, was greeted upon arrival by a lovely guy who explained everything to us, I paid extra for an occasion, which I walked into room with rose petals all over which was lovely, room was immaculate, bed was comfy and the bath was to die for it was fantastic, thank you so much I'll be sure to visit again.

Wasn't anything I didn't like

Very cozy atmosphere.

Everything Was Perfect!

The location is good and the property is neat

Nothing

Nothing. Shittiest place i have ever been too.

Everything. It was horrible.

The property was like a box room definitely not worth its money at all.

All lovely and clean, staff very accommodating. Was very peaceful.

Great place

We stayed in the Superior Suite over 2 days. The room was very clean and comfortable. The deco is really nice and modern. Overall the apartment was easily accessible and the host was easy to contact and communicate with. Would love to stay here.

Location was excellent with easy access to the center with plenty of food joints and activities. Plus the free parking on site meant we could enjoy all this without racking up expensive inner city parking fees. We were in the Superior Suite and the jacuzzi bath was excellent. A bit loud when running but definitely big enough for a couple and tones of bath foam! We were also surprised by the TV in the bath! So if you're looking for a place to head out into the city and spend your evening watching shows in the bath or in bed, it's a strong recommendation from me.

Whilst the amenities were high, the room was a little tired. Many of the light settings didn't work, with either dead bulbs or twitching on/off patterns, one of the sockets in the kitchen wasn't working and there are a lot of chips and scratches over the walls, floors, door frames etc. Even some of the furniture, such as a very squeaky cupboard door, scratched up table lamp and the cracked synthetic leather of the couch were off-putting at first. So the room is in need of some TLC to touch up it's features/appearance to meet the expectations of the price charged.

The full shabang!!!

Perfect nothing to complain about

The decor and lighting were quirky and attractive. The room was always warm and the bed was very comfortable. It was a short distance from the city centre.

Just needed a few more crockery items and a couple of softer pillows.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. Location is brilliant, just a 5 minute walk ro the centre and, with free on site parking..

It was a little bright in the room due to lights around the building and the room only having vertical blinds. Could benefit from a curtain too. Dont let thisbput youboff staying here though, lovely, clean and comfortable 👌

I liked the room because it was comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was nice and relaxing, there was a TV for entertainment, convenient parking available, and a kitchen that made the stay more practical and enjoyable.

The lighting was amazing and set the mood

Nothing, it was nice and cosy

modern and clean

I loved the design and set up, and how everything was provided (iron, hairdryer, towels, robe, slippers, dishes, kettle etc) The television also had a variety of apps so we had lots to watch from.

Lovely apartment very clean and good service

The host was lovely. Helped me check in with no issues. The property itself was clean and the TV had everything you needed.

Atmosphere of the room is very good and comfortable

Relaxing

The room itself was amazing , the bed was very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean when we arrived it’s also with in walking distance of the town centre yet really quiet- the carpark was handy too

The location was nearby by to a main road with popular restaurants, making it easy to enjoy quality food without having to travel too far or wait an exceptionally long time for food to be delivered. The property itself, highly furnished, decoration and spotlights, ambient lighting all over goes well with the rooms and the hallways. Cleanliness all round was very good. Access to Netflix, prime, YouTube Etc already logged in on all TV’s. Customer service was fantastic, instant replies from host. Highly recommend, to couples wanting to have a night or weekend away.

Parking was full but not a big deal.

Clean beautifull and worth every penny

Loved it

the apartment was very clean and was perfect for our little getaway. myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

nothing

Excellent room and facilities

Not much around walking distance, but the room was 1st class

The room was very clean, compact and comfortable. It's easily accessible and the host was easy to connect and communicate with. I'd stay here again.

Lovely stay, clean everything there you need

Nothing

We have just returned back to Sunderland from our stay in Swarey Serviced Appartments and I honestly couldn’t fault the place. Communication with the staff from the initial booking was second to none, room keys left in a lock box for easy access and followed by the host via camera for directions to your room. Ambient LED lighting in the room for a lovely chilled vibe, large smart TV with everything logged in so there was no hassle. Fully equipped kitchen and the complimentary toiletries, shower gels, toothbrushes and toothpaste was a nice touch to the stay. The corridors and the room was exceptionally clean and we were even given a late check-out at 8am on the day of departure allowing us to stay until 1pm with virtually no notice to the host, THANK YOU 🙏 Will 100% return to these apartments!

The only improvement that would have been the icing on the stay would have been a more powerful shower, and the mahogany doors to be painted white to match the room decor. But if all I can complain about is the colour of the door, that means I was entirely satisfied with the experience

Very clean, modern and staff are very professional

Was too warm no A/C

a very peaceful place and the rooms are very good for relaxing with your partner without missing anything. My wife and I will definitely come back again when our daily lives are over.

i loved the nice lights and big room good service too

Everything was perfect. Could fault a thing

Nothing.
